Description: Storm Dragon Slayer can create small storm clouds, along with eating storm clouds and is strengthed during Stormy days. The Storm Dragon Slayer cannot eat their own storm clouds, nor take a storm cloud out of the sky and make it his own. The Storm Dragon Slayer can control strong Winds and Lightning from the sky. He can also create minor wind and lightning. Has hidden Dragon Force ability which more then Doubles his strength, yet he is unable to bring this about by himself

Can control natural winds and lightning.
Strong against Fire Magic.
Ability to strengthen self from natural storms, Lightning and Wind.

Weaknesses:
Weak to Ice and Earth Mages.
Magic is weaken underground and indoors
Cannot absorb any other elements ex. can not become a Storm Shadow Dragon Slayer
Motion Sickness, EXTREME Motion Sickness.
Abilities/Powers:
While currently a weak wizard, Freddy has shown slight control over the elements, weather and mother nature in general. He can cause slight drizzle, a little bit of wind and at his strongest slight snow. He can absorb the elements of ice, wind, water and lightning and use them to strengthen himself. He can also transform into a small cloud to get around.

25% from D-Rank Thunder, Water and Wind Spells
15% from C-Rank Thunder, Water and Wind Spells
5% from B-Rank Thunder, Water and Wind Spells

75% from D-Rank Fire Wizard
50% from C-Rank Fire Wizard
25% from B-Rank Fire Wizard

All A-Rank and S-Rank Wizards do normal damage

Your roar cannot have all four of those elements, just storm (lightning and wind).

Rage of the Storm Dragon, apart from having a misleading name, is vague, and doesnt seem to be useful. You dont specify what elements you absorb, nor how much you're powered up from how much you absorb.

Putting a cloud on your fist does not make it physically hit harder, it would give it an elemental hit, in this case a small burst of wind and a small lightning strike. You cannot simply penetrate a shield, but you can break it after a hit or two. You also need to put how long this effect lasts and the cooldown.

The shield also seems a bit useless, considering that it absorbs the elements that you can eat, which would power you up. For your own good, you should change this spell. If you dont want to change it, you need to specify what rank of spells it can absorb, or for how long.
