    ❀ Someone has made a Black List entry for a dark mage that has been poisoning the water supply in River Village. Not just the drinking water for the town, but he's also trying to perfect a poison or toxin to taint the river, in hopes of moving on to wide-scale death and terror across Fiore and beyond. His ambitions are very high and lately he's been amping up with intentions of becoming known as a Warlord. While he still has a long way to go, nipping this in the bud before he becomes a much bigger problem is the best option. Take him dead or alive.
