Munch. Munch. Munch. Viola would be seen, settled at the booth of the bar counter, munching on her regular and most favourable food. Donuts. She had been scanning a worn out piece of paper, continuously, tempted to solo the job on her own. If I go, I'll probably won't be able to defeat all of them... she thought to herself, red optics tightened into a light frown. This would be easier if Katherine, or any of her team-mates were around, but at the moment they all seemed occupied with their own worries and jobs. Viola lifted the job sheet up with her other hand, still wondering how she might get to slip past the notice of Kyll. There was a rule with higher ranked jobs after all, and at the moment, Viola was not there. A growl of irritation loomed from her parted lips, hands reaching up to mess up her hair in slight frustration, "Is there anyone!?" her voice came out in a roar, startling some Guild members who were seated a few feet away.

Abruptly she stopped, sensing a magical and unknown scent lingering from behind her. It wasn't dragon, nor' was it human. And the magical power that loomed from this unknown person was at least a level above her own. Hesitantly, Viola turned over, instantly catching sight of the person. He looked human, and he seemed quite composed sitting silently by himself. His hair was ebony-black, skin pale and red eyes as similar as her own. She squinted over at him for a moment, studying his features and his scent through the lengthy distance that separated them both. "Who are you looking at?" a voice suddenly questioned aside from her, shoulders tensing as a short but loud gasp escaped from her mouth. It was Melody. The fox eyeing her with a suspicious look. "D-Don't just pop up out of no where like that!" Viola barked, ignoring her friends question as she discharged from her seat with the job sheet held tightly in her hand. She lifted it up, quickly skimming over it once more as Melody pounced onto her shoulder. A lump formed in her throat, and she nervously swallowed it before approaching this person.

"Uh, hello there." she said, tone awkward and obviously timid as she spoke. Beads of sweat had began to form onto the sides of her forehead, acute and toothy smile twitched along her lips. "Are you new here? I haven't seen you around before..." Viola peered away for a moment, turning back over to him with a more curious and dull expression.

Deniel picked up the habit of humming to himself, especially during his silent moments. Ever since he decided he didn't really care about people seeing him, and he came out of his room more often, he always felt eyes on him. No one really approached him, though. He didn't know if it was because they were shy, or his look intimidated them. He liked the sound of the second reason, though. And right now, he was sitting at a table that could fit four whole people, and he was all by himself. At his side leaning against the table was his ace weapon: Nidhogg. It was a black katana with a black hilt, wrapped it comfort black gauze, and sheathed inside of a black scabbard. Despite Deniel's intimidating look, ever since he had gotten over himself, he had developed a much more child-like and outgoing personality than he was used to. He still retained his cold manor, scowl on his face, and intimidating posture, but that was when he wasn't goofing off. Right now, it was one of the moments where he was goofing off...to a certain degree. He wasn't sitting at the table doing nothing but humming, no, he was eating something. One of his favorite snacks, in fact. A strawberry ice cream sundae. Vanilla ice cream mixed in with strawberries cut and half, along with strawberry syrup to add some flavor. And in addition to the mixed strawberries, on top of whipped cream were fresh strawberries cut in half. And all of this was in a cup that seemed like it was shaped purely for the snack itself.

Right now, as Deniel hummed to himself a nice tune, he brought scoop after scoop of his desert into his mouth with a metal spoon. He could still feel eyes on him, but he didn't really care. He was in a good mood, and wasn't about to let anything ruin it. While he ate, he heard someone, a female to be more precise, yelled out in what seemed like a roar a need for assistance. Deniel already had his spoon in his mouth, so when he looked over to her, it was quite a silly picture. What do you think she's talking about, Nidhogg? Deniel spoke with Nidhogg in his mind, since the two were able to communicate in such a way so they could have private conversations. Hell if I know... Deniel shrugged and went back to eating his desert. He was almost finished, when he heard the same voice from before right beside him. He turned his head to her with his spoon in his mouth once more. And, from the looks of it, she was pretty nervous just to be asking him if he was new. Deniel gave a light shake of his head and took his spoon out of his mouth, swallowing the ice cream in it in the process. He stood up from his chair, towering over her by almost a full foot. "New? Ehhhh...that's debatable. I'm not a person who has been here for a long time, but I am one of the guild's aces." His voice had a bit of harshness to it, but there was friendliness in his tone. He was working on being friendly so he could perhaps not scare people away from him...if they didn't get over his appearance. "I'm Deniel. Deniel Decayuss Thorman. You are?"

To be honest, she felt as though she was shrinking as this man urged himself off of his seat and stood up. He wasn't standing that far away from her, causing her to peer up with a timid and stiff smile. Too tall, too tall... This guy, is he a giant!? she wondered, staring at him like he was a lion and she was just the sheep. She wanted to drag a chair over to herself and stand on it, hoping not to crane her head up any further just to look at him. "Huh?" Viola would blink at what he just said, unfazed by his tone of voice. Did he just say Ace of this Guild? Her face would pale instantly, foot sliding back in turmoil. If he's one of the Ace's of this Guild... Then that must mean he's strong if Zeno picked him! Her hands would rest by the sides of her head as she pulled at her hair, mentally screaming. Usually the Ace's of the Guild were well known, but for some reason this guy hadn't been known. It was as if he was consumed by the shadows, silently hiding in the darkness.

Viola halted the movements of her hands once she heard him speak again, grip loosening around her ivory locks, red optics curiously gawking at him from a now useful distance. "Deniel." she said to herself for a moment, a more soft and bold smile twitching onto the corner of her lips as she straightened her posture, "Viola. Viola Purefoy, it's nice to meet you!" her toothy features showed as she beamed brightly, eyes shut for a moment before she then glanced over at Melody who was settled on her shoulder. The fox was coldly glaring at nothing, per usual, causing Viola to scoff softly in response before placing her hand onto her friend's head. "And this here is Melody. She can be a bit of a grump most of the time, but she's really kind." Viola would remark with a blissful tone.

Discharing her hand back by her side, she recalled why she had approached this guy in this first place and held up the job sheet that was in her other hand. "Actually, I didn't come over here to ask if you were new," she stated rather boldly, holding out the job sheet for him to take and look at himself, "I found this just recently, but, it's way above my level to go on my own. My team is occupied with their own jobs at the moment, so I couldn't possibly go with just Melody... And uh..." she paused, timidly scratching the bridge of her nose, "Would you like to accompany me?"

