Gladiia was finally due for some more physical activity, specifically the hunting of dire boar. According to the locals in the farmlands, they have already proven to be fearsome man-eaters in their own right. A odd thing given how it was only one mother and her kin. More reason to approach this warily, but she would be fine. She knew that, as this was far from the first time she's hunted dangerous beasts...at least it feels like that.

Gladiia would make her stop by the a barn house near the end of the country road she walked down. It belonged to the first victim of the boar menace, and rumor was they made this their territory. Her right hand on the hilt of the plain longsword, she walked forward with caution, her senses suddenly aware of every little step. This was a odd sensation for Gladiia, most things she does or hear she could swear has happened to her already. But her senses? A new sensation and one that she enjoys. Her ears picked up at first the wind blowing through vegetation, and then heard little creatures scurry around with their lives. Her nose picked up new scents to her, the smell of wilderness itself soon gave away to specific ones. Rotten tree on the ground, flowers in bloom, angry?

Gladiia's eyebrows furrowed at that, the smell itself she couldn't tell, but why did she associate it with anger? The answer soon came to her as she saw eyes from the brush. One pair soon was accompanied by a few others. She merely hummed to herself at their sight, and began to walk away from the brush to the abandoned barn. It was silent for a few steps, Gladiia wondering if they would take the bait. A sudden twig snap answered her question. She rushed forward toward the barn as the pack raced towards in. Once gladiia was inside she saw a second floor in the rundown barn. Quick as the wind, she found herself on the second floor with a burst of wind, leaving gnashing teeth in it wake. Gladiia merely looked down on the boars, mother angered by the intruder and her children sticking close by. With another hum, she looked around the second floor, seeing a opening for her to jump through. Course, she couldn't outrun the boars if she did, dry hay tickled her nose as the smell was apparent.

With a smile, gladdia tossed down a couple jars of oil, the sticky substance blanketed the boars and her kin, angering all of them now. She then casually tossed down a orange vial, a small flame lit on top of it. As soon as it made contact with the ground it erupted in flames. Soon boar and barn alike were caught in the blaze, the angry cries were now mixed with those of pain. Gladiia simply hopped out of the open hatch of the now burning barn house. With a cushion of air breaking her fall, she watched as the barn house burned down in front of her, the pig menace going up with hit. Gladdia sighed with a little disappointment, but told herself that boar wasn't really going to offer much of a challenge in a first place. After ensuring no boar would run out of the blaze, she would walk back up the road, perhaps regretting her method of handling the boars as now hunger began to settle in.
