    Double Trouble! Empty Double Trouble!

The amusement park was noisy and busy, two words which made Leliana feel instantly nervous as soon as she entered the place. It was absolutely packed and the mage wanted nothing to do with it, even if some of the rides did look like fun. However, her task today involved keeping an eye on a pair of boys who had been desperate to visit but unable to because of their parents being flooded with work. So, they had put up a flyer and Leliana had reluctantly taken it on. She had been wandering the villages for about a week or so now and had quite enjoyed her time away from the big cities. It had been an eye opening experience and the petite girl was enjoying the time that she had spent there. It kept her mind busy too, which was always a plus. Today, however, would be a rather stern test for her and to stop herself from falling back in to her bad habits, she had decided to use her spirits instead to accompany the duo, while she would wait outside the park. Blaziken and Greninja were the best suited for it and so she had summoned them to help out, much to the boys amazement. They had never seen anything like her spirits before and had quickly taken to them.

While the boys and her spirits were enjoying themselves, Leliana simply sat on a bench outside the park, watching the world go by. No one seemed to mind that she was there and most just ignored her, something that she was used to by now. The girl had the knack for simply disappearing in to the background and it was how she liked it in fairness. The less attention that she attracted, the better, as odd as that might seem for a mage. She was well aware that she did not fit the stereotype of a young and upcoming magic user but that was just the way it was. How often had her employer's been surprised when she asked them not to mention her name? It was like they were expecting her to be arrogant and self serving, which was rather insulting to be honest. The less people who knew about her, the better and hopefully her family would not know anything at all. The last thing she wanted was to encounter any of her so called kin. Not now, not ever.

As the park was closing, the two boys came and found her, along with her two spirits and they made their way back to the family home. The parents were pleased with the result and after the jewels were handed over, they said their goodbyes and went in to the house. Turning to look at her spirits, she could not help but notice that they seemed content with their work too and there was a proud look in the eye of both of them as they returned to their realm. For Leliana, it was just another day in the life of a wandering mage and after a moment to reflect, she made her own exit and returned to the road.
