Sol yawned as he waited on the outskirts of Hargeon town for his partner to arrive for this mission, he decided to take this mission and found out that another mage from another dark guild had taken it as well so they would be partners for this little assassination. the slayer yawned as he remembred the last time he was here with his former master Nykyrin it had been extremely rough as they had to get on a boat and Sol being a dragon slayer was crippled with motion sickness for most of the mission. This time however the demon was positive that they didn’t have to get on any type of transportation at all which soothed the slayers stomach.”so all we gotta do it kill an old dried up mage can’t be too hard but then again that’s a deadly mindset” Sol mumbled to himself as he knew more experienced mages had been killed with that mindset.

Glancing out at the sea the emerald haired mage took a deep breath in and enjoyed the scents that he could pick out, from the salty smell of the sea to the cooking of the resturants down in the town it was very soothing and the slayer could see why this is a town that most people liked to visit,” Perhaps I should start looking for a vacation home staying in a castle all day is a bit dull” he muttered to himself as he thought about where a good spot for a home would be, he had heard that Minstrel was rather nice if you could afford it or Joya with its rich tropics,Sol knew he would have to weigh the options but both of them actually sounded rather nice though Joya sounded a bit harded to relax in with all the dangers of the jungle.

Ash crept along the ground, inching its way toward Sol, billowing upward with each passing second that it was closer to the Poison Dragon Slayer. Slowly, a shape began to form from the bottom of the ashen cloud, until feet, then legs and the bottom of a cloak could be seen. Eventually, Marceline formed out of the ash when she had reached Sol's side, tilting her head back a little to look up at him. She did not say a single word to the man as she approached him, rather she looked away and began heading down into the town. "Don't worry, Dear, Death comes easy for me," the necromancer stated in a solemn, monotone voice toward the other magus. As she walked along the ground, the grass and the flowers wilted at her very step, seemingly bowing to the deathly queen. "That old lady won't have long to live and we can destroy as much of the place as you would love to destroy. . . what do you say?"

Her eyes darted to the side as she heard him mumbling to himself about living in a castle being dull and boring. She didn't quite understand where this was coming from, but she let it slide and kept from saying anything to the slayer. "I'm Marceline Anicetus, by the way, a member of Savage Skull," she introduced herself to Sol, realizing she hadn't said her name. Around the time she had introduced herself to him, she realized that he hadn't said his name to her either, but she wouldn't push for it. Instead, she focused on the mission ahead, preparing her mind for how they would kill the old lady they were requested to kill. Not hesitating to stick around the area any longer, the woman continued descending down into the town by the ocean. The scent of sea salt and ocean spray filled her nose and it wasn't that bad of a smell, but she didn't like it either.

Sol caught the sight of movement out of the corner of his eyes and he turned as he saw ash slowly forming into a shape beside him, it was a woman and she seemed to be confident that the old lady they were sent to kill would die fast and then they could wreck as much of the town as they wanted to.”Sounds good to me I need some cash and satisfy the urge to wreck something” he said as a small smirk appeared on his face. The woman introduced herself as Marceline from Savage Skull and Sol bowed his head a little bit.”Pleasure to meet you Marceline I’m Sol Terumi from Basilisk Fang its good to see another dark mage” he said his tone was truly pleasant as he offered his hand for her to shake.

The slayer had never really encountered another dark mage from a different guild so he was curious to meet one from them. After a moment he adjusted his fedora a bit and he followed as they headed down into town.”so we just have to kill the old lady right? from what my sources could gather she uses Gold make so we might run into some small complecations but nothing the two of us can’t handle” Sol said with confidence since he now had two type of magic at his disposal and while he didn’t have a clue what Marceline had as far as magic he was sure that she would be of great help to the mission..

so what is Savage Skull like, I’ve never encountered any of the mages from Savage Skull or Tartarus I must admit I’m rather curious” he said after a while, as he said this he noticed that many of the towns people were looking at them but they had not lost their cover yet since most of the people only looked at them for a second and then went back to their tasks just thinking they were tourists.

