Righto so below is the rules and setup for "Guild Scale Jobs" of which the rewards go strait to the guild vault.
Guild Scale Jobs.
Guild Scale Job are jobs that require a large number of members to complete, most have more then on objective and enemies vary in difficulty ranging from D to SS. These Jobs can almost be considered guild events, but have rewards built in so rewards can be issued. Guild Scale job often reward a large sum of Jewel or even a expansion, never both. This allows guilds to use a job which is custom made by the guildmaster to grow in a way that makes sense. Most Guild Job require 7 to 10 people to complete and the more people that participate the more rewards are given, basically this is a active guilds wet dream.
Guild Scale Job Creation Rules.
1. To create a job you must be either a Guildmaster or Ace.
2. Job must include enemies of each rank.
3. Rewards 7-10 Members - 200,000 Jewel starting, every member over ten adds 50,000 jewel to the reward. In some case a expansion can be awarded.
4. General Word/Post count: Guild jobs are naturally large in nature, often including the guilds NPC forces and other things. This make Guild Scale job have large post counts, BUT the post count is shard among all members. Average Post count is 50 to 70 post, Word count should be at least upwards of 300 words a post

2. Exp from Guild Scale Jobs is Higher than normal and thus EXP boosters are not available for use in them.
