If you are dying, having a party, or ran out of mana or some crazy crazy thing happening. However, in order for you to summon him, Sei My Bae needs to be online and you must PM him instantly or tell him in the chat box in regards to your location by posting a link to the thread in which you wish to summon him. In any case, Sei My Bae can refuse to be summoned if it is an emergency.
