Abilities:
Cold Efficiency- While wearing these earrings, spells up to B-rank that require snow or ice have their mana cost cut by 20% and are 30% more potent. Instead of a percentage for MP cost reduction, please give me a flat number, like '-2%' or '-3%' for a Strong item. With this, you will also need a really good weakness if you want this to be approved. I would recommend you take out the 30% when adding a weakness. That, or remove the mana cost and simply keep the 30%.
