    Amore skipped up the gigantic stairs. Oddly enough, she was ecstatic about meeting her guild mates for the first time. The whole purpose in joining a guild was to make friends, and Amore was carrying with her a box of Macaron's she had made to accomplish just that goal. The previous night, she could hardly sleep after all the preparations she had to make to get her sweets ready. Each one war ornately designed, decorated with icing that made animal shapes on each of the perfectly round sweeties. Surely, Amore thought, anyone who got a taste of these suckers would want to stay with her.

    Inaris was slowly making his way up the steps of the guild, cane in hand, when he heard a person skipping along, rapidly coming up behind him. Too late to warn whoever it was, he was knocked over by the enthusiastic stranger, tumbling painfully back down the steps to land in a heap at the bottom. "Hey! You! Watch it! You don't run up behind a blind guy!" He shouted, angry that he had taken a fall like this. The boy stood up shakily, white hair all over the place and clothes disheveled. He was still working on attitude, mainly for the sake of Megalos.

    The cadence of spilling candies crushed Amores soul, the scalding noise of a young boy's anger crushed her heart. How could she hope to make friends somewhere, if they already had such a negative opinion of her? "Sorry, sorry!"
    Of course, the child's small stature made it hard to see him. If she had been paying well enough attention, Amore would have no problem skipping over the unnerving child. One need only look in her face to see she must have been sincere though. For her furrowed brow, and doleful expressions resounded truthfully. Amore scantily picked up the remains of her macron's, dropping them into her bag. How worrisome, she'd be unable to bribe anyone into being her friend or liking her now. The only thing she could go on was pure kindness. "Would you like for me to bake you something to make it up?"
