Two more reasons, he is bloodthirsty so when he is "triggered" he must be subdued or someone/something will die o f blood loss. Also and finally, he needs to be looked after.
  

Personality: Allen. . . Is a artificial human, created by Dr.Stein and adopted into the Gypsy Caravan. He has a complex personality. Allen, generally is calm. He is a bit of a dare devil, he does what he wants without thinking twice about it! And even when he does think about it, he does it anyways! Despite his calm persona, he can be quite wild. Since Allen is a artifical human, he isn't perfect, he is compassionate, considerate, generally kind, but lacks some human emotions. He can be very charming and a flirt without realizing it himself, the love is something he must gain through his development!

Allen can be quite...stubborn. Possessive. Protective. And he's very loyal to those he chooses to be loyal towards! But spite that, he's can be manipulated very, very easily. And depending on how he's taught will determine how he acts towards others. For instance, if he were to be mentored by a evil man, and taught him blasphemy, his personality would change to a more negative perspective. Though sometimes selfish, and though he's 21 (or appears to be), he can act like a child at times. But he's generally mature. And calm. He also show's his respect, compassion, and loyalty to people by kissing them in certain places. For instance, the tip of their toe, which means to worship/admire them! (I know my kisses! >3>)

Allen doesn't have many fears, only of people, and death. Nothing else has ever sent a grim message that he is afraid of such horrors. How he reacts towards other people? Allen considers himself neutral, roaming the world, avoiding whatever is chasing him. But he doesn't have good first impression on anyone knowing how he hides and acts shyly, making sure they aren't a threat. And sometimes even using his TO (TakeOver) forms to scare them away. Some consider him a outcast, a monster. A being of darkness. Some consider him a friend, a friendly being with purpose, someone who's worth a fight. As complex as Allen is, he has multiple sides. A serious side (Often Showed as a first impression), a stoic side, a cheerful side, a charming side. And more. He almost NEVER gets depressed, but once he does, he usually calls himself names and denies them later on. Either way he doesn't get depressed about the past, often.  Allen is a honest person, does he lie? Yes. But just as much as he tells the truth, a lot. He often exaggerates though. Though sometimes he can be forceful, a little rude, and very outgoing. A bit selfish too!

In battle Allen is aggressive, and extremely bloodthirsty. Bloodthirsty? Yes. Knowing his magic, the more human blood he consumes the stronger he gets. Not to mention he craves it, he describes the texture and how it tastes is so sweet, or sour. The taste varies but each is pleasant. He can usually stop on his own but sometimes if it's the blood of this and that person, and if the taste it amazing to him, he'd need to be subdued or else he'd drink them dry. As for orders, he is stubborn, and usually doesn't take orders from anyone he doesn't trust. Otherwise? He'll do as said. But knowing how Allen doesn't trust others too well, trusting issues, it'll be difficult for him to do as you say. Allen is though, fiercly loyal so once you have him at your side, he almost never leaves it on his own!
Likes:

• Dr.Stein- He has mixed Feelings about him, he likes and admires him for his genius self. And all of his unique experiments.
  

• Sweets- Believe it or not, he likes sweets. He doesn't know how much he likes it himself but others can surely see how much he likes sweets.
  

• Human Blood- He likes consuming human blood more then
  

sweets! Human blood has various tastes that appeal to Allen in more ways then one!

• His Family- He adores his friends and family... self-explanatory.
  

• Alcohol- This guy gets drunk, very easily. And when he is in this state he does stuff out of the ordinary. And sometimes passes out!
  

Dislikes:

• Dr.Stein- He has mixed feelings. He loves him and is naturally drawn to him for he is the one whom created him. But also despises him for having no good intentions.
  

• Blood that doesn't come from humans- He only drinks human blood. He can drink a variety of other types of blood but they make him sick, give him a headache, or if he drinks too much of it, pass out.
  

• Dogs- Despite having so almost-dog-like personality traits, he dislikes dogs in general. Some dogs are exception. He tries to avoid them so much, you can even say he's afraid.
  

Motivations:

• Dr.Stein- Mixed feelings. He admires him for his genius mind and creations.
  

• Lucas- Since being adopted into the gypsy caravan, the one he feels the need to protect, even with his life, is him.
  

• Guilds- Each with their own purpose and motivations, goals. . . Allen needs all of those. He admires all of them.
  

Fears:

• Death- Common Fear, he fears he'll die without achieving much.
  

• Close One's Getting Harmed- He makes it by in life by trusting the ones who say he's worth a fight. Seeing them get hurt only triggers the anger he has kept hidden.
  

• Dr.Stein- Mixed feelings. He likes, admires, and despises him. Now he fears him for all the things Allen knows he can do. but since he created him, that technically makes him his father.

Appearance: Apart from his golden eyes and wild red hair, he mostly wears black clothes with some fur on his left side. On his lower body is what appears to be some type of semi robe with a brown belt latched onto it. He has one reddish brown glvoe on his left hand, and a little bracelet on his right.
