Name: Icy Breath of the Demon

Type: Ice Demon Slayer Magic / Offense
Description:
Faust will exhale causing a mist of icy magic to fill a 20 x 20 x 20 meter diameter area. The mist will be fairly thick and shimmer a bright white color making it a near blinding area. Those that are in the area or look into the area cannot see at all and become blinded for the duration they are in the mist. While a person is in the mist ice and frost will form on the enemies’ bodies cutting their speed down by 25% every post, if a person stays in the mist for 4 post they will become completely frozen the following post. The area will be so cold that it causes ice magic to be 50% more effective.
Strengths:
- Targets a large area
- Slows enemies speeds to possible frozen completely if they stay there
- Ice magic gains a 50% increase in effect.
- Blinds those that look at the mist due to the white simmering light reflecting off of it.  Including you.  
- plant, metal and water magic that go against it will be considered elementally weaker (minus metal/ water god/demon/dragon slayer)

Weaknesses:
- A fire AoE spell of equal or higher rank can stop the spell
- A wind spell of equal or higher rank can blow the spell away
- A person can be healed from the effect.  No.
- Will only effect mages Faust rank or lower.
- Ice boost can help enemy ice mages
- Fire type slayers will be able to destroy will a lower rank aoe fire spell  You just said this -.-;

Name: Ice Demon's Prickly Spine

Type: Ice Demon Slayer Magic / Offense
Description:
Faust forms hundreds of small ice spikes all over his body. They are all roughly a size of 25-35cm Not small enough  For one , there are short swords/longknives that length. If a person is stabbed by the attack it will cut down to the muscle. This will cause people that deal melee damage to be hurt unless they break the spikes first. The areas that are struck by the attack will have frostbite for the following post causing that limb to be frozen.  
Strengths:
- Multiple chances to hit
- Stronger than normal and other types of ice magic other than ice god slayer.
- plant, metal and water magic that go against it will be considered elementally weaker (minus metal/ water god/demon/dragon slayer)
- Covers entire body making melee attacks naturally deal C rank damage along with own's natural strength.
- Dissuades close combat fighters
- frostbite symptoms on mages his rank and lower that are struck by this spell

Weaknesses:
- Fire mages can melt the spiky armor with a C rank spell D-rank.  Ice is weak to fire,  not on equal footing with it.
- only close combat use
- frostbite only works on mages lower than his current rank
- Fire type slayers will need D rank to break the spikes.  The above reference to fire invalidates this.
- Spell can be easily avoided
- frostbite only last for single post
- frostbite can be cured by a C rank healing spell

I would like to see a weakness that this lessens your mobility and speed,  for what I'd like to think are obvious reasons.

Type: Ice Demon Slayer Magic / Defense
Description:
Covers Faust with a layer of ice that can withstand spells up to 1 rank higher than it. It will cause his physical based ice spells to have an increase of 75% in effectiveness.
Strengths:
- Can protect the caster from damage up to C rank
- Normal ice magic and ice dragon slayer magic will be considered weaker when occurring against this spell.
- plant, metal and water magic that go against it will be considered elementally weaker (minus metal/ water god/demon/dragon slayer)
- 75% increase in overall effect from melee based ice spells No.   C-rank percent based enhancements are around 20-30% (Not that I agree with the low numbers.  If I were to design the numbers myself I'd say 75%.  But that's not how it works).  You can say it adds D-rank to melee though,  d-rank spell damage.  (Which is effectively 50% *winkwinknudgenudge*)
Weaknesses:
- Fire magic will break the spell if using the same rank Again.  Ice is weak to fire.  Not on the same level.   D-rank fires break it.
- Can only withstand attacks up to its rank before breaking
- spell gives no increase to range based attacks
- Attacks over C rank will still deal damage to Faust though that damage is bumped down by C rank in overall damage.  Higher ranked effects tend to break right through lower ranked defenses without this issue.  Just from what I've seen.
- Fire type slayers will deal additional damage to the ice coating breaking it with D rank spells Again,  the above fix to fire invalidates this.    I would like to see a weakness that this lessens your mobility and speed,  for what I'd like to think are obvious reasons.

Second and third weaknesses are duplicates -.-;  Fourth comes close, but is fine...   Lower ranked fire spells destroy higher ranked spells they're weak to -.-  But common sense,  a small fire bolt of S-rank isn't going to rape a whole field of snow,  unless it puts out that much heat in such an area around it as described by the spell itself.

80% is way too much -.- Don't use a percentage at all here,  directly increase the magic by a C-rank amount.  No S-ranks doing nearly H-rank damage or A-ranks doing nearly S-rank damage,  but an obvious improvement to D-ranks,  and doubling C-ranks.

Once again describe the light better,  we have Light slayers for a reason.
