Stella is a fallen star, fallen from the sky mysteriously the moment Summer sorted out an issue with a gang war that involved little children. Summer picked up the little star and decided to take them home so she can keep the star safe, and called the star Stella.
Stella has a few issues which is expected with stars, they cannot talk, they can only squeal for communication and is often relying on flying near objects to try give everyone clues as to what they want to happen or if they need help.
Stella also has the ability to read minds, however struggles to convey this due to their inability to talk.

Description: Stella will spin, a dash of tiny stars surrounding them as they continue to spin. This will make the opponent dizzy by spinning them too and deal ranked damage based on Summer's rank until she is at the abilities maxed rank, this is because Stella is also smacking the user with tiny stars (which can pack quite a punch.)
Strengths:
Dark magic users - The dizziness will work one rank above Summer's current rank until B rank unless they are dark mages. Dark magic users will who are two ranks above Summers rank are unaffected.
Weaknesses:
Light mages - The attack damage will not work on light magic users, but it will still cause the dizziness.
The same as the dizziness - The damage will also work in the same way as the dizziness

Description: Stella will fly into the air above the enemy before shooting themselves down like an actual shooting star, causing damage based on Summer's rank until she is at maximum ability
Strengths:
Dark magic users - This deals 25% more damage on dark magic users.
Weaknesses:
It's expected - Stars usually shoot down and so there is a chance that the spell could be predicted.
Light magic users - This deals 25% less damage on light magic users.