Sol was someone she could possibly easily get along with, as they were like minded in the slaughtering of hundreds. However, she held no emotion toward his idea of being able to wreck the town after the slaughtering of the old lady. In fact, she didn't care at all what he did after the old lady was dead, and likely, she'd leave soon after she was. After all, she tried to avoid needless killing whenever it was possible, but seeing as Death was everywhere, it was hard to. Her eyes darted toward Sol when he introduced himself though, watching warily the hand that extended toward her. Marceline kept to herself, not wanting to touch the other mage in fear that she would accidentally rot him to death. He was already inside of her death aura, the last thing she wanted to do was cause him more injury than what had already been given.

"Nothing is troublesome when it comes to decay," the woman answered the slayer, her gaze hardening upon him. Her magic was just as destructive as an explosive, only this one prolonged out pain that another felt while being decayed alive. "If it is made of organic material, my magic will easily take care of it without too much of a hindrance to us." The smile never faded from her lips as they entered the town and walked the streets, people looking in their general direction. To think that he was trying to place himself on par with her, it made her almost laugh, though she was silent over it. "I'm sure you'll be useful somehow; perhaps, poisoning the lady would be the quickest way to deal with her?" Once again, Marceline shot a glance toward Sol, waiting to see how he would react to such a suggestion about poison.

As they traipsed the town, a noticeable decay began in the surrounding area, eating away at the buildings, the streets, and the flora. The people as they walked past them, were crippled by the agony of her magic, though it was apparent they tried to ignore it. "Savage Skull? I could care less what it's like," she answered him, skipping forward and smiling ever so brightly. "That place is boring, old, and dusty, and there's only one or two people that I truly like in that guild; oh well. . ." She pursed her lips and thought for a moment, eys scanning over the destruction that her magic was already creating. "I mean, if you really want to know what the place is like, why don't you just go there, yourself? It's not that far away. In fact, it's hiding out in Spooky Forest, just don't tell them that I sent you there. . . I doubt they'd like their hideout given away."

Sol noticed Marcelines hesitance to shake his hand and he retracted it with understanding on his face, some mages didn’t like to be touched and some had magic that made physical contact very deadly whichever one it was in her case the slayer didn’t hold it against her. At the mention of poisoning the old woman the demons face contorted into a large grin “I guess I’m getting pretty well known, a quick poisoning would be good but that’s if we can catch her off guard, I wouldn’t mind seeing her choke down her last breaths as my poison flows thru her veins, theres always a certain satisfaction from seeing it” he said with a small chuckle at the end.

Sol could feel what he assumed to be Marcelines magic trying to effect him but it seemed his Dragon slaying magic was keeping him safe for the time being,as they moved and passed people Sol noticed that they were being effected by his companions magic, the emerald haired man was slightly surprised but then he recalled that his magic could do the same thing if he allowed his anger to get out of control.”huh the spooky forest I might go visit, don’t worry though your guilds location is safe with me” he assured her as he knew guilds especially dark guilds liked to keep their locations a secret.”is there any way you can reign your magic in, I’m not trying to complain but we are starting to get some attention “ the slayer mumbled to Marceline as he gestured with his eyes to people around them who were not sick that were becoming very nervous and looked like they were going to bolt for the nearest rune knight. As much as Sol wanted to enjoy a good fight untill they dealt with the target he wanted to avoid the fuzz for as long as possible.

Her magic was far deadlier than she made it out to be, even though it only rotted away the flesh and eroded the surroundings. She didn't want to risk having Sol get injured by her magic and then her having to do all of the dirty work for the job. This was team effort, so she was going to try and "reign" in her magic to the best of her ability, even though she couldn't truly reign in it. No one had control over Death, not even herself, and as upsetting as that sounded, Death was just an natural process to life. People were going to stare and that was completely fine with her, she was used to being stared at her entire life. If they didn't like her magic, they would learn to step out of the aura and keep away from her at the best of their own ability. Either way, her magic would eat them alive and leave only bones on the ground in her presence as destruction.

