    Details:

It was excruciating being here, honestly- Era, that is. The city was in desperate need of a convict captured, and so they relied on someone the vast majority feared to get the job done. "Please! I'm sure if the man feels threatened for his life, you can force him back where he should be, right?" Alito could recall a random civilian pleading, "It horrifies me to know a criminal is on the streets!" This recollection of memories was the effect of a scroll a child of Ankhseram held; the scroll identifying a duty proposed by whomever took care of convicts. "Interesting..." Alito thought in his head, "To think I would do a favour for humans I should have killed long ago." The origin of this pitiful city was what the city was home to: the Magic Council. For centuries, Alito had been wanted by this administration of law, yet his ability to kill made even them run. How ridiculous it was. Ever since that day in the Holy Castle, Alito had found no reason to express emotion anymore. To think a place known for peace would suddenly become an establishment known for tragedy- nothing could be assumed of Fiore any longer.

It was said in this scroll that the whereabouts of this convict could be found in his initial residence, but why would an escaped convict make himself so simple to trace? Whatever. As long as Alito could get the job done, he could profit from those forced to pay him, in return, and use that reward to afford certain items he could not obtain even for the centuries he had lived until now. "A wife and daughter...if only I could experience such fortune...mongrel." Alito muttered. He swore he would complete this task quickly, and get the heck out of here before those of the Magic Council could detect him. Though all of their attempts in capturing him had been failures you see, those of the Magic Council never gave up. Such a struggle, indeed.

Alito had begun the task now. He was on the move, in search of this man desired to be behind bars. Now that Alito thought about it, it seemed his encounter with the Magic Council was inevitable. All reports of criminals were submitted to them, after all. His location was indeed easy to track, actually, as from afar, Alito always noticed citizens of true bravery attempting to find the same individual. However, as he passed them, his dark aura literally sent them away. "Citizens of Fiore, do you not realize that this is my task?" Alito questioned rhetorically. With the discarding of his emotions came impatience, while impatience often led to trouble. Those people did not deserve to have their bodies decayed, yet in order to settle the matters they created and take control of the issue, Alito had to silence them.

"Found you." Alito added to his previous statements. He watched as the convict slipped himself through a window of his own residence, but why? Perhaps ownership of this residence had been passed onto the wife when the convict was first captured. It ashamed Alito that he would have to do this, but in order to complete this task as of this moment, it would seem the boy had to suppress his own magic. He could cease the existence of the wife and daughter, after all. Investigating the build, Alito slipped through the same window as the convict, and discovered him with his wife and daughter. At first, the convict was startled, prepared to run for his life after noticing someone break into his home. "I beg you give me a moment." The convict asked. Alito simply nodded his head, pulled up a chair, and observed the convict converse with his wife and daughter. The daughter was amazed to see him, yet the wife was rather angry. Maybe she was afraid of having a wanted man inside her house, though Alito did not mind at all. "Let him stay for a bit." Alito demanded, "I must escort him elsewhere shortly."

While he relaxed upon a comfortable, leather chair, Alito heard a knock on the door. Alito first halted the convict, and asked that he stay calm for a moment, and answered the door. In front of him, at this point, stood the man who handed him the scroll. "Come in." Alito invited, watching the man slowly enter the household. It interested Alito to know how this man knew the convict had a close relationship with the wife and daughter, and so he asked. "I used to patrol this part of Era." The man explained, "Everyday, I would see this guy hanging out with his wife and kid. However, once he was captured, I eavesdropped on the scene, and heard a pledge; a pledge that this convict would escape his imprisonment, and see his wife and daughter once again." This made Alito more interested in the convict than the man during the time, and so he commanded that the man leave the household so he could continue watching the convict intently.

