The train began to stop as it arrived in Hargeon town Conrad stood up from his seat gathering his belongings and stepped off the train from Magnolia wondering to himself how long this is going to take. he much rather be on a mission with a little more fighting and a lot less standing around, With that behind him now he set off toward the line again wondering about the line.How big can it be he thought to himself as he walked through the crowd of people at the train station. it couldn't possibly be as big as the lines here in the station he thought to himself one final time before leaving the station.

Conrad's boots clattered as he stepped out of the train station, He pushed his way through the crowd leaving the station. Conrad begun to walk around the city looking at all the sites, he had never been in a port city before so he walked down to the port to see the ocean. Walking down toward the sea he saw many things, passing by a restaurant he could smell food which made him hungry, since he skipped breakfast he walked straight in. He found a stall and sat down and ordered some pie, filling himself up he once again set off towards the Dock.

Walking around Conrad finally reached the docks, ship after ship lined up next to each other, looking at the sea he begun to remember why he came here to this city. Conrad walked over to the nearest person to ask for directions, it was a short man wearing worn clothes and a bandanna, do you know where the registration office is? Conrad asked the man only replied by pointing is finger in a direction, it was better then nothing taking the man's directions he headed off toward the office. walking around he could see a line of people and took that to be what he was looking for and headed off toward it.

Upon arriving at the line he could see finally that the line was huge and waled toward the end wondering what all these people were here for. Getting to the back of the line took long enough standing here in the line was going to take forever, keeping to himself and not talking to anyone he made his way through the line, Almost two hours past as he stepped slowly towards the registration building. Giving out a sigh of relief that he picked the right line to stand in, he was almost there just a little while longer and he could be back at fairy tail and ready to take his next quest.

The line had finally ended and it was his turn, he walked up to the counter and filled out the forms handed to him. After about 20 minutes of waiting he was called up again, he stood there in front of the clerk and looked into the camera not even a crease of a smile to be seen, the clerk was very disappointed to see him with such an expression. a few more minutes for processing and he had his passport he made his way out of the office and was on his way back toward the train back home.
