In another world devoid of magic, humanity were destined to be slaves to corrupt celestial beings, tyrannical dragons, and ruthless demons. However, humanity refused to remain chained to this destiny, humans amassed their armies and tried to fight for their freedom. Ultimately humanity was defeated time and time again, as a result countless human lives were lost. When there seemed to be not an ounce of hope left, one human found a way to make these immortal beings bleed, he not only maimed the immortal but was even able to slay the immortal. This man was able to accomplish the impossible by wielding a sword capable of killing immortal beings. This was no ordinary sword but instead it was a weapon made by the mans own soul, this sword was forged and tempered by the fires of humanities desire to be free, the blade was quenched by the blood of all the humans slain by the immortals' cruelty. In essence, the mans blade was the embodiment of every humans hope and desire for freedom. This man was soon crowned as king and was given the title of "Animus La Memoria" which roughly translates to: Forged by Souls and Memories. Noctis is the direct descendant of the first Soul Forged, thus he too posses the ability to forge weapons out of souls and memories.

Abilities:

• Fortunes Fate: Due to Noctis' blood, he has been blessed with an immense amount of luck and good fortune. Upon completing any job he gains 100% additional jewels from jobs he completes as well as a custom piece of equipment equal to the rank of the job that was completed. Equipment earned this way cannot be sold or refunded to any shop or any other player. Equipment earned this way can, however, be freely traded among the player's own characters. (2 Effects)
  
  
• Lone Legion: Due to extensive training in Noctis' previous life he has gained extensive mastery in many different types of weapons, armor, and equipment. Noctis gains an additional active Requip slot, allowing him to use an additional active Requip spell on top of the other ones he could potentially use. (1 effect)
  
  
• Spiritual Blood: Noctis' body has physically changed, he no longer posses the body of a mortal but instead his physical body is an avatar of highly concentrated magic and souls. All base damage of all of Noctis' spells and abilities gain a 50% buff to their damage, aside from this damage increase Noctis' base speed has also been increased by 50%. The cost for this destructive magical power Noctis' base strength suffers from a 50% reduction, aside from this penalty, Noctis' strength stat cannot be increased by anyway. Noctis is from another world, thus his magic does not use mana like other ethernano magic, but instead his magical abilities are fueled by an energy source made out of souls, memories, and emotions. This energy source is referred as SP (Soul Percentage) this allows Noctis to use spells in magic dead zones and areas where the use of magic would be considered impossible for normal magic users. (Note: Aside from this, SP functions the same way as MP. Should Noctis' SP drop to 0 he suffers the same negative effects  when one is depleted from all their MP.) (2 Effects)
  
  
• Arms of the Armageddon: Due to Noctis can channel the power of the Armageddon through his weapons, this allows him to push not only his body but his arsenal to their outer most limits. All requip spells that have a weapon that has a strong (+) grade or higher linked to it gain a 50% buff to its magic damage to all it's abilities (This only applies if the weapon has abilities that deal damage) (As this is, from the sound of it, a regular buff to spell damage, I must ask you to rework this. Buffs must always apply to the character as a whole, and can never apply to select spells or abilities. Further, I must ask you to lower this buff to 45% as you are currently C Rank. Since I assume this is a passive buff, the highest buff value you could utilize for an individual passive buff would be 45%). Noctis also gains a weapon bound to his soul, this weapon cannot be broken or stolen from its owner unless the player of said character explicitly agrees to it. In all other aspects, such as damage reduction or melee damage as well as abilities this weapon follows the normal rules for weapon type equipment, which can be found under the Equipment Rules. Only 1 piece of equipment can be used for this ability. The application of this weapon has to be linked within Noctis' magic application itself (If this is a weapon, following weapon rules, it should not be linked or used in a magic application. Please change this accordingly). Unlike a holder equipment for holder magic, Noctis must purchase a weapon that is strong (+) (or higher) for this ability, which will act as the associated weapon that receives the magic's benefits (I'm not sure if I entirely understand this ability completely. Please clarify this a little more. If this is not a Holder weapon, how would the weapon itself receive a magic's benefits?). This doesn't count against the character's equipment total for that category (i.e. Weapon, Armor, or Item) and may be purchased or upgraded like a normal piece of equipment. • Soul Survivor: Should Noctis' HP ever be reduced to 0, he can choose an active requip spell and end it immediately. Upon activating instead of dropping to 0 HP Noctis' HP will instead remain at 1HP regardless of the the damage he took. (Note: To use this ability, the requip spell that is chosen MUST have a linked piece of equipment that is at least strong (+) or higher). Upon activation of this ability, the requip spell used for this ability will then be put into a 3 post cool down. Any requip spell that is used by this ability loses all benefits it would usually gain from its piece of equipment that its linked to, and will be treated as a requip spell without a piece of equipment linked to it. (This penalty lasts for the remainder of the thread. At the start of a new thread all equipment are once again linked to their respective requip spells.) Please also additionally clarify that this additional multi part weapon cannot be used to exceed the equipment limits following the Equipment Rules), while this weapon is active the user is unable to use any guild weapons or equipment (For your own information, guild weapons and guild equipment are not a thing). Noctis also gains access to a Holder Weapon/Armor/Item this holder equipment receives 1 additional equipment ability that is equal to the character's rank (Up to S) (Please also clarify this a little more. The wording suggests that the user gains a piece of Holder equipment without the corresponding Holder magic, which would not be possible. Noctis is 50% more resistant to drains, debuffs, and negation effects. (For example should Noctis be affliced with a 50% speed debuff the debuff would only be 25%. The duration of drain/burn effects are halved. Should Noctis' spells be negated his opponent will still take 50% of the damage of the spell that was negated. Should the opponent negates a healing spell, Noctis' healing spell will still heal 50% of its original healing, any of Noctis' defensive spells are negated are still cast but only gain half of its original spell durability) (You cannot affect the duration of spells in any way, meaning that I must ask you to rework the counter-effect to drains accordingly. Further, counter-effects to negations are not allowed, as that would effectively auto-negate every single negation effect that would apply to the user and transform it into a base damage/durability/healing decrease, which, in turn, meant that the user would be immune to negation effects. Please remove this in its entirety) As a down side any buffs, defensive spells, and healing Noctis would gain from normal ethernano magic from allies are not as effective, as a result any healing or buffs he would get from allies are halved, this also applies to any defensive spells that he receives from allies.