Deniel awkwardly stared back and fourth between her and his strawberry sundae. He hadn't finished it just yet, so while she was having her breakdown, by the looks of it, he took two quick spoonfulls and finished it up. After that, he told her his name, and she had told him his name. Viola...a weird name to him, but who was he to talk? Who else in the world was named "Denial"...but with an e. Deniel. At least after he introduced himself  she seemed to lighten up a bit. He really didn't know what in the world her earlier behavior was all about, but at least it was gone. He stared at the fox on her shoulder, seeing its cold glare. Her having a pet, or a companion...it kind of reminded him of Nidhogg. Although his was a weapon and hers was a fox...at least they both had similar descriptions. Nidhogg could be grumpy, but he was quite a nice...thing. That's when she brought up something Deniel just loved...a job. He saw the sheet inside of her hand, and a smirk already started to twist itself across his face. He snatched the sheet right out of her hand as soon as she gave him the opportunity, and began to read it. His red eyes could be seen going from left to right, and then down a bit only to go left to right again. They scanned the sheet once, and his eyes went back up to the top so he could read a bit of it again. "Mmmmhmmmmm." This was definitely a job that was suited for someone of Deniel's rank. If Viola didn't want to take it herself, that must have meant she was a B rank at the most.

Once he was satisfied with reading it, his red eyes glanced back down at her, and the smirk on his face was much wider than before. He handed back the job sheet to her, and then reached to his right. Leaning against the table was his black katana, and that's what he went for. "If there's some ass-kicking involved, then I'd love to!" Deniel, out of excitement, already started walking away from Viola. He took only a few excited steps before he turned around. He forgot about two important things. He held his katana in his right hand, so when he pointed at her, the rest of his hand was wrapped around his blade. "By the way, this is Nidhogg. He can talk so...don't be surprised when he does. And second...." Deniel slowly and weirdly shifted himself to behind Viola, rather than in front of her. She asked if he could accompany her, not the other way around. "You should lead the way, not me. I completely forgot where we were supposed to being going with this already."

So, Viola lead the way. No, more like the four of them had to hitch a ride by carriage for the walk was to long to the station, and then to Clover Town. The lacrima had kicked in without delay, and surprisingly for the very first time in her life. She was hunched over, seated down on a small wooden ledge, hands embracing her stomach and cheeks puffed out. Her face was even tinted a slightly green colour. "...So, that sword talks?" Melody asked, seated beside her friend with a bored and dull look in her chocolate brown pools. She was trying to make conversation, for it didn't seem very enjoyable listening to the ivory-haired girl gag and groan the whole ride to the station. It was a bit odd how dragons had no motion sickness and dragon slayers did, but now, the dragon was faced with the horror of what these dragon slayers had been through. She wanted to reach into her chest and pull out this lacrima, but it was far to late now. For the magical ability was already flowing throughout her veins and entire system. Viola swallowed the lump in her throat for a moment, trying to contain herself and hopefully make conversation too.

"Yeah... T-That sword talks...?" she looked up hesitantly, hands still clung to her stomach. Beads of sweat had developed onto her face from this ill feeling of rocking back and forth, eyes tightened into a light frown as she peered over at him. He seemed like a hushed sort of person. Sitting alone, a scent that was most definitely not human. She was still befuddled by his scent, it burned at her nose, and made her shoulders tense, just like Alyia's. Although, the girls had human mixture to it, which made him different. It frustrated her. Viola was usually aware of every scent around her, and what it was. But, this was something she had never considered could exist before. When she thought about how other dragons looked at her, or sorted out her scent, she considered her species of dragon on the chart, unknown. Viola was after all the first type of her species to exist.

Deniel looked at Viola clenching her stomach in pain on the carriage with green spread across her face. Sweat was dropping down, and her eyes were closed tight. This meant one of two things, but the second one sort of tied into the first. One, she was a Slayer of some kind. Two, she was naturally motion sick. Deniel was going more for the first option, though. Slayer, huh? That's very interesting. The entire time, Deniel was using his thumb to lock his sword in and out of its scabbard. He pushed it out just an inch, and then pushed it back in to where he would hear the "Click" over and over again. While he was doing that, the Slayer and her fox had brought up the sword itself. He mentioned Nidhogg could talk, even though the sword hadn't done that since he did, and the two were curious about it. It was no surprise there, where else would someone see a talking sword? Deniel nodded at the fox, and then nodded at the motion sick girl on the floor. "Eeeeeeeyup! Watch," Deniel held out the sheathed blade in front of him horizontally, "Say 'hello', Nidhogg." ...Silence. Nothing came from the sword, and the only sounds that could be heard was the carriage moving, and Viola being motion sick. "Nidhogg." Deniel looked at the sword for a second, but nothing came out again. "Nidhogg..." His hand closed itself around the sword, and he brought it closer to his face.

"Nidhogg!" Deniel raised his voice, but still no sound came from it. "NIDHOGG!" He raised his voice as high as it could go, and then finally some sound started to come from somewhere, a voice. An echoed one, "Huh!? Wh-what!? Deniel, what do you want? I was taking a nap!" Deniel stood up from his seat in the carriage. He was more annoyed than ever now. Nidhogg was napping at the worst of times; he almost made a fool of himself. "A nap when I'm about to go on a job! You know I'll need you!" "You're the one who always tells me to keep my mouth shut. And you don't need me awake to kill things!" Although they were yelling at each other, the tones of their voices were more annoyed than angry. And with a man yelling at a piece of metal in a scabbard, the whole scene looked pretty ridiculous and stupid. It waas just two idiots going at each other with random insults like two-year-olds. Through the midst of the argument, Deniel told Nidhogg that he had asked him to say 'hello'. So for a second, they stopped arguing so he could quickly say: "HiViolaI'mNidhoggnicetomeetyou." Once his fast speech was done, he and Deniel went back to arguing with each other. It might have been hard to believe Deniel and Nidhogg were weapon and wielder, and they were best friends.

At first, both Melody and Viola thought Deniel was crazy. He was shouting at the sword, even screaming at it to speak. But, how could it? It was just a piece of metal, there was no possible way that thing could speak. Oh, but, they were mistaken. The voice echoed out to all of them like it was speaking to them in their minds, Melody was not as taken aback as Viola was, a shiver running down her back, her eyes widening in bewilderment. She wanted to open her mouth and say something, but could find no words. Plus, before she knew it, both the sword and Deniel were tossing back bickering words and flooding the entire carriage with boisterous chatter. A smile twitched onto her face, watching the two holler at each other; reminded of herself and Melody. The four of them may of had different personalities, but they sure seemed to resemble each-other in some odd way.