"Poisoning is just the quickest way to get rid of someone," the magus stated, her attention darting from the people to Sol. "I figure you would want to take that route, not only because your magic presence exudes the power of poison, but because of my magic as well. As you can see, I have a decaying magic; anything caught within a fifty foot radius of me begins to decay. . . slowly. Luckily for those caught in it, those that are living of course, they don't feel a slight bit of the pain from my aura. I can make them feel the pain, but other than that, they won't feel a thing as the decaying process takes place on them." She licked her lips and drew her attention back to the people who were caught in her aura and crippled with pain. Marceline liked the idea of pain, so seeing people on the ground, crumpled up into a tight ball, satisfied her urges.

"Well, Savage Skull won't be my home for long; I don't much like being around that place, especially with Dubhlainn there. He's a bit of a nuisance with how he acts around me and I get sick of it, but I guess I have to let that slide by," the woman responded. Her eyes scanned their surroundings as they passed by eroding building after eroding building, people keeping their distance. A small smirk spread across her lips, but when she looked back at Sol, she could tell he was a bit annoyed at her magic. She made a soft sound in the center of her throat, thinking of what she could do to help with her magic's issue. Otherwise, people would be running off to the nearest Rune Knight and likely, they would come questioning them. They couldn't have that, as much as any dark mage would like to get into  brawl with a Rune Knight; today was not that day.

Marcy straightened her posture when Sol mumbled into her ear, asking if she could reign in her magic in any way. She frowned at the thought of having to reign in it, and frowned more when she realized, she had no control of that. Shaking her head, the mage glanced back up at Sol, the scowl still apparent on her features as she answered him. "Death is not something that you can easily control and unfortunately, when I was blessed with this magic, I was not given such an ability. My magic does as it pleases, as much as I would like for it not to do it, so there's no way for me to reign it in. Otherwise, I would gladly reign it in, but I doubt they are going to run off to any Rune Knights, as I have previously been here." Marceline shrugged her shoulders and looked around at the people again, "however, where might we find the old lady?"

you are correct about that and in this world there are many poisons to choose from that’s why my magic is so effective” Sol said wisely with a small smile on his face, “that’s some pretty good observing Marceline I’m a Poison Dragon slayer so my presence alone is toxic to most people, your magic does sound powerful as well to make things rot and decay is a useful power indeed” the slayer said as he knew it had a great number of uses and could be a useful tool to intimidate someone as well. As they moved thru the marketplace Sol caught sight of some apples that hadn’t been decayed yet and he snagged two of them before he sunk his fangs into one. As his partner mentioned that her guild might not be her home for much longer because of a certain mage Sol nodded and finished the apple in his hand in a few quick bites as he made sure to eat the seeds as well since they had poison in them.

hmm that is true death is not something that one can control I should have remembered that Sorry,As far as the old hag goes oh lets see where did I put it” he mumbled as he patted his coat for a moment before he pulled out a piece of paper.”my informants here gave him a list of what her daily routine is and at this point she should be down by the docks bringing some lunch to the fisherman, as long as we don’t have to get on a boat I think this should be easy” he explained as he handed the list over to Marceline as he sunk his teeth into the second apple. He hoped that she would be caught unaware after all prey that didn’t see it coming were the best in his mind.

A sly grin spread across her lips and she'd look back up at Sol, the wickedness clear on her face when she did. "Well, unfortunately, your magic has no affect on my body, simply because this body is not made of flesh or similar substance. Quite unfortunate, I must say, but at least that makes us great partners when it comes to the deadliness of your magic. As for mine, there's only so much that your slayer magic can protect against and before long, you'll be hurting, too." At this point, the Coming Storm would shrug her shoulders, as if she truly didn't care if he was hurt or not. She truly was a wretched being, worthy more than just the silly title that the Magic Council had blessed her with. Exactly what was it about being evil that attracted the young beauty? Or perhaps it was nothing about the evilness.

"Oh, perfect! Let us head down to the docks then," the woman exclaimed in a giddy manner, despite the previous conversation. Marceline quickly shifted into her ashen form again, teleporting a few meters in front where they formerly were before shifting back. The more lively dark mage looked back over her shoulder and waited for Sol to catch up, in which she would repeat her manner of transportation. This would continue until they had effectively reached the docks, where the harbor men were working vigorously. An aged woman would be walking down the boardwalk with a basket in her hand, conversing occasionally with the random fisherman. Marcy pursed her lips, then glanced toward Sol once he had reached her position again, and crossed her arms over her chest. "So, there are a lot of people around here, and I'm not quite sure how we're going to pull this off without too much of a commotion."

