    Primary Magic: Psyche Feline Magic
    Caster or Holder: Caster
    Description:
    Psyche Feline magic is a mental magic dominating the realm of consciousness and imparting the traits and body of the Psyche Feline.  It is a unique magic special to the "Psyche Feline",  thus why it gets its name.

    Strengths:  
    The "Psyche" element is the element of the mind,  and exists on a dimension of thought and will.   Psyche Spells will unless otherwise noted pass through material obstructions like a ghost through a wall.  This also means Psyche Spells will overcome a lot of general defenses.  Conjuring a wall to try to block a Psyche Spell is futile,   and turning your body into an elemental base is similarly futile.  


    Weaknesses: 
    Psyche reacts normally with other Psyche effects,  Force (Like "The" force),  Sonic,  and life spells.   Force spells include psychic effects such as telekinesis or force-pushes while Sonic is a magic of sound that uses high frequency vibrations or waves to produce force-like effects as well as manifest on the hearing range of the senses to produce effects brought on through things such as music.   Life spells refers to magics that utilize healing or light powers.  
    Because Psyche Spells don't react with most effects,  it can't be used in the typical sense of defense.  Meaning just as most defenses can't stop a Psyche effect neither can a Psyche effect stop most attacks.
    Taking on aspects of a Feline,  the Psyche Feline has an innate weakness for catnip,  red dots of light,  and a distaste for getting wet.
    Psyche Feline often relies on illusions and fabrications,  meaning effects that aren't really there.
    The Psyche Feline will eventually die if it does not feed on emotion.


    Abilities/Powers: 




    • Ability to shift her body along from kitten to her original human form.

    • Feline prowesses in dexterity, reflex, durability, senses.

    • Claws, and retractable fangs that erase memories of her.

    • Small health regeneration.

    • Close quarters combat ability.

    • Agelessness (being a magical beast).

    • A keen sense of impending danger and the presence of the supernatural (ghosts).

    • Authority and communication with feline creatures. [With Exceptions]

    • Immunity to effects that would change her Ego (Consciousness, sense of self, ect.) and soul (as she has a blend of three souls).

    The physical and passive traits are important for the Psyche Feline to function properly.

    Secondary Magic: Realm Weather Magic
    Caster or Holder: Caster
    Description: Realm Weather Magic is the ability to steal the weather from alternative realms of existence in order to produce a given effect.   The weather taken is as mentioned from alternative realms of existence,  this means that Elen can project upon Fiore the weather displayed in, for example,  one of the Nine Hells or one of the Seven Heavens.   This has very clear advantages but it also has very clear disadvantages.


    Strengths:

    • Massive area effects.   The effects of Realm Weather Magic are on very large scales as they redesign the weather itself which covers areas measured in miles.

    • Elemental Diversity.   There are innumerable realms out there,  and as such there are countless different types of weather that a Realm Weather Mage may draw upon.  Different Realm Weather Mages have particular ties to certain realms over others however.   Note:  I do not make use of this strength very well.

    • Specialized benefit.   Realm Weather Mages specialize in one type of Realm,  the mage gains +10% magic power using that realm type and a +15% increase in area.

    • Duration. Realm Weather Magics have long durations and can last for days,  depending on the spells themselves.  This typically depends on how violent the individual effect is.  A very violent destructive storm could last minutes while a peaceful effect could last a week.   (Roleplaying effects vs Combat effects)




    Weaknesses:



    • Area Effects.   All Realm Weather Magic take the form of Weather manipulation on a large (weather) scale.   No spell will exist that is not an area effect and thus precision or the ability to target single individuals or even a small area is impossible.  

    • Limitation by Necessity.   All Realm Weather Magic influences very large areas meaning that by necessity the user cannot use this magic carelessly as for example using it in a town would effect everyone in that town and all buildings.  Generally,  The user will have to get permission from nearby Rune Knights,   or accept responsibility for damages after the fact. 

    • Direction and Predictability.   An obvious weakness,  a Realm Weather Spell will always come from above...  from the Sky.   Making Realm Weather very hard or impossible to use in certain buildings or underground locations.  Weak flimsy buildings naturally wont be any problem,  typical buildings aren't terribly an issue,  but fortified buildings would be impractical to use from within if not impossible.   The same is true with Underground,  small underground areas like a basement are silly.  But an underground bunker... well,  chances are anyone inside an underground bunker will never see the effects at all.   This essentially cuts her off completely from this magic type,  essentially.  The effects will still manifest in the sky above.

    • Specialization Penalty.  Any other type of Realm that isn't the one realm specialized in suffers a -25% magic power and a -50% area effect.

    • Focused. Naturally,  being nothing but Area Effects,  you'll scarcely ever see a defensive Realm Weather spell.  At least not in any typical sense.   No armors,  no walls,  no shields,  none of that stuff.

    • Charge Time. Realm Weather Magics take time to appear,  gathering and collecting until it finally appears.  This is not a constant,  as some spells may appear very quickly while others take ages to appear.  This usually coincides with the spells rank as well as whether it is a short violent effect,  a longer violent effect,  or peaceful effects and on different scales.   Some charge times could take as long as five or even ten posts,  or a few hours IC.

    All of this is approved on a trial basis. I can't properly tell if its balanced or not unless I see it in action. If you cheat or godmod, you will take a massive penalty to your character. Simple as that. Don't let me down.