Once he was back, Alito noticed the wife cooking a meal for her daughter and the convict. "You're welcome to join us." The wife insisted, "I even made extras, just in case." While her tone seemed welcoming, Alito could tell by her face that she was scared of him, despite being on the same side as him, under these circumstances. Alito and wife both wanted the convict outside of the residence, and back to being behind bars. He looked at the daughter next. She was so worried about her father, but did not care about Alito nor her mother's concerns. "Please watch over daddy well." The daughter asked. The convict shook his head immediately after. It seemed he would not put up a fight if Alito at least let him stay awhile with his daughter and wife, and so he accepted the "offer" to dine with the three.

"Thank you." The convict commented, "Once this dinner is over, I will travel back with you, and go back to my cell." Alito nodded his head without saying a word. Truly, this family was amusing. Although the wife did not tolerate her husband being a criminal, she let him stay, and even cooked for him, while the daughter cared less about her father's status in Era, and cherished his presence like no other. The convict gifted the daughter while he was in the building, and left her with a locket, a bracelet, and a necklace. Is this what he would do whenever he would drop by. Alito's curiosity was put on standby as an beep notified everyone that dinner was ready. "Time to eat." Alito declared.

Alito observed the family as they were now eating together. In front of him during this time was tempura shrimp, sushi, dumplings and rice. It was a typical meal in Era, honestly, but it would do. "Why do you make it so obvious where you're hiding?" Alito asked the convict carelessly. All eyes were turned towards the suppressed embodiment of death while he simply started with his tempura shrimp. They all seemed disappointed in him asking, especially the daughter, who clearly did not want to see the convict anywhere but home. While the wife was on Alito's side still, however, she found unappreciative to basically advise her husband to be elsewhere. "I'm not an ordinary runaway." The convict described, "I merely escaped from that hell to see my heaven: my home. All I wanted was a simple, nice meeting with my family, but the guards would not grant me that. Once this dinner is over, I promise, I will go with you back to where I belong."

It was strange how Alito never asked the convict about the crime he committed. Was he falsely accused of something from the start, or did he evidently commit a brutal action? Albeit, it no longer mattered to the boy. His punishments to those who did wrong were much greater than anything the authorities could do. It was at this point that Alito had finished his tempura shrimp, and proceeded to his sushi. "Daddy is nice, you know?" The daughter remarked, "He keeps bringing me presents, but this is the only time he has been able to stay awhile, afterwards. Daddy is always on the run, you see." The daughter's father nodded his head after this was mentioned. This led Alito to wondering about the relationship between the husband and wife. Was the wife afraid of being seen with a convict, or hateful? This family surely was confusing- so confusing that Alito found he was eating his food too quickly due to sheer interest. The sushi, nor the leftover dishes had lasted long over this period of time.

After dinner was over, everyone stood up, and gave Alito permission to take the convict away. "It was a pleasure meeting you, sir." The wife spoke, "I trust you will be the one to bring him home if he is ever needed again." While Alito was about to speak, the father interrupted. "It would be unfair of the boy to allow a runaway to continue coming home, honey." The convict replied, "Sir, let's be on our way." Alito was the one to nod, this time. The daughter began to cry, while the wife comforted her. Alito was curious to foresee a family like this in his life. Surely, the boy could never become somebody authorities would respect- not unless he were to go somewhere outside of the continent. While he left the house, the child of Ankhseram noticed how many gifts were given to the daughter, yet he would not comment on it.

"Tell me..." The convict requested as the two were on their way to returning the man back to his cell, "Is it your initial duty doing this, or were you hired for the job just for the day?" Alito laughed. It seemed others had been proposed to do the same task before, but were too afraid to show any sign of commitment. "Never would I have the desire to join the authorities." Alito responded, "They're just not my forte." It was at this point that the convict began to laugh too. Alito would have to move quickly though. It pained him to keep his magic suppressed, while suppressing his magic nowadays was growing more ineffective. He sped up the pace every half-kilometre until the two were finally where this convict originally escaped. "Thank you." The convict concluded before allowing the authorities to take him away. The authorities frowned towards the presence of Alito, too, though after seeing that he was actually given the job to return this convict, they decided to leave him alone as a sign of mutual respect. Alito waved goodbye to the convict, and henceforth, was on his way to where he needed to be next, for the boy always had something to do.
