    Nightshade Dragon Slayer

    Magic Name: Nightshade Dragon Slayer
    Magic Type: Solitary Slayer

    Additional Notes:
✧ One Extra B rank spell slot bought here
✧ Custom Slayer Lacrima bought here

    Description:
The Nightshade Dragon Slayer, a magic bestowed upon its wielder by a crystallized piece of magic known commonly as a lacrima, born from the powers of an ancient dragon of old. This particular lacrima comes from a special and rare kind of dragon that wields a combination of different elements, blending both the control of shadow and poison into a magic known as Nightshade. This offers the user unique combat prowess, wielding both shadow magic as well as poison magic, also retaining the ability to combine the two into deadly attacks. The Lacrima of the Nightshade Dragon Slayer appears like an ink-black amethyst, black and purple smoke seemingly in a state of constant, restless motion, the crystal cold to the touch, appearing to swallow all light around it as the magical shadows darken their surroundings.

    Unique Abilities:

    • (Unlocked at D rank) Nightshade Dragon's Fortitude: The user is, at all times, strengthened by the magic that echoes throughout their form, granting them innate defensive abilities that manifest in the form of a magical shield around their form. • (Unlocked at B rank) Shadow Dragon Territory: The user can directly use the powers granted to them by the lacrima to exert control over shadows. • (Unlocked at S rank) Poisoned Mana: The user is granted control over poison that extends beyond regular control over magic by the poisonous lacrima, this effect even going as far as turning the very essence of their being, their Mana, poisonous. This grants the user a 60% increase to Spell Damage. Further, due to this, Slayers who consume the user's spells will consequently suffer from the poison within the user's magic, instead of receiving MP from consuming a spell instead losing the same amount of MP.

    Slayer Benefits:

Slayer benefits: Slayer magic overrides the possibility to get benefits from other types of magic for the particular magic in question. Instead, Slayer magic grants the following benefits to the character who has it:

      • 2 Ranks below character: 50%

    Second Gen Force:

Second Generation Force: A Slayer must consume at least 5 spells of their rank in magical energy from his respective element to achieve Force, but must have at least 50% of their total MP to be able to enter.

This shield is able to take up to 2x User Rank damage before breaking and restores its durability once per post. Further, the user is also granted a 5% HP regen once per post.  The range and speed for this UA is self and the duration is 1 post
    • (Unlocked at B rank) Shadow Dragon Territory: The user can directly use the powers granted to them by the lacrima to exert control over shadows. Using these powers, the user can control shadows in their User Rank Multi Target Range and freely use them to attack opponents, even making their own shadows turn on them. Regardless of the attack, the user shapes the shadows into, attacks with a manipulated shadow always deal User Rank Multi Target Damage and move at User Rank Multi Target Speeds.  The duration for this UA is user rank max up to S  (Up to S).

    [*]

    Slayer Benefits:

Slayer benefits: Slayer magic overrides the possibility to get benefits from other types of magic for the particular magic in question. Instead, Slayer magic grants the following benefits to the character who has it:

    • +25% Strength, Speed, HP.
    • Greatly enhanced Hearing, Sight, and Smell.
    • Ability to Consume Magic of same element (Shadow & Poison) for MP as well as the Force Ability (See below)
    • Resistance to their slayer element based on strength of spell/ability as follows:

      • 2 Ranks Above Character: 0%
      • 1 Rank Above Character: 10%
      • Same Rank as Character: 25%
      • 1 Rank below Character: 35%
      • 2 Ranks below character: 50%

    [*]
    Second Gen Force:

Second Generation Force: A Slayer must consume at least 5 spells of their rank in magical energy from his respective element to achieve Force, but must have at least 50% of their total MP to be able to enter.

    • Force highly increases the power of the Slayer's Strength, Speed, and HP by 50% rather than just 25%
    • The spell power of each rank is increased to 150%
    • In Force, the Slayer gains an aura of their element that engulfs their body. Physical attacks deal status effects from their respective element. (Frostbite, Burn, Poison, etc.) This adds a base of 5 melee damage onto their strikes
    • During force spells cost no MP to cast
    • To maintain force one must spend 10% of their MP per post. This amount spent cannot be regained during the duration of MP. Once the user of force hits 0% MP or choose to cancel it, force ends. If one hits 0% MP they suffer magical sickness as normal

This shield is able to take up to 2x User Rank damage before breaking and restores its durability once per post. Further, the user is also granted a 5% HP regen once per post.

    • (Unlocked at B rank) Shadow Dragon Territory: The user can directly use the powers granted to them by the lacrima to exert control over shadows. This grants the user a 60% increase to Spell Damage. Further, due to this, Slayers who consume the user's spells will consequently suffer from the poison within the user's magic, instead of receiving MP from consuming a spell instead losing the same amount of MP.

      • 1 Rank below Character: 35%
      • 2 Ranks below character: 50%

Using these powers, the user can control shadows in their User Rank Multi Target Range and freely use them to attack opponents, even making their own shadows turn on them. Regardless of the attack, the user shapes the shadows into, attacks with a manipulated shadow always deal User Rank Multi Target Damage and move at User Rank Multi Target Speeds (Up to S).

    • +25% Strength, Speed, HP.
    • Greatly enhanced Hearing, Sight, and Smell.
    • Ability to Consume Magic of same element (Shadow & Poison) for MP as well as the Force Ability (See below)
    • Resistance to their slayer element based on strength of spell/ability as follows:

      • 2 Ranks Above Character: 0%
      • 1 Rank Above Character: 10%
      • Same Rank as Character: 25%
      • 1 Rank below Character: 35%
      • 2 Ranks below character: 50%
