Personality:
He's an adorable, innocent, dumbass in all senses but intuition and health. Loucetios is non-magical, he has magic that runs through his veins but he isn't able to use it, leaving him to fend with weapons and other items. Due to his constant training with weapons Loucetios has gained an intuition with with weapons and other tools. Also, he has learned to focus himself in ways that other mages have... mind you... not in the normal ways. As Loucetios lacks much common sense and his ability to judge others correctly, his body now gives him warnings when a situation will be good or bad. It is something that he has physically learned to do.

Other than this, the only other useful part of Luocetios is his knowledge and techniques in healing people. He has learned through many ages the different powers of the universe and even without magic he is able to use himself as a channel for these powers and coerce them into his healing methods. To him, there is no boundaries and no religion that doesn't exist. From back pains to infections to mental illness Luocetios is able to apply his healing to others. With this, he is often a support in battles that his brother fights.

Luocetios only focuses on healing people, not looking to drain health and life from bodies even through he knows it is within his abilities to do it.

However, despite his innate intuition and his abilities to heal people, Luocetios is clumsy and is usually just lucky he manages to survive anything. He is caring and loyal, but he is often hard to control and coerce into doing something that could harm others.

He's just a glass-half-full doll.

In battle he is a supporting role, he doesn't like to deal damage, not that he can't, he just doesn't like to. He also doesn't follow rules that aren't explained to him well. He likes to do what he feels is best for everyone and in order to get him to do something specific you need to describe what it is and why it's important. Or you could just be his brother.

No one except his brother has ever seen him angry, he'd like to keep it that way.

Brother - He is the only family that he has. Only person he can rely on.
Health - If he knows anything, a healthy person is a person that can continue to provide.
Storms - Lightening and the clouded sky gives him adrenaline rushes.
Dislikes:
Bacteria - Bacteria cause sickness and disease and a not healthy person is as good as a dead person.
Sunny Days - The sun burns his skin and there is no chance for a storm.
Heat - It's gross and causes people to sweat as well makes it so people too tired to move.
Motivations:
Brother - He loves his brother and would do anything for him, he brother mentors him and takes care of him.
Death - Death means sadness and hurt, which causes mental illness and those are much harder to cure.
Purity - Complete health for all the world means that there would no longer be anymore sickness.
Fears:
Caught - They weren't supposed to escape from where they came from and he fears being tamed.
Returned - Whats worse than being caught is being sent back from where he came from.
Getting sick - Getting sick would put him out of commission.