Sol gained a grin that rivaled Marcelines as she said that his slayer magic wouldn’t work on her since her body was not that of a humans and that her magic would break thru his defenses at some point to harm him as well.” Perhaps but who said I only had my Dragon Slaying magic to help me” he said with mischief in his tone.as his partner suddenly shifted into her ash like form again to move quickly Sol followed bolting thru the city avoiding crashing into people while keeping his eye on her form so he wouldn’t lose track of her. It Didn’t take long for them to reach the harbor. The smell of the sea was extremely strong as Sol crinkled his nose a bit before he spotted the ships on the water and he turned slightly green as he remembered the last time he had been on a boat and it hadn’t ended well at all.

Seeing all the harbor men and the woman on the docks Sol scowled a bit as Marceline brought up a good point on how they would do this without causing a scene not that the slayer cared really, After a few moments the slayer got an idea and he looked at Marceline for a moment.”I think I can make this easier just find a spot to hide for a moment or two and if I’m right I should have the woman away from the docks and closer to town” he said before he started to walk down towards the docks he had a small friendly smile on his face, with his shirt and coat on his guild mark was covered and he looked the part of a friendly business man now all he needed to do was trick the old lady and when she was far enough away he would stab her in the back.

That was right, many mages had more than one type of magic, some of them able to counter Death as well. She wasn't all that surprised when Sol had brought up the possibility of having another type of magic in him. In fact, a small sense of another presence suppressed within her job partner could just be barely felt by her. Marceline didn't much care to know what his other type of magic was if he had one, and wouldn't impose on such. If he wanted to share with her the secondary magic that he possessed, then by all means, he could do that. "I suppose you're right," she answered him finally, staring down toward the docks and watching the old lady. A grimace appeared on her lips, but she didn't say anything toward the matter at hand or his comment about a secondary magic.

This task was turning out to be a lot harder than she thought it was going to be, seeing as how busy the docks were. Perhaps, simply following the old woman around the town would be a better cause than trying to lure her away. As much as she wanted to let Sol do as he pleased with trying to draw her away, she didn't seem him as the seductive type. Unfortunately, her succubus form was really only effective on the opposite sex, not so much the same sex. The frown on her face deepened, but upon hearing what Sol suggested, she only sighed and nodded her head. She would find a place to hide if he wanted to try something, but the moment he failed, she would step in. Glancing toward him for a third time, the woman pursed her lips, then turned away to find somewhere to hide.

Hiding would be a lot more difficult for her, mostly because her magic ate away at anything that happened to be organic. If it was made of wood, it would more than likely have necrosis induced in it and begin to rot away, until nothing was left. If it was stone, it would erode away as if the wind and the weather of Earthland had been munching on it quickly. So, effectively hiding somewhere to keep out of sight was like trying to play hide and seek in a field with no trees or shrubs. First and foremost was the issue that this place was the docks, where things were shipped off and constantly moved. She would have to find something that wasn't to be moved to hide behind, but what exactly that was, she didn't know. Moving away from Sol, Marceline descended farther along the dock entrance and looked around for a bench or a carton to hide behind.

Her eyes would occasionally dart toward Sol, only to watch him tug at his tie and fix his suit, so that his guild mark was hidden. Finding an empty merchant's cart close by, Marcy decided to duck down behind it, though her aura started eating away at it. She'd simply have to move from place to place if her magic became overbearing and ruined her hiding places. Fiery dots in the center of abysses studied as the Basilisk Fang member descended toward the old lady and the fishermen. Marceline was curious to know what Sol would do, but at the same time, she didn't want him to fuck it up. Being on edge was a horrible feeling in her opinion, as she wanted to do this all herself, so fuck ups didn't happen. However, she would put her trust in him and wait to see what the results would be if and when he reached her.

