Strengths:
Disguise: The user can access the souls of another.
Weaknesses:
Size: If the wielder becomes too fat, they cannot use this piece of equipment.
Souls: They cannot be stored in the belt.
Abilities:
Disguise: This allows the wielder to access the souls of those whom they have killed. By controlling these souls they are able to take on the appearance of the other person, this is not an illusion as the soul actually wraps itself around the wielder. This disguise can only be removed when the user forces the soul off of them self and back into the pouch.