"...Likewise," it was hard to speak with this terrible feeling, she was afraid if she spoke to much something other than words with slip out, "You two seem... pretty close.." a short and weak laughter loomed from her mouth, peering up at them both as Melody watched with slight curiosity. Like usual, the only expression that was on her face was either a dull one, or a deep and irritated frown. "Tch, you two have better insults than Viola could ever come up with," the fox joked, clearly trying to irritate her friend like usual, which worked of course. An anger symbol comically appeared by the side of her forehead as she turned over weakily to the small canine. "...What did you just say? You little brown blob..." Viola towered over her while Melody only looked away with a bored expression painted on her canine features, "You... You.. You-!" a loud groan escape her mouth as she brought her hands up to her mouth, cheeks puffed out and face green. Without a delay she was back to hunching over and feeling the terrible wrath of motion sickness. "Pathetic." Melody insulted from her side, eyes closed and lips pulled back into a straight line. "S-Shut up..."

"Jackass!" "Asshole!" Deniel sat down with Nidhogg on his lap, and crossed his arms almost like a little kid. He and his sword were finally done arguing, and the very last two words they said to each other were insults. Neither of them apologized to each other, or said anything to each other. Finally, the carriage had quieted down a little bit from the two of them shouting at each other like five-year-olds. After a few minutes had passed by, a smirk came off Deniel's face. He started to snicker, and so did Nidhogg. Soon the two of them began to laugh together just five minutes after they acted like they hated each other. "Asshole? That's the best you can do?" Deniel almost fell off his seat in the carriage from laughing so much. Nidhogg, on the other hand, didn't say anything because he was so busy laughing. And whenever he tried, he couldn't finish. After trying to calm down, he gave it one more shot. "I-I could hahahahahh--say the same to you! Hahahahahahah! Jackass!?" The carriage was no longer quiet. It was loud once again, but instead of it being filled with insults and yelling, it was filled with laughter of a grown man and an ancient dragon. It was a weird combination, and looked completely ridiculous, but that just made it even more funny to them. The laughter finally died down, but Nidhogg and Deniel were still chuckling and sniffling their noses. "Heheheheheheh....ahahah....aaaaaaaaah.....heheheh."

That's when the carriage stopped, since Deniel and Viola had finally reached Magnolia Town. This was the first destination to Clover Town. After Magnolia, they would hop on to a train that they would take to Clover Town. It was all very strange to Deniel, because he walked or flew everywhere, but mostly walked. He didn't midn making such a long journey at all, but since he wasn't alone, he had to take the normal way. Deniel hopped out of the carriage and waited for Viola to get her motion sickness together. Since she was a slayer, Deniel was wondering what kind of slayer she was. Dragon? God? Demon? And what element did she have as well? He judged he would find out soon enough, so he didn't rush it. With his sheathed blade in his left hand, Deniel left the carriage and made his way through Magnolia Town to the train station. Being honest with himself, it was going to be his very first time taking a train. He was acting like a little kid, almost, impatient and excited to finally get on one. He couldn't seem to stand still at the station. He was always running around everywhere, or just jumping up and down in excitement. "A train! Oh boy a train!" Deniel almost charged ahead of everyone else once the train arrived at the station, even Viola. He was the very first one on when everyone got off, and he dropped himself down on a seat closest to a window.

He stared out of the window, and in a few minutes, the train had started to leave the station on its way to the next.

The motion sickness had passed eventually, but she still felt slightly ill and faint while walking toward the train station. Melody was settled on her shoulder, per usual, boredly examining the citizens around her while Viola was gawking at Deniel who was acting quite childish. She knew she would be doing the same thing if it wasn't for this ill feeling, damn lacrima. She thought, irked for a brief moment. Abruptly the doors opened, and the raven-haired man had dashed so quickly into the train head first that a cloud of dust had kicked out behind him. People shoved by the dragon, leaving her behind a swarm of loud and chattering people before she also stepped onto the train, sweat-dropping in the process. Quickly, she would weave through people toward Deniel, discharging onto the cushioned seat just across from him, also having a view of the window. She had never really rode a train that much, maybe just a few times while she was still in Saber-tooth or while she had spent only a few days in Fairy Tail. But, that was awhile ago. "Is this your first time or something?" she asked, the train hadn't moved yet, but it was about to depart any second.

Finally, a conversation, a ride without motion sickness. Wrong. As the train shifted, so did her stomach, and that oh so familiar sickness in her stomach piled up once again, hands reaching up to her mouth and face going green again. Some people glanced over, wondering if she was alright, but Melody who was now seated beside her seemed to give off a vibe to not worry about her right now. "I-I hate this... lacrima..!" she managed to croak out, knelt over and clutching her stomach. Sometimes she wished she had never received this lacrima, although, it did make things much more interesting in the use of magic and her true form.

Deniel heard the train's whistle blow, and the train slowly shift itself across the tracks. The departure was slow at first, but the train eventually picked up its speed at a very steady pace. Deniel looked outside of his window, at the green landscape, mountains in the distance, and everything else that they passed by. "Yeah. It's my first time on a train." Deniel crossed one of his legs over the other and put his sword down on his lap. He was excited to be on a train at first, but that excitement slowly died down. He didn't like that they were going so slow, at least it was slow to him, and he couldn't feel the wind in his face. He stared out at the window non-stop. Then his eyes gave a glance over to Viola, who was still suffering from motion sickness. Slayer Magic must have been really powerful for it to be worth the inability to travel without getting sick. He shrugged and looked back out at the window for only a few seconds, but then an idea came to his mind. He looked back at Viola, and then down at his sword Nidhogg. He picked the sheathed blade up from his lap, and pointed the hilt at Viola. "Hold still. This'll be easier if you don't resist." He pulled the whole thing back, and then thrust the hilt straight into Viola's stomach. Deniel's intention was to knock her out so she wouldn't have to suffer through the long train ride all the way to Clover Town.

They were just coming up on the first stop, but they would have to have many more to go before they reached Clover Town. And if he were sick, he wouldn't want to have to sit through it. The train blew its whistle as it reached the stop after Magnolia Town. Some passengers left, a few came on board, and the train went off the station once again. It was the same pattern over and over again. Deniel wasn't really excited about a train at all, anymore. The first few seconds were all that was enjoyable. Now all that there was to it was him staring out at the window, gazing at the landscape that seemed to be the same wherever he went, and then finally the train whistle would blow as it came to a stop. This repeated three times until they finally reached Clover Town. The final stop was the longest, since there was more distance to cover. Once the train was closing in Clover Town, though, Deniel began to paint his smirk across his face again. It meant a lot of things; sometimes it was a bad thing, sometimes it was a good thing. But for Deniel, it was always a good thing. For his enemies, particularly on a job, it was a bad thing. "Heheheheheheheh."

