    Job Sheet:

I FEEL IT ALL IN THE CENTER OF MY HEART

you're the love of my life

The library was unlike any he had witnessed before; marble floors, polished wooden shelves that made the place look relatively taken care of for it's grand sized area. Since the library back in Tartarus was scattered and regularly dull looking, his regard for that room had frequently been urged away to something else. Whilst now he was immensly intrigued with plundering through the books, regardless of how uninteresting some of them could possibly be. "Excuse me sir, do you need any help looking for something?" a lady questioned, aroused in-front of Nai with a questionable expression gleaming in her eyes. His crimson pools contacted her gaze, and he gaped down at her with minor suprise written in his own expression. Not that he blamed her for impending toward him. After all, it took audacity to approach an barely clothed man that was just standing around observing other people. In-fact now that he was pondering about this, he actualized that he must've seemed like a frightening deviant.

"U-Uh." his lips stretched back into a straight line and he cleared his throat with a brief cough, "I'm actually looking for somebody.. He has.. ivory hair I believe, and he's young, not some wrinkly old fart." his snide comment caused an old lady nearby to jerk in irritation at his words, the woman in-front of him sweating apprehensively in reply; as she seemed to be the only one to remark that the elderly woman had heard. "I-I think I saw a fellow that fits your description come in here.. He should be just up those stairs." she gestured over to the circular shaped stairs, ones that must've convoyed another enticing book crowded room. His bare feet shifted against the cool floor, and he began to pursue toward these stairs without even vexing to thank the young woman for her help. I wonder what this guy is like.. ; Nai speculated, taking his time up the smooth marble steps, crimson ringed irises narrowed marginally through his unorganized ebony locks. After encountering two members already, he resolved he would no longer get his hopes up like he had both times before. Since it usually led to utter disappointment and his thoughts all perplexed, Nai figured being taken aback by the indiviuals before him was better than nothing at all.

As his feet embraced the second floor, his crown tilted toward the cieling, remarking the alluring patterns on the wall, and the way the windows above illuminated the place with such natural and comforting light. Woah.. ; he thought, a gleam of fascination traveling by his eyes as he hesitantly lowered his head to a table a few lengths away from him. He wasn't sure if it was just his imagination, but it expressed that the light from above was gleaming down like a spotlight on this particular fellow, making him appear like an angel as he sad there contently reading a book. Nai felt like a shadow, gaping at him with extended irises; his heart drumming against his chest in a rythmic beat. But, it was all brief, and eventually was withdrawn from his thoughts as the area went back to normal and he snapped back into reality. What the hell was that..? ; he questioned to himself, gripping onto his forehead in remorse, just pleased with the fact nobody had seen his admiring eyes as he noticed this ivory haired youth.. the one, he were to be working with.

A sigh liberated from his lips, and he discarded his hand back by his side, casually nearing the table and taking a seat across from him. His arms urged against the wooden table, and he slightly arched toward the youth with a smirk stretched onto his lips. "Found you.~" he cheerfully sang.

The polished white seemed almost offensive to his eyes now, causing him to avoid looking anywhere but directly forward as he traversed the building. It had been a long time since he had graced anything desecration, let alone polish. 'What has it been now, 300 years since I've abided in anything that wasn't already ruined?' He had expected to find that in the guild hall really, but those were dashed, and he couldn't say that was a bad thing. It made him feel almost uncomfortable there. His eyes traced along the bookshelves, looking for solace from the slight tingles of human emotion left within him. It's not as though they were unwelcome, but once more it was a reality he wasn't used to experiencing. Change wasn't exactly a welcome element in his life.

Finding a book on history lining the shelves, he took it and seated himself for a soft read. His reason for being here was supposedly to accomplish a "job", part of his new duties since he joined the guild. Personally, he did it more so to have the chance to read and study, but if he could multitask it would be best. He let out a soft hum as encased himself in the piece, having a few hours to waste after all as he waited for his accomplice.

He made noticed of the man as he climbed the stairs towards him, but made no effort to communicate. If he had business with them they would speak, and it seemed he did. Dragging himself out of the work before him, he gave his partner a practiced smile; calm and collected, one thing that never left his mind from when he lived proper. Closing the piece, he stood and gave a small bow to the man. "Well it seems you have. The pleasure is mine. You may refer to me as Alexander if you wish, and you are?" He himself knew somewhat of his partner already, from some small attempts as study he made prior at the guild hall. Still, he had no wish to reveal anything he knew callously, so he played the fool for now.