Sol approached the target his walk and demeanor seemed to change instantly as he became almost like a chameleon and hide his true intentions.”Excuse me Miss are you Olivia Sutton by chance?” he asked politely, the elderly woman looked at him for a moment with a slight look of cautions before she nodded,”Yes that is me how can I help you young man?” she asked while confirming she was his target. Sol gently fixed his hats and spoke without any wavering in his voice.”I was sent down here by the local library to escort you over to the library, the children there are asking for you to read to them and tell them stories of your adventures and the librarians are worried about your age so they sent me ” he lied without missing a beat. The woman seemed to hesitate but she could detect no lie in the slayers face as he had a small smile on his face and the wardrobe and demeanor of a gentleman.” Very well lead the way mr?” she inquired as he led her up the stairs and back towards town.

I’m Kazuma Kuvru its nice to meet you mame” Sol lied again as he made a follow motion with one of his fingers on his left hand so the lady couldn’t see it, he hoped Marceline would catch the motion and follow him from behind. As they reached the top of the stairs Olivia became shocked by the state of the buildings.”What happened to the town?!” she exclaimed as she turned and manage to dodge Sols chain before it could wrap around her neck but before she could get an attack off the slayer connected his poison covered fist to her stomach and sent her back a few feet.”Surprise now choke on the poison in your blood Bitch” he cackled as he waited for Marceline to get her shots in.

From where she was crouched, Marceline could easily see Sol conversing with the old lady, stopping her mid stride. Her ruby red eyes silently observed the ongoing communication, certain that something would go awry with it. Sol, however, had everything down to a 't', making sure that the fishermen around the woman and himself didn't get suspicious. Yet as she was watching him work his "magic," the Coming Storm felt compelled that the old wench wouldn't follow them. She could tell from where she sat that the lady was a bit hesitant in following Sol to wherever he had told her they needed to go. Marcy bit her lip though and tried not to make her appearance in an uncanny time, waiting until her partner signaled her. Quietly, her eyes darted around, landing upon the crewmen of ships and the fishermen getting their boats ready for the trip of the day.

The cart she was hiding behind was starting to shake though, the legs it was standing on becoming weakened by her magic. Marceline growled and shoved the cart away from her, creeping toward a cargo container that she could hide behind. Unfortunately, the cart started rolling away, giving away that someone had once been hiding behind it until otherwise. Some of the fishermen looked up at the fish selling cart and a few darted toward it to stop it from rolling any farther. Marcy chuckled at the sight of the mayhem that had unfolded, but as she looked back to the old lady and Sol, she noticed them walking away. Her pinpointed view caught sight of the beckoning toward her, and quickly, Marceline shifted into her ashen form and followed suit. Now wasn't exactly the time to make her appearance, so for now, she simply floated along, though farther away from Sol and the woman.

Olivia Sutton had spotted the decayed bits of the town the moment that they had entered back into it. She exclaimed something about asking what had happened to the town since she had gone to the docks, but Sol never answered. The chain from Sol's weapon was clearly dodged by the old magus, leaving Sol to have to get to get physical with her. Marceline spotted how Sol had coated his claws in the dripping poison of his magic and managed to scratch her with them. With that having been done, the woman felt that now would be the time to make her uncanny appearance before them. So, she shifted away from where she was floating and entered the battlefield, letting the ash form her figure until she was standing behind Olivia Sutton. "My, my. . . having a bit of fun without me, Sol? Such a cruel friend you are," she teased, though meant the words in no way.

Despite having been scratched by the poison, Olivia had formed a makeshift war-hammer from the gold make magic she had. Terrified by the confines in which the two dark mages had created, she swung the hammer in Marceline's direction. As a counter to the spell, the woman raised up her arm and a large, circular shield of adamantium appeared attache to the arm. Evidently, the attack Olivia had made bounced off of the shield, leaving only a dent in the shield, itself, and nothing more. Marcy grinned as the woman became wide-eyed, noticing how her golden war-hammer had easily bounced off the shield. "Sorry, Ms. Sutton, but this shield is made entirely of adamantium; you'd have to have something stronger than it to break it," Marceline cackle. This was where she grabbed her whip and lashed it outward, snagging hold of the old wench with the blades of her whip.