This was agony. Never before had she experienced this. And was now wondering if her mentor did this for pure grins, rather than to change her wholly into a different person. Viola did feel changed though, like there were two different parts of her now erased into one girl. But, Viola also felt the presence of something much more corrupt masked deep within. Right now, she felt different, her hair wasn't this colour, it was black, darker than the man in-front of her if that was achievable. Along with her optics, originally being sky blue while now tainted an intimidating crimson red. Sin had changed her. Had opened up half of her dragon side. And it was only just the beginning. Or so Katherine had mentioned. Even Melody, she could feel something much more higher impending their way. "Huh?" her head arised to peer at Deniel faintly, lightly frowning in bafflement. She hadn't understood what he meant, and her pools lowered to see the handle of his sword, Nidhogg, lowered to be directed at her stomach. Promptly, she understood his intentions with the end of the sword, and looked up at him with extended eyes. Her hands lifted up, hoping to gesture this 'kind' act to a halt, but, it was too late. A sharp whack to the stomach, and her world went blurry, head lowering back to land onto the cushioned seat. Her face was no longer a sickly green, but was painted with a content expression.

"She's going to maul you when she wakes up." Melody joked, hoping to scare Deniel. Despite him being a level higher in both magic and height, she was still a dragon. Though, the little fox knew with a dull expression and cautious chocolate brown pools, that her peacefully sleeping friend would also thank him for letting her go through this ride without suffering. A sweat drop comically appeared by the side of her head as Viola began to drool, grinning rather childishly to reveal the acute toothy smile she embodied. Honestly, I can't believe you're actually a dragon... Melody rattled her head, softly smiling for a brief moment. She had crept onto her lap, deciding to watch the passing scenery. Trees. Fields. Mountains. Nothing interesting. It was all the same thing, the same thing they saw everyday while even pursuing to jobs on foot rather than train ride. But, before she knew it, Clover Town was in the distance, slowly nearing them little by little. Melody turned over to her friend, smacking her with her tail to rouse her from her sleep, but, she didn't budge. "...I think you hit her too hard." Melody remarked, even urging up to smack her face with her meager paws.

"Huuuuuuuh...." Deniel stared down at Viola. The train had stopped at Clover Town's station, the last stop until it went back the way it came. Deniel stood up and shrugged. Instead of waking her up, he grabbed Viola by the back of her clothes and put her up on his shoulder. He had his right hand holding his katana, while his left hand was holding up Viola on his left shoulder. "Come on, Melody." Whilst he was holding Viola, Deniel began to exit the train and also started to hum a friendly tune. It was a very weird sight, and a person could easily accuse him of something. He was holding an unconscious girl with a sword in his hand, and he even looked like the person who would do it. Glowing red eyes never screamed "friendly" to anyone. In fact, as he got off of the station he saw people staring at him. He didn't really get what the big deal was, so he never would have expected they what they were thinking. In fact, when he walked by a girl about his age, he gave a wink at her and continued to stroll along. She stepped back and shifted uncomfortably. Despite the fact that people thought something bad was happening, no one bothered to do anything because everyone was too scared to do something. Deniel left the station area with Viola still on his shoulder, and that's when he began to look and glance around the place. "Okay, let's see here.....uuuuummmmmm....." Deniel thought back to the job description. He tried to remember exactly where he needed to stop this masked guild.

It took a bit, but he eventually got it. He started to hurry from the entrance of the train station towards the Guild Master's Hall. Deniel had never actually been there before, and he was wondering if there was anything going on there right now. Instead of walking like he normally was doing, he hurried himself up to a jog so he could get there faster. After running for a bit, though, Deniel slid on his heels and stopped in his tracks. "Waaaaaait a minute." He looked on his shoulder to Viola. He hadn't really checked on her, and he was going to need her since she was the one who wanted to take this job in the first place. He shrugged and found a bench close by, where he set her down on and stood next to. Now he was starting to admit to himself that Melody was right, maybe he did hit her a little too hard. Still, he didn't really want to see her have to go through such a painful ride, and a long one, too. While he waited Deniel did his usual thing of clicking and unclicking his sword from its scabbard. While he did, he sang the same tune that he hummed when he got off of the station, but it was in a whistle this time rather than doing it in a hum. As soon as Viola got back together, then he would start back to the Guild Master's Hall again. There didn't seem to be any panic right now, so he had plenty of time.

Daylight lurked past her eyelids, head shifting and body gingerly turning on the stable wooden bench. It was warm, wherever she suddenly was, compared to the chilled train and nauseating flow. She did not feel afflicted, and inquired if it was just a delusion. Her closed eyes stiffened for a brief moment before fluttering open, filling the once bare space with the tone of an Autumn Rouge. Vivid and alluring, much like the advent on a Spring morning, fresh and redolent from the aftermath of rain. "Uhhhh... What the hell...?" her slender and pale hands had heightened up and toward her face, palms kneading against her drained optics in an bid to rouse from this mysterious sleep. Oh, yeah, how did she even drift off into sleep in the first place? Her hands sinked back into her lap, attention traversed over to the tall figure that towered over to her right, Melody located on her left. Everything came back to her quite rapidly, and one eye twitched in a sudden flare of rage as an anger symbol comically popped up aside her forehead. She reached back to clamp onto the handle of Akemi, the action of blowing Deniel precisely on the center of his head searing through her mind. Though, she halted midway, the hard wooden cloaked sword inches away from the raven-haired man's head as she was now fixed on both feet on the bench. Her stomach was sore, she could feel the tender flesh pulsing from where he had recently buffeted her. But despite the painful action, it was a mer act of kindness on his part, and she was pleased that she had attained this fact before she did something she'd regret later on.

"...Thanks," she mentioned, timidly peering away from the raven-haired man as she stepped off of the bench. Viola took a moment to span out her figure, stretching and doing to best to relive the tension in her body, but mostly her stomach. Damn, it... She was not so thrilled. In spite of being to one who chose this job, at the last moment she had recalled having a very traumatic experience in this town. Specifically at the Guild Master Hall. But, that could be overwritten today, and that was her main target. "Well... Let's go!" a grin jerked onto the corners of her lips, acute teeth coming into view before she twisted on her heel and urged off of the cobblestone ground. Her figure effortlessly launched up into the air, landing on the roof of a home as she did her best to catch her balance. It was easier to see the Guild Master Hall from higher up as of now, it was the grandest structure in Clover Town after all. Viola didn't wait up, but let her meager fox friend scramble onto her shoulder with a heavy pant and barely audible growl. Assuming Deniel would pursue closely behind, she took off again from roof to roof, alarming the citizens who were currently home.

