Personality:
-Out of Combat: Scinis, or whatever anyone wants to call it, is a simple creature. All it wants to do is survive, nothing more, nothing less. However, its methods of going through with it may be seen as evil, or at the least malicious by most. Scinis doesn't care for anyone other than itself, and will gladly sacrifice others for its own survival. This parasite doesn't have a smidge of care for human life, and sees it only as an obstical for its own survival. Now, most would think that it is a senseless killing machine, but it isn't. Scinis just wants a body to inhabit that can withstand the elements, withstand danger, and keep it alive. Its methods are selfish, but otherwise it is a very neutral creature. It won't mess with anyone as long as they don't mess with it, and Scinis just wants to keep to itself before all else.

However, that is only while it is outside of a host. When it inhabits a body, the parasite inhabits certain traits from the person's personality. It takes some of its memories, its motives, and their outlook on others. This person in particular had a god complex, finding humanity as mere worms underneath her boot. This was slightly transferred into Scinis, although heavily toned down. Instead of a god complex, Scinis just inherited an arrogant nature, one that finds humans more of toys than they would be worms. Scinis now enjoys observing people, testing their strength and causing havock just to find another body more suitable than the current one it inhabits. It is more of a scheming overlord complex than a full on god persona. Along with that, the parasite just enjoys mocking and playing people like a fiddle. It will manipulate and mentally torment people for fun while inhabiting this host, because that's what the person before it would have done.

-In Combat: Scinis, outside of a host, will rarely ever want to engage in combat. If it were to ever engage in combat, it would be extremely evasive, primarily choosing to dodge and defend rather than attack and pursue. All it cares about is its own welfare, so going on the offensive isn't its main objective. So, the only time it would ever willingly fight while in its primary form is if its current host body has been destroyed, or is beyond useless. Then, it would have to basically be backed into a corner, since it would still try to avoid if that situation came to be anyways. And even before all of that, it would rather try to forcefully inhabit another host before it actually risked itself coming into harm's way.

Assuming that it is in a host, its fighting style and mannerisms in combat is determined and influenced by its host's personality, and how they would fight. In this case, Scinis' host as mentioned before had a god complex, and wouldn't even bother with combat, thinking of it more as a simple hand wave. Obviously this has been toned down in the context of Scinis, but it still inhabits some of that arrogant nature. Scinis is rather defensive in combat, but not because it fears for its safety (it couldn't care less if the host got damaged), but rather because it wants to toy with its opponents. Scinis wants to see if anyone can break through its defenses while also fending off the offense from its magic. Scinis finds combat not a game, but one big test. If anyone is powerful enough to actual harm its body, then it will definitely be a better host in the long run.

-Nothing: While outside of a body, Scinis doesn't really care about anything. All of its likes and personality traits are mostly derived from its host

-Observation: The first trait derived from the current host, Scinis enjoys watching the feeble little people running amok. It takes pleasure from holding itself at a higher standard than everyone else, while also not really reaching the pinnacle of godhood that was the host before Scinis' possession

-Power: Not power in its own right, but rather Scinis enjoys finding others with power. This may result in the destruction of its current body, but it can always find another thing to inhabit and may provide a better overall shield.

-Manipulation: For better or worse, Scinis loves to toy with people's emotions. Be it the host's family, guild mates, or random people, Scinis gets a rather large laugh out of making people feel sorry for it and then sweeping in for the pain

Dislikes:
-Nothing: Similar to the likes, without a host Scinis doesn't really have the capacity for "dislikes." It is very neutral to everything, and won't bother caring unless it directly affects it.

-Disrespect: Probably the one that can set Scinis off the most, this is mostly inherited from the host's terribly potent god complex. With any form of disrespect, the parasite might just lash out at anyone within a few feet of it.

-Weakness: Much like how it loves displays of strength, the parasite hates displays of weakness. It finds them just wastes of time, and they offer nothing towards its ultimate goal of finding a better inhabitable body.

-Cheaters: The most ironic one on the list. Scinis would very much so enjoy getting the jump on someone through less than "fair" means, but if anyone tries to sneak attack or goad it into a scenario without fairness, it will likely go berserk.

Motivations:
-Survival: This is the obviously biggest motivation in its life. All Scinis wants to do is... well... be alive. That's all its purpose is, and all it cares about above anything else.

-Finding an Optimal Body: This host would be durable, strong, and extremely well put together. Finding a body that is nigh invincible would make its primary motivation - that being Survival - all the more easy

-Defeat: An odd motivation, but the host has caused Scinis to think so highly of itself, that it doesn't even really care about being defeated. In fact, it welcomes defeat as long as someone can prove itself worthy. If anyone can defeat Scinis in this body, it would prove to be stronger and more ideal.

-Harm: All forms of it. Slashing, burning, breaking, anything. Any form of harm is what Scinis wants to stay away from at all times, and is basically the only thing it "cares" to avoid.

-People: Scinis has a form of the "they're more scared of you than you are of it" mentality. It is terrified of the danger that other people possess, especially when it comes to harm. That's why it defaults to avoiding anyone if possible without a host, and wants to single someone out to get a host as quickly as possible.

-Water: May come as a shocker, but a strange mass of flesh and whatever Scinis is doesn't take kindly to water. It can't swim outside of a host, and just wants to stay as far away from it as possible.