The blades bore into the wrinkly skin of the sixty-year-old woman, drawing up blood as they pinched into her. As for the devil-like tail of the whip, it sunk itself into the back of her neck and lit up with a light purple glow. This glow seemingly pulsated to the naked eye, draining away the woman's life force as Marceline simply stood there. That wasn't all that was at work either, for where she stood, Olivia Sutton was trapped skillfully inside her death aura. Her magic began to work itself, eating away first at the wrinkly, pale skin of the old woman, then at the exposed muscles. Every part of her was slowly degrading into nothing; all the while, the two of them could still have their fun. Set at a slow and painful pace, the decay would take a while before there was nothing left of their current victim.

Marceline ripped away the whip that had skillfully wrapped itself around Olivia, tearing away chunks of flesh in the process. These chunks sickeningly smacked against the stone surface of the dock entrance, splattering blood across the ground. As a retaliation to the sudden agonizing pain, a golden bullet was shot toward Marceline, grazing along her skin. She grimaced and lowered her gaze from the woman to where the golden bullet had struck her upper arm. Black blood oozed out of the wound, but luckily, she hadn't hit deep enough to cause cracks in the clay form. Gritting her teeth, Marceline glanced back toward Olivia Sutton, then toward Sol and beckoned with a finger for him to ravage to lady. "Have your fun with her because she has angered me and I'm afraid to have too much fun that you won't get any in yourself," Marcy stated.

Oh no theres two of them” Olivia muttered feebly as Sols poison corsed thru her veins before she suddenly vomited it up causing her more pain and now it infected the stone and dirt around them as well.”oh leave me be Marceline besides I left her nice and weakened for ya” Sol said with a chuckle as he watched the elderly mage form a gold hammer and tried to hit the deathy mage only to come into contact with a powerful shield, his partner decided to continue her assault and used the bladed whip she had in combination with her magic to start decaying and ripping into the womans flesh. The slayer was rather impressed that the old woman had managed to hang in as long as she had since his poison and Marcelines decaying magic made for a potent combination and while she was a tough old hag he was sure she couldn’t take that much more.

Then suddenly a surprise attack grazy Marceline in the form of a gold bullet and it caused her to become angry and made her release the whip before offering to let Sol have some fun.”this is gonna be great” he grinned as he suddenly sent enkidu forward and caused it to wrap around Olivias neck and choke her. Sol kept tugging as the chains dug in deeper into her neck as Sol yanked rather hard and caused the older mage to have to bend back to go with the movement.”Enkidu Death!” he declared before muliple portals formed around the gold using mage and from them copies of enkidu pierced the old woman before being pulled taunt as if trying to cause more pain and rip the old lady apart.Olivia was not done yet though as she managed to channle her magic into the gold again and caused it to make spikes one of which hit the slayer in the shoulder and caused his spell to falter.”your gonna regret that” he growled loudly.

While Sol was having blatant fun with the old hag, the undead woman stood nearby and assessed the injury she had been given. By now, a clear trail of black had coursed its way down her upper arm to the start of her hand, meaning it was quite the injury. She gritted her teeth as she looked over it, deciding that the woman definitely needed to die a horrible death for what she did. Marceline's grip tightened on her arm for a second, then she released her hold and plunged her fingers into the bullet hole. Digging around for a second, she touched the butt of the bullet, then tore it viciously out of her skin, letting it drop to the ground. A sharp clink resounded in the air as the bullet hit the cement sidewalk, rolling away as it landed. Marcy cracked her neck and looked back at Sol, who had chained the grandma to the ground with his weapon.

"Tear her limb from limb, she's not going to get away with this," Marceline snapped, an instinctual growl rising from her throat. Today was not the day to be messing with the Coming Storm and she would make sure all paid for the incident. Marceline raised a hand and pointed it at the woman, sudden silence enveloping the surrounding radius of the trio. A breeze seemingly swept through, rushing by as the life force from the flora and fauna of the city was gathered at her fingertip. Sickened laughter echoed in the air and looking to Marceline, an apparent crazed look was upon the flawless features of the woman. Strands of black hair were flopped over her face, stuck to each corner and plastered by the sweat that trickled down. What shaped at the tip of her right pointer finger was a compact, bullet-shaped orb of death energy, ready to blast.

