    Poison Slayer Magic


    Magic Name: Poison ManaWeave
    Magic Type: Slayer Magic (Dragon/Poison)
    Generation:
    Third Generation:
    Description: A forbidden art, claimed though hardships against Xivu Jih'va, the Poison Dragon. Through rigorous training one can percieve and then manipulate the Weave: a more nature attuned manifestation of Mana. While there is no kind of component needed to activate any spell the caster need to harness the Weave and bend it tho his will through the many spell formulas, all of them rigorously in Draconic. Another dead giveaway of Manaweaving is a characteristical change in the user's irises: They shine in a bright purple.

    Through skillful use. Tyson is able to create and disperse many kinds of poisonous vapors, liquids and solids across the battlefield. Theoratically there would be no limit to what can be created, but not being a dragon puts somewhat of a limit to how much Tyson can manaweave. The Weave itself might get damaged through all the forced manipulation, which could severly damage the user or potentially kill him.
    Slayer Benefits:
    Slayer magic overrides the possibility to get benefits from other types of magic. The following are the inherited bonuses to being a dragon slayer:


    • +25% Strength, Speed, HP.
    • Greatly enhanced Hearing, Sight, and Smell.
    • Ability to Consume Magic of same element for MP as well as the Force Ability (See below)
    • Resistance to their slayer element based on strength of spell/ability (See below)


    Resistances, Force Rules:

    Slayer Resistance Chart:
    2 Ranks Above Character: 0%
    1 Rank Above Character: 10%
    Same Rank as Character: 25%
    1 Rank below Character: 35%
    2 Ranks below character: 50%

    Consumption Rules:

    • A Poison spell consumed will restore = MP to the spell's cost.
    • If the consumed spell is a higher rank than character, restores 1/4th of the spell's MP and take full damage!
    • Natural sources of element only restores 1/4th of a spell of user's own rank per post consumed.
    • Cannot consume element magic from your own magic, item, pets, or own self-benefit means.
    • Cannot consume mixed elements of Poison.


    Dragon Force:
    A Slayer must consume at least 5 spells of their rank in magical energy from his respective element to achieve Force, but must have at least 50% of their total MP to be able to enter.


    • Force highly increases the power of the Slayer's Strength, Speed, and HP by 50% rather than just 25%.
    • The spell power of each rank is increased to 150%.
    • In Force, the Slayer gains an aura of their element that engulfs their body. Physical attacks deal status effects from their respective element. (Frostbite, Burn, Poison, etc.) This adds a base of 5 melee damage onto their strikes.
    • During force spells cost no MP to cast.
    • To maintain force one must spend 10% of their MP per post. This amount spent cannot be regained during the duration of MP. Once the user of force hits 0% MP or choose to cancel it, force ends. If one hits 0% MP they suffer magical sickness as normal.



    Strengths:
    Poison ManaWeave is neutral (pure), in between the light and dark side of the magical spectrum.
    Damage done to Lizard, Wyvern, and (Lesser and Greater) Dragon non-human type opponents are doubled.

    Weaknesses:
    Motion Sickness: For some odd reason, a Dragon Slayer's physical constitution cannot tolerate compremises to their balance and severely effect's the inner ear. As a result, they will experience nausia and motion sickness while on man-made vehicles. Living creatures/mounts are an exception to this rule.

    They cannot consume God or Demon Slayer magic.


    Unique abilities:

    Venom Mastery
    Harnessing the true power of any venom is not something everyone can do. Still, when executed correctly, it can prove to be a devastating weapon without tiring the user too much.
    Effects:

    Passive Spell Damage Ability

    • User's spell damage is raised by 40% and is increased by 5% per rank up to 60% at S rank.


    Pure Poison
    Due to Tyson's magic being derivative of Xivu Jih'va its precence through the Weave can be felt even if he's not forcefully weaving spells from it. Not many people can harness the Weave, therefore allowing Tyson to draw upon a larger source of power.
    Effects:

    Passive Buff Ability

    • User's spell range and spell speed is raised by 20% and is increased by 2.5% per rank up to 30% at S rank.


    Lethal Dose
    Tyson's magic is unlike any other. While lacking the ability of being empowered through common means, it still proves to be extremely lethal rather quickly. It's as if being under its effects slowly corrupts your soul...
    Effects:

    Passive Buff Ability (Locked until S-Rank)

    • Spells cast deal 30% extra Base Damage.
    • Spells cast have 30% increased Spell Speed.

As such, for as long as the user is encased within the sustance their magic and physical resistance is raised by 45%. Any attack that hits also causes the blob, and its host by proxy, to absorb 5% of the target's MP and HP.

