The pendant allows the wearer to dance on the wind, letting them fly through the air as long as they keep moving. It also allows the user to run along objects that would normally be impossible to move along due to physics (walls, ceilings). If the user stops moving doing either of these things they fall to the ground. Wind mages can completely negate this ability by controlling the wind (not a spell, wind mages can just do this its that simple to do)
