Right before Kite began the interrogation he had asked Rae about her adoring public and suggested forcing them to leave for their safety as well as their own well being, fighting off the opposition while trying to protect bystanders in the process. Kite gave her a grin when she mentioned something about  having to sneak past her fans to make a train out of town. He would visit that subject at another time, most likely right near the jobs end or at least when the interrogation is over but decision to interrogate their captive seemed to annoy the Duchess but much to his surprise Rae decided to play along after Kite began to work. The Demon Slayer was ready to show that the Demon part wasn't just for show and it was in fact something the thug should be 100% worried about. However before he could get to the heart of the matter Rae came over to speak with the man, he watched as she walked with a swing in her hips which was almost enough to mesmerize the demon slayer, and she continues to walk until she had reached their captive and crouched down so she was eye to eye with him.

With what Kite had seen from Rae he had expected her to be just as if not more ruthless than himself in the matter but that wasn’t the case here. He watched as the god slayer began to speak to the man in a tone of voice that he had not heard from the Duchess before, instead of the cold tone she had been using this one seemed full of emotion, and had a seductive ring to it and it was enough to make the thug feel compliant enough to answer her very simple question regarding if his boss and his people were evacuating to which the thug responded that the boss probably already escaped. Kite had more questions to ask but he had a feeling that even if he started to speak up now his words would fall on deaf ears that were tailored only to the sound of Rae’s voice. Rae made it clear that she was done with the questions when she said something following it up by striking the man with a closed fist returning him back to an unconscious state followed by her comment of her method of interrogation was more effective than his own. He looked at the man and shrugged at her remark ”If you say so but I did have a few more questions to ask though… Oh well I guess it doesn't matter at this point “ he said stepping over the man and walked towards the door so he could look outside. His eyes scanned across the lot of people that were still out there ”If the ring leader is actually leaving like our friend said there might be a chance we will see a henchmen or two to act as a diversion.“ he said turning away from the door and looked at the Duchess with a serious yet calm expression ”We might see them right away or they might make us wait for a bit. So while we have the time and it's fresh in my mind. How would you like a peaceful ride back to Blue Pegasus without any fans able to follow?“