    Otherwise, is it possible to negate an opponent’s effect but this requires an additional mana cost that the opponent paid in order to use the spell or effect on top of the cost of the spell that contains this effect.
    It is also possible to multiply one of your own or copy one of an opponents spells instead once per round max. To activate this effect, user must pay the original mana cost that has been paid in order to cast said spell again on top of the cost of the spell that contains the effect. Durations still apply.

    It's otherwise possible to turn the shrine into a magical armor for the duration, said armor follows refined requip rules for durability and damage reduction. While wearing the armor, user is able to fly above ground at burst spell range and speed.

    Due to Tyson's magic being derivative of Xivu Jih'va its precence through the Weave can be felt even if he's not forcefully weaving spells from it. Not many people can harness the Weave, therefore allowing Tyson to draw upon a larger source of power.

    Description: A forbidden art, claimed though hardships against Xivu Jih'va, the Poison Dragon. Through rigorous training one can percieve and then manipulate the Weave: a more nature attuned manifestation of Mana. While there is no kind of component needed to activate any spell the caster need to harness the Weave and bend it tho his will through the many spell formulas, all of them rigorously in Draconic. Another dead giveaway of Manaweaving is a characteristical change in the user's irises: They shine in a bright purple.

    Through skillful use. Tyson is able to create and disperse many kinds of poisonous vapors, liquids and solids across the battlefield. Theoratically there would be no limit to what can be created, but not being a dragon puts somewhat of a limit to how much Tyson can manaweave. The Weave itself might get damaged through all the forced manipulation, which could severly damage the user or potentially kill him.
    Slayer Benefits:
    Slayer magic overrides the possibility to get benefits from other types of magic. The following are the inherited bonuses to being a dragon slayer:


    • +25% Strength, Speed, HP.
    • Greatly enhanced Hearing, Sight, and Smell.
    • Ability to Consume Magic of same element for MP as well as the Force Ability (See below)
    • Resistance to their slayer element based on strength of spell/ability (See below)


    Resistances, Force Rules:

    2 Ranks Above Character: 0%

    Same Rank as Character: 25%
    1 Rank below Character: 35%
    2 Ranks below character: 50%

    Consumption Rules:

    • A Poison spell consumed will restore = MP to the spell's cost.
    • If the consumed spell is a higher rank than character, restores 1/4th of the spell's MP and take full damage!
    • Natural sources of element only restores 1/4th of a spell of user's own rank per post consumed.
    • Cannot consume element magic from your own magic, item, pets, or own self-benefit means.
    • Cannot consume mixed elements of Poison.


    Dragon Force:
    A Slayer must consume at least 5 spells of their rank in magical energy from his respective element to achieve Force, but must have at least 50% of their total MP to be able to enter.


    • Force highly increases the power of the Slayer's Strength, Speed, and HP by 50% rather than just 25%.
    • The spell power of each rank is increased to 150%.
    • In Force, the Slayer gains an aura of their element that engulfs their body. Physical attacks deal status effects from their respective element. (Frostbite, Burn, Poison, etc.) This adds a base of 5 melee damage onto their strikes.
    • During force spells cost no MP to cast.
    • To maintain force one must spend 10% of their MP per post. This amount spent cannot be regained during the duration of MP. Once the user of force hits 0% MP or choose to cancel it, force ends. If one hits 0% MP they suffer magical sickness as normal.



    Strengths:
    Poison ManaWeave is neutral (pure), in between the light and dark side of the magical spectrum.

    Damage done to  Lizard, Wyvern, and (Lesser and Greater) Dragon non-human type opponents are doubled.

    Weaknesses:
    Motion Sickness: For some odd reason, a Dragon Slayer's physical constitution cannot tolerate compremises to their balance and severely effect's the inner ear. As a result, they will experience nausia and motion sickness while on man-made vehicles. Living creatures/mounts are an exception to this rule.

    They cannot consume God or Demon Slayer magic.


    Unique abilities:

    Venom Mastery
    Harnessing the true power of any venom is not something everyone can do. Still, when executed correctly, it can prove to be a devastating weapon without tiring the user too much.
    Effects:

    Passive MP regen Ability

    • User recovers 5% MP per post.


    Pure Poison
    Due to Tyson's magic being derivative of Xivu Jih'va its precence through the Weave can be felt even if he's not forcefully weaving spells from it. Not many people can harness the Weave, therefore allowing Tyson to draw upon a larger source of power.
    Effects:

    Passive Mana Increase Ability (Locked Until B-Rank)

    • User's mana pool is increased by 50%. Value increases by 5% per rank up to 60% at S rank.


    Lethal Dose
    Tyson's magic is unlike any other. While lacking the ability of being empowered through common means, it still proves to be extremely lethal rather quickly. It's as if being under its effects slowly corrupts your soul...
    Effects:

    Passive Buff Ability (Locked until S-Rank)

    • Spells cast deal 30% extra Base Damage.
    • Spells cast have 30% increased Spell Speed.