He extended a hand to the man and glanced around the hall, taking in himself the true size of the job they had. While simple, it would prove a good way for him to acquaint himself with the library for later use. It was a place where he could study in piece, and that where his curse had no visible signs to show to others. "So, we are here to find a book, I believe? It seems we may be looking for a single grain of sand in the desert, as they say." An old expression from his people, one he hadn't used in years. Even now, remembering proper etiquette and speech was troublesome, and that was without know societies current standards. He made a mental note to try and practice as much as possible as he was out today.

    unravelled and can't breath...
How polite. Perhaps too polite? Or was this the nature of the one to whome he'd be busy with, effectively evident to work with, rather than that dull-minded blonde. A brow jerked in mild irritation just advised how clearly embarrassed he had been that day, yet crown rattled in frantic need to dust away such memories as his attention drew toward the other male instead. "Guess I'll call you Alex." words were gentle with each shift of tongue, no recognition of movement as he settled firmly to his seat, observing with fairly stretched lips. "You can call me Judar, or anything else, as long as it isn't offensive~." pearly whites were unvieled, pools of crimson briefly cloaked by thin layers of flesh and a bed of raven lashes. They gleamed like comprised flames, chained back through a void of darkness - unwilling to escape loneliness. A persona of bliss and of words dripping of lying feelings was the only thing that distracted victims from the otherwise.

A screech. Wood kneaded against firm floor as the raven-haired youth aroused onto bare feet, disregarding Alex's outstretched hand but rather observing. From a closer perspective, and on two feet, he was a few inches taller than the other male, utterly white hair unkept yet prodded out in all the right places. His eye colour was a boring brown, yet it gleamed alluringly through the rays of daylight, snaking through rooftop windows as his own narrowed in concentration. What a simple looking guy. Crude thoughts perhaps? Or was he truly appeased to be working with such a feeble looking individual? A shrug of mentality played out in his mind, fixated gaze fracturing from Alex as he also turned toward the library. "Yes.. if thats how you'd like to put it." bare feet fell against cool marbled floor, back facing the other as he briefly steered to look at him, "Come'on, don't just stand there." crudeness could've been recognized, but rather it appeared he was just teasing.

Follwing his partner's suit, Alexander began to scan the room. Frankly, he had no idea what the target was or how to find it. To him, this was mostly a mission of observation, in a few different ways. First and foremost, was an observation of both current society and standards. He couldn't hide the fact that he was drastically lacking an understanding of how society functioned now, and that miss information could cost him dearly if not dealt with properly. Secondarily was his attempt to study the man before him. After their encounter in the woods, Alex learned the man shared a similar event to him with his desecration, and he was more than curious to it's inner workings.

Moving towards the delicate shelves of knowledge, he traced a hand along the wood, an almost longing expression as he did so. It truly had been so long since he'd last researched something new, something beyond his own work. Like a small flicker inside him, he once more felt that urge to study, to once more be the pupil to the infinite bounds of knowledge before him. Still, he knew now was not the time. He stood with a research subject unlike anything he'd seen in a long time, and he couldn't let this chance fade. Turning back to Judar, Alex gave him a small nod of recognition. "So then, Sir Judar, forgive me for being slow, but what exactly are we looking for? Do you know the name, appearance?" Alexander's tone was soft and weak, still struggling with communication after so long.

Moving back to Judar, he took the time to examine his sample. He seemed fit, healthy, completely contradictory to Alexanders weak, fragile state. He stood with confidence, clearly used to be the alpha. Intelligence glimmered in his eyes as well, he clearly wasn't a fool. All in all, he was something difficult for Alexander to handle as he wanted. He'd have to be careful not to be caught with his studies. "Hopefully it shouldn't take too long, I've taken some time to find get acquainted with the library, so I'll do my best to be your humble guide."

HEY LUCID DREAMER MAKE UP YOUR MIND
Optics of ruby steered to the mound of white, the gentle voice of the male - evidently powerless - conveyed a sort of fragility to the semblance of Rukh that oscillated around him in shades of black and white. The distance voices were consistently not audible, and to him, spoke as hushed as the other male before him, no singular hint of unease, just a floodlight of dignity. It seemed regardless of who he spoke too, he would not ascend any further than the already arrogant childern of Tartarus. Possibly anybody else for that matter. "You.. you served royalty before, didn't you? I can tell, I grew up around servants and other lowly ranked members since I was born." a pause, "You must hate people like us.. and the fact you talk the way you do, and move the way you do, is a bit suspicious.." a stride forward, "I don't know why the old man brought you into Tartarus, but you better not mess anything up." the oh-so-famous smirk teased at his lips, stature allowing a comfortable proximity as arms inclined neatly infront of his chest. "And leave out the Sir! I know its probably second nature to you, but it feels weird being called that." the heed wandered to the towering shelves, hand kneading against the nape of his neck as a sigh disembarked from his parted mouth, lashes of raven fluttering briefly in thought.

"Right.. the book.. guess theres no point in you following me around like a lost puppy if you don't even know what we're looking for." tools of support tumbled back by his sides, the motion of exposed feet continuing on through an alley-way of shelves - the array of fiction clashing with his abruptly halted path. "So this old hag used to read a story about an Exceed named Happy. It has a photo of a blue cat on the front and the title is called.. "Happy Goes On A Journey".. which is pretty dumb if you ask me." mumbling the last part, scarcely audible - the male trailed a finger along the silky wooden shelf - crown of raven turning to the other with a questioning look in his eyes. "Have any ideas Alex? Or are you only good for accompanying me?" the youth was plainly not hesitant to express his cold and rather arrogant demeanour to the quiet male, one raised brow peering down on his smaller form with a hint of engagment and impatience.
