Out to lunch (Private)

Khalisha was out, walking around Clover town in search of some place to eat. She'd been up since the crack of dawn, and was starting to feel really hungry. She was dressed in her usual outfit; Half-way zipped dark gray hoodie, choker collar with straps attached that lead down to her bra, and a black skirt with a hole in the back for her tail. It was one of those long skirts that went all the way down to her ankles, and her hair was in the same messy scramble as always, barely organized by a few well placed hairpins. She had on a simple pair of sandals, nothing extravagant for footwear. In fact, she never really had a habit of dressing extravagantly, she just threw on a bunch of stuff one day and decided that would be her general outfit. It made things easier for her, and she liked that.

After a while of searching, Khalisha's standards for where to eat were getting very low. She was rubbing her belly tenderly in an attempt to get it to calm down, but that wasn't really helping, so she eventually just decided to slip into the next place she saw, which happened to be a quaint little diner. It was very nondescript, but it looked nice enough inside, and the smells of food emanating from it's kitchen made Khalisha stand up on her tip-toes for a moment, sniffing at the air and purring loudly. It all smelled so good! Of course, she'd have to go do some exercise once she was done here, because it also smelled extremely fattening. She found a little booth off to the side and sat down in it, wondering if anyone would try to talk to her today, but the place seemed fairly empty. When her waiter came and handed her a menu, she took it gratefully and immediately picked out a large cheeseburger with fries and a cola, knowing that anything at all would do to rid her of her hunger, so it didn't matter what she picked. Khalisha didn't like being alone, though, so she began looking around quietly for someone to chat with, figuring it was unfair of her to expect anyone to come talk to her first.

Sephiria walked through Clover town, her normal cloak wrapped over her entire body and the hood up per her usual. She weaved in and out of people, although there weren't as many as she thought she'd have encountered on this day. Sephiria had a small smile on her face, she had just gotten some extra money from one of her contacts, Noriko was her name if Sephiria remembered correctly. She was a cool person to be around, and Sephiria was pretty sure the other woman had a small crush on her. Sephiria didn't want to hurt her dreams or anything, but she didn't feel the same way about her. Sephiria sighed, she was kind of lonely now that she thought about it. Sephiria had never really had friends or anyone to share her time with, and even at Eclipse Soul she was still reserved about telling them things. She needed someone to talk to, to trust as much as she would trust anyone else back from her home. Her real home.

Sephiria shook her head as she tried to get the depressing thoughts out of her head. She continued to walk through Clover, the smile still on her face. She yawned and heard her stomach growl, an obvious sign that she was hungry. She looked around for a place to eat, and spotted a small diner that wasn't too far from her. Taking that as a sign, she walked into the diner ready to grab something to eat. She would probably use up all the extra jewels she had trying to buy enough to eat, but it didn't matter as long as she felt full. She sniffed the air and sighed in content, the smell was great and she was hungry so she would be spending some sum of money here. She began walking by the booths when she stopped suddenly. Did I just see? She took a few steps back and turned her head towards the booth, being quite shocked at what she saw.

"Excuse me miss, but are those.....real cat ears?" Sephiria asked, wondering if she was seeing things right. If this woman really had cat ears, then Sephiria would need to talk to her some more. Sephiria slid into the other side of the booth, awaiting the answer she would receive from the woman.
