    First Act: Darkness

No one is particularly sure where Tempo originally came from. As far back as his memory goes, he cannot remember his parents faces. However he's never really tried all that hard. Practically after his birth he was abandoned in a forest near Oak Town. You see in this day and age, power is all that matters. His parents most likely wanted to get rid of him due to his inability to see anything.
When Tempo was born he did not cry. His eyes were wide open. The doctors looked into his pale, confused eyes and knew that there was no way he could survive. It was an easy decision to leave him in the forest, thanks to the fact that he did not cry, he was never found either. He lay there, alone, in the dark forest.
    Second Act: Family
One morning Tempo opened his eyes to the sound of children playing. He got up from the carrier his parents left him in towards the voices. When he arrived he saw three children playing on a dragon as if it were a jungle gym.
The only girl of the group noticed him first. Her hair was red as fire, the only thing noticeable on her, due to her dirty raggedy clothes. She ran towards him, causing Tempo to jump back. He had never met anyone else before, he was startled. She smiled and held out her hand. Her voice was soft and soothing to Tempo. He held out his hand to shake hers when the biggest kid butted in screaming something fierce. He was dirty and wore a ski hat with a skull on the top. Tempo was scared out of his mind by this banshee call he had just heard and retreated back into the forest.
He hid behind a large tree, covering his ears, waiting for the danger to subside. Just when he thought he was safe he suddenly heard a third voice behind him. He turned quickly and it was a girly looking boy. His hair was white and wore rags like the others, but there was not a speck of dirt on him. His voice was soothing like the girls, but there was something 'off' about it. He spoke almost with a certain pristine above the others. At the end of his speech (which Tempo couldn't understand since he has not learned English yet) he held out his hand and smiled. Tempo had been alone his entire life, he grabbed his hand without hesitation this time.
    Third Act: Growing up
The four children all lived in a cave, near the sound dragon that never seemed to want to be bothered. The dragon protected them, but would not speak with them, bring them food, or clothe them. He was simply there to insure that no one would hurt the kids. As such the kids were always forced to fend for themselves.
Tempo, being the newest addition to the family, was left behind when the others went out to find food. The echo from the cave was driving him crazy, due to his blindness his hearing ability was out of this world, and it only got worse as days went on. He left the cave and stared into the eyes of the dragon. It began to speak to him, but Tempo was paralyzed by the grand stature of the beast. It got up and walked towards the child, causing tremors large enough to knock the boy on his butt. It opened its mouth and a plethora of sounds flooded Tempo's ears. It filled him with a warm feeling of being safe. The sound quickly transitioned to a faster tempo, upbeat song. This treatment went on for hours, until it was clear. The Dragon wished to train the boy to be able to control sound around him, to bend it to his will.
    Fourth Act: Invasion
For years, Tempo would stay behind when the others would leave to procure food, in order to learn from the dragon. This pattern would go on every day until Tempo had finally reached a point where he could fight. By this time he had learned how to speak fluently in many languages, thanks to his knack for sound he is able to memorize almost anything he hears instantly.
Their goal this time was a bit more grand, Phantom Lord! It was an extremely infamous guild and the kids knew that taking the guild down would really make a name for themselves. People from all over Oak Town would ask them for missions, they would be set for life!

Tempo gazed up at the grand building in front of him. It was huge, laden with bricks, it resembled a fortress. A sweat drop dripped down from his cheek. Lyric( The girl with fire red hair) must have noticed it, as she placed her hand on his shoulder to help relax him. Tempo turned back to the others as Rhyme(The feminine boy with white hair) continued to explain the plan. In all honesty it was pretty straightforward.
Beat(The loud boy with the hat) has earth magic that allows him to take almost any attack he receives, he'll be serving as the tank, drawing everyone's attention.
Lyric has flame magic that gives her a crazy amount of attack power, as such she'll be protected by Beat as they annihilate the lower class members of the guild.
In the mean time Tempo being the fastest of them all with his air magic and Rhyme, the water magic using strategist, would infiltrate the base and search for the guild master's base of operation. Once he's been located they would all retreat and return later in an assassination formation.
Beat kicked down the door and began shouting insults to all the members at the top of his lungs. Lyric giggled a little as she entered close behind him. Both Tempo and Rhyme sighed in disbelief at the 'im'maturity level of their teammates. Regardless Tempo grabbed Rhyme's hand squatted, and leapt up to the second floor of the building. Rhyme held his hand up to the bricks as one by one began to remove themselves from their resting spots until a hole was large enough to fit them. Rhyme crawled in on all fours as Tempo followed suit.
    Final Act: New Home
The plan as time went on Beat and Lyric cleaned up everyone in the guild before Tempo or Rhyme could even locate the guild master. They were all surprised at the incompetence of the guild, but returned home triumphant regardless. When they arrived they were surprised to see that their dragon friend had actually left. Tempo panicked and ran into the forest to look for him, however he didn't get far before Rhyme explained to him that it's a GIANT LIZARD WITH WINGS!!! it wouldn't be hard to find if it were anywhere near them. Instead they scanned the area where he rested all these years.
There was a hole under where the dragon's belly would have been, within it there were 4eggs and a pair of headsets. With it read a note. As Tempo read the note the others began examining the colorful eggs. The note explained how the eggs were for each of them, they would hatch into an animal that will help them strengthen their abilities. Red for Lyric, Blue for Beat, Green for Rhyme, and Yellow for Tempo. The note went on to say that Tempo still sucked at fighting, to work as a mute on his abilities the headset will keep his skills in check, something the dragon has been doing during their training sessions until now.
They were all ready to head back to the cave and call it a night when four unknown people showed themselves. The element 4 required hardly any effort at all to take down their respective prey. Just as Totomaru was going to finish Lyric Jose Porla, the guild master, began to laugh. He was impressed by the skill the children had exhibited in the fight against their 'fake' headquarters. He gave the children an ultimatum, learn from the element 4 to take their positions when the time comes, or lost their lives where they stand. It was an easy decision...
