    The blade alone is 3 feet long, and the grip is 10 inches. It has a pure white chain on the end of the grip, as well as several white markings along the blade that can only be seen in the moonlight, or while Seikatsu is undergoing Limit Transcendence.

    Seikatsu is able to release his weapon and have it disappear, reappearing as a storm of white metal. The blade actually erupts into a VERY fine white powder, much like powdered sugar except not as sweet. This powder acts as millions of super tiny blades, while a single one would be worthless for damage, the entire mass of them would be just as effective as the sword. This isn't able to be used on players, and is reserved for non-player controlled NPC's.
    ♦ Seikatsu requires both hands to control his weapon in this form, so casting spells is out of the option.
    ♦ While the weapon is in this form, it can also be consumed by metal slayers despite it not being an actual spell.
    ♦ The weapons's size, if laid out flat, would be a 10 meter radius around Seikatsu, it would be 1 inch thick like this as well.
    ♦ This ability DOES NOT increase damage of the weapon, or grant ANY bonuses to Seikatsu. The weapon is simply changing forms, and is able to do so freely.
    ♦ Blocking the weapon in this form is the same as blocking it in its sword form. An explanation would be the particles are moving so fast that if you blocked with a sword, the particles would separate and go around the person, being unable to come back together in time to cut them.[/center]

    Seikatsu throws his weapon, causing it to slowly become dust and vanish. If the blade impacts something before it vanishes entirely, the blade will immediately erupt into nothingness and deal no damage.
    After this, 12 pillars arranged as the numbers on a clock rise from the ground. These pillars are each 15 feet tall, and 6 inches wide. From here, Seikatsu may choose 2 things to do.

    Option A: Activate 'Dance' and create a massive storm of billions of super fine white, metallic powder (following the same parameters as 'Dance' in the previous spoiler). If this is done, the pillars will show themselves becoming powder, but the pillars will disperse in a type of spiraling form instead of just erupting into the powder. This is also not able to be used in PvP. If laid out in a 1 inch layer, 'Dance' would be 12x larger, as there are 12x pillars.

    Option B: Nothing. Seikatsu can leave the pillars there, and allow them to act as a type of sundial for him.

This is not for use against players, and cannot be used as such. When this ability is used, Seikatsu's fists and weapons will have a black glow to them.

    It will take 7 posts to reform the weapon.

    I talked these out with zack, and he's the one who helped me come up with the damages. This is the conversation that lead to those spells...

    An attack that requires 2 posts for charging, and direct contact with the opponent to deal a ridiculous amount of damage...

    what should the damage be? This is a B Rank weapon ability...

    First and most important.... Thanks for showing that typo on Angel's Heart ability 1.

    I read the rules on DOT (changed after patch) and there isn't a set maximum.

    Rules for Channeled DOT is: maximum of 50% base damage for initial hit, and then 40% DMG per post for the rest of the attack.

    As for the maximum of a spell being 1.5x Rank that's evidently been removed.

    I'll be taking over this app, instead of Hika, due to her being on a break. She graded the artifact and found it to be fine, I checked the rest. Make the small edit asked for and you're good to go.