Marcy let it release from her fingertip, watching as it aimed straight for the chest of the gold-make mage and plowed deep into her. She heard the cry of the old lady ring into the air, but somehow, Olivia Sutton was still standing despite the vicious attack. Gritting her teeth again, Marceline moved a little to the left of the woman and eyed her up and down, as if sizing her up. It would take quite a bit in order to slaughter this woman, and they were doing this in the middle of the city. People were already beginning to gather and point; some looked terrified, others scrambled to get their phones. Various people were screaming at them to stop the torture session that was going on with Sol and Marceline. Instead of focusing her attention on the lady, her gaze went straight to the gathering crowd and she raised her hands again.

Sol could be more than welcome to destroy and otherwise, mutilate the woman, but she would focus on the crowd. She stepped toward them, her fingers pointed toward the people in the shape of pistols as energy boiled at the tips of her fingers. Shots fired off and hit one. . . two. . . three. . . four people in the foreheads and downing them in an instant. People began to back away from her now, proceeding to put their phones away and ceasing the yelling at them. They knew by now that angering one of the dark mages would result in the end of their lives and if they didn't want that, they needed to behave. Marceline breathed in deeply and lowered her hands to her sides, watching as the people quieted down and went silent. The woman smiled kindly at them and turned away, only as she turned away, the sound of someone's phone being dialed rang into her ears.

Spinning on her heels, she fired another bullet of death energy at the person who had brought out their phone. They were struck dead in the chest, halting the movement that they were making in order to dial the emergency number. The phone dropped from their hand and they followed with it, crashing to their knees, then laying flat on the ground. "Go ahead, take out your phones, try dialing for the Rune Knights or calling for help," she called out to them. She watched as people jumped out of their skins from her strong and loud voice ringing into the dead silent air. "If I so much as hear one of you taking out your phone to call for help or to video what's currently going on, I'll slaughter you. . . I'll slaughter you faster than you can blink your eye and then, you'll be meeting the end of all things living."

With that being said, Marceline flipped her hair over her shoulder in response, then turned back to the hag and Sol. Stepping away from the gathering crowd of people, the Coming Storm eyed up Olivia Sutton again, assessing the situation. Since the woman was tied down by chains, she had a feeling that she wouldn't be getting anywhere anytime soon. Not to mention, but she was also bleeding severely from her chest and various other places over her body. Those places, granted they weren't quite deep, were from the blades of her whip when she had originally attacked her. A sly grin spread over Marcy's mouth and she walked around the front of Olivia, the smirk growing ever wider. "This is why you don't get yourself involved in things that you shouldn't get yourself involved in, understand?"

Sol growled as he backed up and removed the spike from his shoulder as he watched the old woman glare defiantly at him before his grin returned.”I don’t like that look in your eyes you insect I think you should know your place” he said aloud before he brought his hand up and then down before causing the gravity around Olivia to suddenly increase to crushing levels and caused the woman to collapse to the ground in pain and strain. As he heard the sound of something hitting fleash the slayer turned to see Marceline keeping the gathering crowd in line and ended up killing a few of them.”Oi we weren’t supposed to kill that many of them take it easy” he grumbled before he saw that the crowd was on edge.”All of you disperse or after I kill the old lady I’ll come after each and every one of you “ he threatened the crowd with many of them suddenly turning tail and running in terror.

Cowards all of them” Sol mumbled before he turned his attention back too Olivia who was still on the ground struggling to get up. Sol then decided to be even more cruel and delivered a powerful stomp to the old woman followed by another and another and another with his kicking speed increasing with every blow before he finally stomped on her head and started top grind his shoe into her temple as she let out a scream of pain.”Your weak how you managed to avoid death this long is beyond me” the slayer mocked and the woman was in tears and was trying to stay strong but the poison combined with Sols assault was causing her damage physically, mentally and emotionally as the slayer turned to his partner.”Care to finish her I would eat her but she looks to tough for me to digest” he said as he grimced at the thought of eating someone so old.

