Sapphire Storm:

Sapphire Storm is a unique umbrella. When not active, it takes the form of a wooden cane encrusted with sapphires, however one activated, this sapphire encrusted cane turns into the handle of the actual Sapphire Storm umbrella, which is made of glowing blue magic energy. When a cane, Sapphire Storm can function as a staff, and when in umbrella form, it can function as a shield, but it's only capable of blocking melee attacks. Also, when in umbrella form, Sapphire Storm creates a small cloud above the user's head, which can create rain. The user can move this cloud at will.

Strengths:

• Cane: Sapphire Storm can function as a cane, which can be useful as a weapon or if the user happens to get hurt in battle.
  
• Umbrella: When Sapphire Storm is in umbrella form, it can be used to block melee attacks of the user's rank or below.
  
• Cloud: The cloud that Sapphire Storm creates can be used to distract enemies.
  

Weaknesses:

• Earth: When in cane form, Sapphire Storm isn't notoriously strong, so it can easily be stopped by a wall of earth.
  
• Umbrella: When in umbrella form, Sapphire Storm is made largely of magical energy, making the user into a moving target for attacks that home in on magic energy.
  
• Shield: Sapphire Storm's shield can only block melee attacks.
  
• Cloud: If the user forgets to move the cloud, or can't focus enough to actually move it, it can be very distracting to them.