Deniel heard Viola get up, and her confusion regarding where she was act. After that, all he heard from her was silence. He didn't bother to look back at her, though, since he knew what she was probably feeling or thinking. It was natural for her to be pissed off at him after what he did. It was for a good cause, but it still must have hurt like Hell. Deniel awaited the pain that would come from Viola striking him, but it never came. Deniel turned around curiously, seeing Viola perched higher than he was on top of the bench. Her wooden sword was drawn, but she didn't hit him. In fact, what came out of her was one simple, yet powerful word: "Thanks." Deniel was caught off guard by the word. Not a whole lot of people ever thanked him, and certainly not for striking them hard enough to knock them out. "I'm glad you saw reason. You're welcome." After her expression of gratitude, Viola took off like a rocket. He watched her jump from roof to roof towards the Guild Master's Hall. Deniel had never been there himself, but he knew where he was at. He knew where almost everything was at in Fiore. He wasn't a born in the country, but Vergil made him do a lot of research on it. Deniel wasn't really in much of a rush as Viola was. He only shrugged and started to walk there instead. Viola was going to more than likely reach the location much faster than he was going to.

His reason was because it was her job, not his. Despite it being a rank above her, he still wanted to have her do some of the fun instead of him. Deniel was more than capable of doing almost any job out there by himself. Even the more difficult ones, such as S rank ones...and he even thought he could do something as high up as a Ten Year by himself. Deniel turned the street that lead down to the Guild Master's Hall. Now he was starting to prepare his Magic, and his body for combat. "Nidhogg. You awake?" "Yeah." Deniel's smirk started to come across his face again. However, this one was accompanied by something else. As the right side of his mouth started to arc up in a smirk, he lowered his head and eyebrows to create a part of a scowl. This wasn't a sly smirk, it was a very evil and devilish one. Quite ironic for him to make such a face, too. For as he approached the Guild Master's Hall, behind Viola, the sky began to darken and crackle with thunder. It was perfectly sunny just a minute ago, but something about Deniel made everything around him darken. Shadows overcame the land, and gusts of echoed wind blew with him as he walked. Viola was able to sense his magic power earlier, and now, it began to grow stronger. So strong that it took a physical form outside of his body. From all over his body, a red glowing energy began to flow out of him like fire. His red eyes glowed inside of the energy that enveloped him. He was getting ready to fight.

Her combat boots screeched against the roof of somebody's home, entire frame halting to a stop to bore up at the sky. The once alluring blue, and warmth of sunlight was consumed by growling clouds, dark and looming with the presence of magic. Deniel... ; Viola lowered her gaze to behind her. The raven-haired man was not close, but, she knew he was taking his time to the Guild Master's Hall. Despite him behind too far for an average human to hear, she, was not human. "Viola!" Melody abruptly hollered, her head snapped over toward her friend. Down below, to the far left of the main cobblestone path leading to the Guild Master's Hall was a very very large group of people. Their identities were all hidden by half masks, revealing only their mouths and nothing more. Five of them stood out the most, settled in the front, with wicked grins and more alluring clothing. She could feel the creep of magic looming from them the most, just as potent as Deniel's. "...We need to warn the citizens, they might try and distract the Guards of this place by injuring people." there was a sign of worry in the meager fox's voice, red optics submerging to the attention of her to see that she was trembling. Melody never grew this bothered, but it only meant this situation, was very overwhelming. And very real. It was not like the other jobs of fixing things, or defeating beasts of woods. Her teeth clenched together, feet urging against the roof-top again to take off. It seemed the Masked Guild was taking their time as-well, which meant she could get their much much more quickly than them. Or not. It seemed the universe was not entirely on her side today, and she tripped just as she was about to take off, loosing her level and descending down onto the pathway. She landed face first infront of them, startling the men for a moment as she resolved their twitching before hesitantly leaning up with a now bloodied nose. They looked at her, with jaws dropped, while she stared back with an irked expression. "...What, you have a problem? Why are there so many of you anyway? Is there a party going on that I wasn't invited too?" she finally spat out, one of them grinned and stepped forward, her attention scanning over to his leg as her own snapped out to boot him in the back of the knee. He fell flat on his back with a groan, startling his comrades who never believed their superior could suddenly get thrashed like that.

"So, you're that Masked Guild that everybody cannot stop talking about? Nice outfits by the way, but they won't be so pretty once I'm finished with you all." Viola rised to her feet, wiping the blood from her nose and causing it to smudge across her face, heeding like she had been in an intense brawl. A shadow crossed her face, dark and cool, crimson eyes becoming more reptile as she minded the man standing back up himself. "You... brat, who are you?" he question, openly enraged. "Hm, who am I, you ask?" her hand reached back to flick back a strand of hair, revealing her neck which was stained with the Eclipse Soul marking, the men in the group that remarked this tensed up.

Deniel's pace began to quicken. He was about two hundred yards away from the guild master's hall. He saw ahead of him that Viola had gotten caught up between all of them, which meant the fight was probably going to start soon. And he was going to make a grand, but very scary entrance. His pace quickened to a power walk, and then a jog, and soon Deniel started to run. His head was held low, and he was nearly in an all-out sprint. At this point, the rain had begun to pour down on Clover Town. It poured and poured, almost like it hadn't rained in days. On top of that, the thunder and lightning in the sky changed to an unnatural color. They were red. A crimson red, just like the fiery aura around Deniel. This aura faded as Deniel ran, and the red thunderbolts cracked all around Deniel. Eventually, one of them hit him. Deniel didn't seem harmed by it at all. Except both of his arms were different. Both of his arms were now covered in black scales, zero skin to them, and on his shoulders were two black plated shoulderguards. His fingernails had suddenly grown to sharp claws. Another lightning bolt hit Deniel, and now his waist down to his feet were changed. From his waist down, he had the same black scales on his arms. To cover up most of it, though, Deniel had knee-high combat boots. A third bolt of lightning hit Deniel, making his body turn to black scales, and a pair of bug-like beetle wings on his back. And finally, one last bolt of lightning. By the time Deniel reached the halfway point to the Guild Master's Hall, his Full Body Take Over activated.

