Rise of the Basilisk

Hello and welcome to the Rise of a Basilisk event, everyone!

Here's how it will work. There has always been a mysterious egg on display in the Basilisk Fang guild hall, however, it seems to have disappeared overnight! The egg is rumored to have ancient powers, so the members of Basilisk Fang, new and old, have bands together to find the egg.

You have 24 hours after the start of the event to find the egg. In order to find the egg, you must roll the monster die, and you must get a Boss roll. Rolling anything less than a Boss roll will do nothing IC. Everyone is allowed to roll once with each of their posts, and if a Boss is rolled, please do not roll anymore. If you do not find the egg, it will hatch, and go on a rampage, destroying the entire guild hall. There is nothing you can do to stop this rampage, and after this rampage is over (one round of posts) everyone must work together to tame the Basilisk.

However, if someone does happen to roll a Boss, the egg will hatch under your supervision, and the members of Basilisk Fang will tame the Basilisk, without having their guild hall destroyed.

After the end of this event, Basilisk Fang will have it's very own guild pet!

Rules:
1. Posting order will be defined with first round of posts.
2. Do not post out of order or double post!
3. Only roll once per post until boss is rolled, or 24 hours have passed.
4. Be a member of Basilisk Fang.
5. Have fun!
