Job Description: A huge line of bustling people are going nuts in front of the Docks, it looks like Wall Street on a bad day. Families, children, old folks attempting to go on vacation; everyone's clamoring for a Passport! Count Sparrow and the Magic Council have reopened Fiore's borders to outsiders, and in turn, have opened the borders too Seven, Bosco, and Minstrel as a show of peace.
Fiore, along with Bellum and Seven has always produced some of the most skilled wizards in all of Earthland; and so, the Magic Council has decided to offer the services of our wizards here in Fiore abroad in other Nations (for a hefty fee of course!); obtain your passport! Cut in line! Or wait in line! Do whatever is necessary! Because people are going crazy trying to get their entire families Passports registered!

Good gosh, Rose Garden was packed! Quinn stood in the middle of a HUGE line that stretched...well everywhere. Actually there were about ten or fifteen individual lines! Quinn lost count as she stood in line, she tapped her foot on the ground, her black and white knee socks visible even from afar.
"Hey sweet thing." a guy said from behind her, as she got a sweatdrop over her head that faded quickly. She ignored it until he spoke to her again, asking her name.
"Quinn." she responded, without turning around. Although in another moment, she turned around and inspected him. Nodding she turned back around, until she was asked about where she was from.
"Magnolia...." she answered, trying her best not to be rude, while leaning up to see how far she was in line.
"Hey sweet thing." a guy said from behind her, as she got a sweatdrop over her head that faded quickly. She ignored it until he spoke to her again, asking her name.
"Quinn." she responded, without turning around. Although in another moment, she turned around and inspected him. Nodding she turned back around, until she was asked about where she was from.

"Why the hell don't they have a line for only Wizards...this is ridiculous...." Quinn fumed to herself, wondering if the Magic Council gave a damn about the logistics after they'd implemented the passport departments. Probably not. Stretching as she waited, she heard a whistle from behind her.
Opening her jaw slightly in shock, she looked down at her red skirt and realized that three boys behind her had been checking out her ass. Turning her head with a hair flip; she crossed her arms in front of herself, tapping her black ballerina shoes on the ground, and bending down to adjust her knee high black and white striped socks.
"Damn baby! You're here alone! Don't you have a boyfriend?" a guy from behind her said.
"No...I have discipline, something you should learn." a chorus of 'ooooooooooo!' came from his friends, as Quinn giggled at this a bit.

The line began to move all at once, as Quinn moved forward for awhile. A good bit of people up front must've gotten their Passports. She anxiously looked around the people in front of her again, tapping her foot on the ground and groaning. Deciding to try and be patient, she closed her eyes for awhile.
*SLAP*
She felt a hand hit her ass, causing it to jiggle under the skirt. A burst of laughter came from behind, as Quinn turned in anger and slapped the boy from before in the face dramatically. His friends laughed even harder at this, as he merely blew a kiss at Quinn and mocked her.
*WHAM*
A solid right hand landed in the guys nose as he fell backward. He was knocked out cold as if he'd been hit by a boxer as stars spun above his head. His friends looked up at her, worried as they helped him back to his feet and out of line. They'd get their passports some other time apparently. The people behind the group of boys who'd just left stepped up, and looked at Quinn with smiles on their faces, wanting to laugh.
"Oh uh....hehe...sorry......oi..." she shook the hand she'd punched with, and flexed her fingers and knuckles.
"It's ok! They touched you first right!" the mother of the family with their kids who were cracking up laughing said. With a nod, she high fived the woman and shook hands on the way down.

Stepping up too the near front of the passport department; she was now under the tent and could see cameras flashing and pictures being taken. Getting anxious, Quinn had to do everything in her power not to trigger a MASSIVE amount of Requips, changing into outfits and checking herself out before the picture.
She figured...this look would have to do. Pulling a mirror out from her jacket pocket, she checked herself one last time before a "NEXT" was heard. She cleared her throat and stepped up too the Passport Clerk.
"Well well well...." he said beginning to flirt. But as he looked at Quinn's expression, with an eyebrow raised he moved on. "Are you from Fiore?" she answered 'Yes' and as he asked 'Are you a wizard?' she answered 'Yes'; with a double nod, he grabbed a wallet fold different color than the others.
"What Guild?" she smiled to him, putting a hand on her hip. "Fairy Tail." a few people around her looked towards her at hearing the infamous Guilds name, as the Clerk looked somewhat more eager to get her her passport.
"One moment.....now. Say cheese please!" Quinn smiled, and said the magic word. But at the last moment, photobombed herself by raising her shoulders and giving a peace sign with a smile.

The Clerk told her to wait a moment; as he fidgeted with a machine behind the counter. She bounced up and down, like a child. Alternating legs as she stomped left to right eagerly. Eventually, he raised a passport up by his face, and then out too her.
"Nice photo..." he said as she opened it, her eyebrow twitched at her picture before she slapped the wallet fold shut.
"Why thank you sir!" she stuck her tongue out at him with a 'nyuuuh' and left, stuffing it into her jacket. As she made her way past all the rest of the people in line, she saw a group of Rune Knights heading her way.
"Uh...oh....." she tried to head the other way, but they called out to her as she stopped.
"We hear you punched someone's lights out miss Heartfilia." they knew who she was...definitely Rune Knights. "We're only here to warn you...Wizards shouldn't hit regular people, we don't have regular strength you know." the Rune Knight said, pointing to his own muscle as he flexed as he obviously as a Rune Knight was a wizard as well.
"I'm SOOOO sorry, I won't ever do it again!" her eyes shimmered comically as she swayed left to right for forgiveness. A few of the Rune Knights elbow bumped the one in charge and nodded at her as if to say 'look how cute she is.'
"All right....just never again." he nodded to her, as they made their way off. Quinn let out a puff of relief as she exhaled and made her way out of Rose Garden, catching a carriage back to Magnolia.