The whole event took about four seconds to happen, and the rest of the run there, Deniel sprinted to the Guild Master's hall. His footsteps were nearly thundering and booming. The rain was pouring around him, with nearly flooded steets beneath his booming footsteps. In addition to him, Deniel's plain old black katana changed as well. Now it was a very large and curved broadsword with rotten demonic skin covering a majority of the blade, save for the sharp edges of it. This was on Deniel's back as he ran, and as he neared the guild master's hall, the scowl on his face became ever more apparent. His eyes were glowing with hate, and anger. And to make sure his entrance wasn't ignored, he let out a very loud battle cry, that sounded nearly inhuman. And once he was just within ten feet of Viola and the others, he reached for his sword on his back. And his slaughter began. One of them was unfortunate enough to be lined up with the door, so Deniel grabbed that single person, and slammed straight through. The door burst wide open, alarming the members of The Masked Guild inside.

They were all inspecting the place, looking to see if they could find anything, and the last thing they expected was a demonic figure to burst through the door with one of them. Deniel dispached of the one he had quickly. He grabbed him into a table, and then took his sword from his back. He gave a deadly slash across his chest, just so he could burst it open a bit, and then took his other clawed hand and ripped his heart clean out from it. He kicked the lifeless corpse away, and turned to one of the members that was fast at reacting. Deniel forcefully shoved the heart into his mouth, and cut him twice, nearly in half. He was getting the attention of nearly everyone, and his body was already soaked in rain, and covered in blood.

A cry, manifested with the vocals of an outraged human man and then, something that was... demonic. It sent chills down her spine, flesh becoming brisk and developing goosebumps. Her eyes were enlarged, reptile slits drawn back into what arosed to be crimson spooked optics. She had felt this presence earlier before, a mighty scent that was unusual to her but generated her dragon like senses to perk up. As if something was warning her, despite the young dragon not truly feeling vulnerable herself. Suddenly the ground broke out before her, sleek cobblestone tiles cracking and flying out from the impact of the figure that had came into this event. What the hell? ; That was all her mind could process, watching as the demonic figure clutched onto the man she had previously caused to fall flat on his back early, now heaving him into the building that they had most likely hijacked before. Maybe even still were. Viola just gawked at the inhuman being, pondering on where it had come from and why it unexpectedly joined in on this brawl with her. And then. It hit her. When she was brought back to the storm, now murkier and violent than ever before, she was brought back to the brief image of Deniel. So that's why his scent was so weird? ; The dragon hadn't budged while gaping at him like some awestruck child. It was horror show for most of the Masked Guild, observing their comrades with trembling knees and jittery cries. But, some were riled up immensely and took their chance to lash out on the distracted ivory haired girl. Viola's optics scanned suddenly back over to the masked men, too emotionally impaired to study her movements before brawling. The one closest to her lifted his scimitar up to smash it back down on her and possibly end her life. As if! ; Swiftly, as the man was raising his bulky sword, she swung herself back effortlessly into a backflip, buffeting him underneath the chin with the bridge of her foot and sending him onto the ground. His hand had released the sword, allowing her to embrace it with her left hand as she fixedly docked back onto the ground. Fourteen more left... ; Her wrist would snap out, letting the sword slip from her hand and drift into another man closest to her, tearing the flesh and shattering the skull as it collided directly into his head. Blood was everywhere. On the walls, on the ground. Corpses were layed out like discharged seeds. And the sight repulsed her. Her nose scrunched up, and she was just urging herself not to vomit from the reeking pulse of blood that burned through her nostrils. Making the inside of her dragon side berserk. And not the good one.

A bundle of the group of fourteen charged her way from all corners, a brief sigh of stress looming from her lips as they would part, head lowered. What a nuisance... Might as well hold them off for a few moments... ; Taking in a breath of air, with most of her frame lowered forward, dark ebony coated scales painted the lid of her eyes like eyeshadow, and dusted her cheekbones like blush. Though most of her body wasn't visible, the darkened scales were also merging with her flesh underneath all of her clothing. As the men were nearly inches away from her, her head heightened back up, mouth opening to let a very boisterous and very powerful roar loom from her mouth. It was like the shock wave of a bomb, sending many of the men flying back, and pieces from the fractured ground to tag along with them. The roar was like the sharp cry of an angered young girl and a grand dragon, incredibly frightening those who were not nearby to see the bloody brawl. Viola was positive in herself as the roar eventually broke out through the air to leave nothing but silence and the faint cries and echoes of a brawling Deniel a few feet away from her. Everybody was on the ground unconscious, some hit their heads the wrong way and were now laying their lifeless and displaced forever. "Earth come forth," a voice suddenly called, her attention clicked back over to the voice that had vocaled only a few feet aside from her. It was one of the men at the front of the group before, blowing his staff into the ground as the earth shifted suddenly, surprising Viola as she lost her balance. W-What?! ; It felt like somebody had thrown a boulder at her, sharp and painful as her body flew back and hit the wall, a harsh pressure holding her there and crushing the cage around her lungs slowly. Her hands attained down, remarking that it was a large piece of fractured building that had most likely broken off from her roar before. Her clawed hands tried to embrace it and push it off, but it kept slipping from her hold anytime she urged hard enough. As one of her ribs cracked, a agonizing cry came out from her throat, tears welling up in the corners of her crimson optics which were tightened and now peering over at the man before her.

"I'll give you the pleasure of dying slowly and painfully, brat." the man spoke, tone cold yet there was a playful amusement that was noted, "Or maybe I should just let you break instantly?" he laughed briefly, causing Viola to frown. Tears of pain slipped past her cheeks as she growled at him deeply, still gripping the chunck of building that was being manipulated by his way. "Y-You... Bastard!" she hollered out, another cry escaping her mouth as another piece of the cage snapped, blood was now pooling in her mouth and creeping past the corners of her lips. "Hmm... Hold on, do I know you from somewhere?" he questioned, leaning forward, "Subject 16?" her entire figure tensed, eyes extending in fear. Not that name... That's not my name anymore! ; She thought, body now trembling from the shock of pain and of the words that had just rolled off his tongue. Sure, her skin was rough and rigid from the scales she truly wore, but, not even a quarter of her dragon side was generated yet. "I was startled to see Yamori half eaten, who knew you were such a monster." Viola lost herself, glaring up at the man as though she wanted to devour him whole, to wipe his existence off the face of the earth like wiping away dust. "SHUT UP!" her voice came out in a hoarse scream, acute teeth gritted together.

Viola was dealing with fifteen of the Masked Guild member's outs--now fourteen. Deniel was glancing back at Viola's progress while he was holding off one of the members with a single finger. He had his sharp finger on his forehead, and had him pushed back all the way. The person swung left, right, up, and down, but couldn't hit Deniel. After getting a little sick of him, Deniel used his palm instead of his finger to bring him a bit closer, and then brought his foot up to his stomach to kick him back into another group of members. Deniel counted fifteen on his side, which meant there were thirty split in half. Deniel hadn't killed anyone else just yet, all because he was studying his opponents. He dodged their attacks and gave light punches and kicks to make sure he was still doing something, but he never killed anyone just yet. They were each wearing different masks, so that divided them into to groups. One with gold, and one with silver. All of the silver ones had spears, so that made them a bit tricky to attack because of their range. Still, Deniel grabbed on to one of the spears that was jabbed at him, and swung the member around himself to use him as a weapon to hit his allies. He eventually let go and threw the Masked Initiate in whatever direction he was facing. Deniel clapped his hands together to block the sword attack of one of the ones that were wielding scimitars. These guys were different. Deniel could tell they were more skilled than the silver masked ones, but were still no match for him.

Deniel twisted the arms of the initiate and sent his fist to his stomach to knock him out cold. Then he let him drop to the ground, and Deniel drew his blade. In one move, he stabbed the giant broadsword into the man's chest, more than likely splitting his heart and a few other things in that area right in half. Deniel noticed a third group of masked guild members, ones that weren't fighting. They had golden masks on, but no swords. As Deniel side-stepped to one of the silver masked ones charging at him with a spear, he narrowed his pure black red eyes at they. They held staves, and they seemed to have no interest in fighting just yet. Deniel found it rather curious. His train of thoughts were interrupted when he felt something sting him right in his side. He let out a grunt and clenched both of his fists. He looked to his side to see a scimitar sword impaled deep into his ribs. He stared down at it, and then he looked at the masked guild person who had done it. They let go of the sword, and were slowly stepping away. They expected it would do much more than make Deniel grunt, in fact, he didn't seem to be bothered by it. Deniel's clawed hand clenched around the sword's hilt, and with one swift motion, he tore the whole thing clean from his side. His red eyes, filled with evil and hate, gazed on the person who stabbed him. He tilted his head to the side, and then his hand slowly reached for his blade on his back.

Deniel was done gathering information now. He had everything he needed, down to the weapons and skill level of each of the members of the masked guild. It didn't make too much of a difference, but at least he knew what he was up against and who was who. He wasn't a person for knowledge, but when it came to combat, he wanted to know as much as he could about his opponents. His hand grabbed the hilt of his large broadsword, and he drew the blade. At this point, the masked guild member turned tail and ran for the door. He was just about to step outside before he felt a hand on his shoulder stop him, pull him in, and the worst amount of pain imaginable go through his chest. Deniel had chased after him, stopped him, and then stabbed his chest area from behind. Deniel didn't take long to pull his blade out, and then throw the body in a random direction. Since he was at the door, it didn't take long for Deniel to notice that Viola was in trouble. He didn't know what was going on, but what he did know was his guildmate was in trouble. Deniel held up his blade to the man's throat, and for the first time in front of Viola in his Take Over, he spoke. "Let the girl GO!" His voice was very fierce and full of anger. It sounded human in some ways, but some ways it didn't. It had an echo to it as well, as if multiple ones of him were speaking. But despite the fierceness, his voice was almost quiet and cold.

"How... How did you know, Yamori?" Viola interrogated, her hands were still clawing against the broad piece of building, facial features stiffened and acute teeth gritted together. It was daunting that this masked 'stranger' knew who she was, despite the Aogiri's secluded building being cloaked by the lengthy trees of a forest. Viola simulated that once she had escaped from that place, and massacred Yamori with her own dragon jaws, that Aogiri was no more. But, now, she was deliberating other-wise. "Hm, let's just say, I offered him something in exchange for money." her figure strained at his sentence, engrossed on past memories that had haunted her ever since, and most possibly still would. She wanted to open in her mouth and say something, breath out the name of the man who had deceived her years ago. But, before she could say anything, the familiar voice of Deniel hollered out, screaming through her ears and causing her to shiver slightly. His sword, Nidhogg, which was much more grander than before, was urged lightly along the neck of the 'stranger' as he stood behind him. "Heh. Guess this is my cue to leave... for now. See you later, Vi~o~la~!" his graceful movements caused him to pull away from the demonic looking Deniel, using the piece of building (that was still urged against Viola) to rocket up onto the rooftop of somebody's home and then dash off.

I have... To go after him.. ; She thought weakly, her body casually drifting forward as the fractured piece of building shifted away from her lastly. Her frame discharged toward the ground, buffeting front first into the deathly cold cobblestone ground with a loud smack. But, she was determined and pushed away the screaming pain in her ribs to hesitantly lean up and hopefully stand. This was humiliating on her part. She was a dragon, yet she was too afraid to even reveal her true form while Deniel spoke otherwise. How is he not afraid? ; Her figure was sweaty and tainted in the blood of the men she had lashed out on. Frown creased across her face as she continuously attempted to push herself up, over and over again. Viola wanted to show herself, to fill the empty marble with more magic that would consume her fully. But, every past memory was holding her back. Humans were afraid of dragons, of demons, of things they were not. The girl was beginning to get disheartened once more, and clenched her scaly hands against the dirtied ground with a barely audible growl.

So...he knows who she is. Deniel gained that much information as the masked guild member decided to bow out of his situation. Coward. And then the next moments were filled with Viola attempting to stand up and chase after the man. All he saw was her trying to get up, but then falling down just as fast as she did before. Deniel glanced at his back. Most of the masked guild members were still there, since he hadn't finished them off. They were all watching, though, and didn't really look like they wanted to fight him again just yet. In fact, some of them looked scared of him. And when Deniel glanced back at them, they all winced and took a few steps back. Deniel only gave them a snarl, and then looked back at Viola. Either way he looked, he didn't like what he saw one bit. One end had people who were almost too afraid to fight, and then another end was a girl who couldn't get up over an injury in her rib. To someone else it might prove to be a problem, but Deniel's ribbed was stabbed deep, and he was still standing. Hell, he even took the blade out himself with one of his hands. So after Viola gave another attempt at standing up, he could bear to watch it anymore. He clenched his clawed hand out of anger, and then reached down. Instead of grabbing her by her clothes, or somewhere that wouldn't have hurt, he pulled her up by her hair. "GET UP ALREADY!" She was a fellow guildmate, but he didn't seem to care right now. Because sometimes, people could be too nice to each other. Deniel was someone who wasn't afraid to be harsh.

"You'll have plenty of time to chase after your past later! But for now, you need to get your ass up off the ground, AND START KICKING SOME ASS! It's pathetic watching you struggle so much!" After he said that, he dropped her back to the ground so she could get up by herself. Now he turned away from her, and looked back at the crowd inside of the building. He still had his sword drawn, he just used his other hand to pick Viola up. And now he looked at every single one of them. He took out 3 before, which left twelve left. Deniel went for the one that was unfortunate enough to be the closest. Deniel's clawed hand was placed on to his face, only letting his eyes see the horror that was before him. Then he slashed him twice, and stabbed him in the chest. It seemed to be Deniel's method of finishing his opponents: stabbing them in the heart. Ironically enough, in his Black Devil form, Deniel had a piece of armor that seemed to protect his chest area, and his chest area only. It was like a belt, but around his chest. It was strange. Well, another one bit the dust, and that left 11.

    -Viola

A wheeze of startle-ment and discomfort liberated from her parted lips as Deniel vigorously lifted her upper body up by her lengthy ivory locks. So firmly she could feel parts of her hair riving and her ribs shifting un-naturally against tissue that shouldn't of been disturbed. Her hands, instead of spanning up to urge the raven-haired man away, embraced the side of her stomach. His voice was boisterous, diverting her from the pain in her body as she peered up at half stunned and half agitated. He was right. Everything he said, despite his tone and his bothered action. Was all right. Gravity rebounded to her as his hand discharged from her hair, causing her to land on back in the position she previously was in with a loud thud. Viola somewhat groaned in torment once her frame collided with the solid ground again, forearms holding her head up to only face the picture of cobblestone tiles; tainted with blood and decaying with age. She overheard him return to battle, but, did not motion to struggle with pushing herself up again. Instead, she settled there on the ground, half leant up with the pain of her broken cage torturing her nerves.

"The problem is that you are too human. All the years of you trapped in a human body for so long ; that you have forgotten to be a Dragon. Dragons are fierce powerful creatures with great amount of wisdom due to their old age. While I forgive the fact you are very young for a dragon, it does not excuse your maturity or not being in tune to your senses." Katherine's words pierced through her thoughts from past tense in Sin, "Does it sound rough? It's because it is necessary! For one does not truly appreciate the good things they had in life until it is taken from them." everybody was right. Deniel. Her mentor, even her closest friend despite her not vocalizing often at all, at times, they were all right. Abruptly, steam began to discharge from the wound on her side, muscles binding together and bones fusing into their proper places with a crack. Hesitantly, she erected onto both of her feet, cloaked in the combat boots that could be seen essentially everyday with her ; on feet or not. There was a gloom across her face, giving her reptile crimson orbs an intimidating and rather daunting look. Since the men she had previously fought had been knocked out cold, or handed to Death, she was left with brawling alongside Deniel and the group that was fixated on him.

They seemed as though they would gang up on him any minute, like an enraged wolf pack with no vote to clash back. And, Viola was right. One of the masked-men ; timid and fearful, impended toward Deniel with his spear in hand, giving no hesitation to the dragon as she rocketed forward. She used the masked-man's face to propel her up, causing her weight and tough heel to his face to only naturally knock him to the ground unconscious. Half up in the air, another masked-man was approached Deniel, but she made it to him before he could even contact the demonic man. Promptly, she unsheathed Akemi from the wooden pouch, using the handle of the sword to belt it precisely into the masked-man's face ; a loud crunch to be hear. Blood discharged from his face as he stumbled back, dropping his spear and embracing his face with a light cry. This guy is crying over a broken nose? ; A sigh brushed from her vocals, frame no longer tense, but boiling so heatedly her skin could be considered ablazed from fire. Though this wouldn't last long, for it was only the mere side affect of curing. Especially since now three quarters of her dragon side were roused through her system. Viola peered over at Deniel, feeling content on disheartening the men with fear from her entrance, since they had been so confident earlier on piling on her Guild Mate. Now they were converted to moving their legs to fast that not even the two of them would be able to hook attention to.

"I really hate saying this for the second time, but... thank you. For not treating me like a child." there was embarrassment to her voice as she spoke to Deniel, back facing him for she stood in front. Her head turned away, eyes enclosing for a brief moment before reopening to glare intensely at the men who flinched at just the connection of her gaze. "...Let's kick some ass." and then, she impended into battle.

Deniel was glad to see that Viola was taking what he said to heart, and seriously. Instead of just laying there and crying like a little kid, she got up and started to kick some ass with him. In fact, she even protected him in one instnace. Deniel didn't need it since nothing could break his spirit made of steel, but it gave him a feeling of relaxation and refreshment. Deniel grabbed ahold of one of the masked guild members and lifted him over his head. He heard the muffled cries and yelling from the man's mouth since it was covered up by a mask. After Deniel brought him above his head, he stood there for a second, staring at everyone around the room. Then he let out a quiet snarl, and quickly dropped down to one of his knees. As he did, he swiftly brought the man that he was carrying down on to his knee to make his back either break or bend. Either way, it hurt. Deniel let his limp body drop to the cold, hard floor. After that he grabbed the metal of his giant sword's hilt, and lifted the giant piece of metal. The thing looked like it weighed a ton, but the way Deniel drew it and swung it around all the time, it looked like it weighed nothing to him. He turned the blade up-side, down, and brought the tip of it down to the chest of the man he just nearly broke in half. Deniel not only pierced through all of the bone and tissue that was in the way, but his sword had also gone straight through the man's body and into the ground. Satisfied with his stab, Deniel dug the sword out of the lifeless corpse and stared around the room. There was blood on his hands, his face, his legs, and a bit on his torso as well.

That's when a bit of an unexpected move had come by. Into his ears and interpreted by his brain, Deniel could have sworn he heard the words "Thank you" come from Viola. He stood very still, with not an inch of his body moving. And then he moved his fingers, from his index to his pinky. He turned to Viola, with a frown no longer across his face. Hate still filled his eyes, but not as much as it did before. It was like her words had calmed him down from an endless rage that he felt. "Yeah...you're welcome. If you don't act like a child, then you don't deserve to be treated like one. And I can say from what other people would have done, you are acting very mature about what I do to you. Now, then..." His eyes glowed with anger in addition to his hate once more. He clenched his clawed fist around his giant sword once more; it was time for his slaughter to resume. Deniel vanished from his current spot, and then appeared behind a group of guild members that were going to Viola. Deniel didn't teleport, he just moved faster than what most people could see. With his sword raised with both hands, Deniel sliced the group of three guild members one way, and then another. His blows had nearly cut each of them in half, and if a person didn't have the stomach for it, they couldn't bear to watch the blood and gore that was being caused by Deniel.

Deniel showed no signs of enjoying it one bit, though. In fact, after he nearly cut a group of three men in half, he stared down at the ground and sighed. Before he enjoyed this more than anything, but now he felt regret soon follow the killing like it had been doing to him recently.