"Understand this, Sol: a dark mage will do whatever it takes to keep all things under their control until the mission they are on is completed," Marceline informed him. Her gaze shifted from the wavering crowd of humans to stare into the green optics of the Poison Dragon Slayer. "If you complain about the slaughtering of a few measly beings, then you are no true dark mage to the world. In fact, it sounds as if you have a bit of legal mage blood running through your veins if you can't remove your emotions from the equation." Their views on what a dark mage was may be different, but Marceline upheld her belief to the point she was disgraced by those who couldn't meet her standard. Sol was starting to show through to her that he wasn't meeting up to what she saw, and she was disliking that. Dropping the topic, however, the young maiden turned to face the old hag that was bound and held bowing to the ground.

Marceline walked over to the bound lady and pointed her finger down at the gold-make mage, a wide grin on her face. A white orb formed at the tip of her pointer finger, compacting into a bullet shape, with white wisps coming off it. "All organic material comes to an end," she stated in a matter-of-factual tone of voice, keeping her finger held there. Her finger slowly moved along the spinal cord of the woman, until it stopped at the cerebral part of her brain. The bullet at the end of her finger was fired off, shooting through the brains of Olivia Sutton and blowing them out. Blood splattered across the cement in front of the dead woman's body, chunks of her brain mixed in as well. Marcy watched the entire scene play through, licking her lips in the process and simply stating a single word, "yummy."

At this moment in time, insect-like creatures would appear, floating above their master's head, then swooping down toward Olivia. A colorful orb rose out of the body of their victim and was quickly caught by the tail of a Palluhae; netted there, it seemed. The spirit floated back over to Marceline and let the soul of Olivia Sutton drop onto her, absorbing into her clay body. She breathed in deeply, as if the soul given to her had somehow refreshed her mind and body without actually doing anything. Opening her eyes again, she let her ruby red optics land upon Sol, "so, now that Olivia is finished off; want to be a little destructive?" Hargeon Town was already pretty destroyed, especially since the recent attack from Gargalax and his crew of seamen. What was already rebuilt or being rebuilt would be fun to destroy again, resulting in a bit of fun for the two.

"I mean, the place is already pretty desolate, but I think it would be fun destroying the work they're trying to do," Marceline stated. The grin was back on her face and she was eyeing Sol for the moment before casting her gaze off to Hargeon. People were still around, but most of them and scrambled off after Sol and she had threatened to kill them off. With Olivia Sutton dead so quickly though, they had a bit of time to simply decimate the town if they truly wanted to. Both of their magic was capable of such a thing, it was just a matter of making sure hey weren't caught in the process. "Shouldn't be too hard in my eyes and after the tough battle we had, it would be a great way of being able to relax. So, what do you say, partner?" She'd nudge him in the side a little and wink, though bounce off to find something to do.

Sol caught Marcelines comment about possably having Legal mage blood in him since he complained about how many people were killed and Sol narrowed his eyes and bared his fangs.”I’m not complaining that you killed them I’m just remembering what the client wanted, and don’t you dare say I have legal blood in my veins that’s insulting as hell”he growled as he hated most legal mages and would rather gut them then be considered one of them.He watched as Marceline formed a bullet on the end of her finger and placed it on Olivias head as she looked at them in terror which made Sol grin.”Bye Bye now” he taunted before his partner released the bullet and caused the old womans head to explode like a melon. Sol watched with intreast as Marceline seemed to absorb the womans soul into her body before hearing her suggest that they be destructive as a way to relax which made the green haired man nod.

Sure jobs done so now we can wreck the place and then go get paid.” he said as he sealed Enkidu back into his tattoos before he turned away from her to some of the damaged buildings and he took a deep breath before he channeled his gravity magic thru his body and pushed it outwards towards the buildings, after a moment the gravity started to heavly strain the buildings as the wood groaned and the cement cracked untill finally the buildings gave out and collapsed under the heavy strain of gravity.Sol didn’t stop at that though and he pushed the gravity in front of him to become even heavier and the buildings started to break down further as the materials used to create them were crushed into powder and started to create craters in the grounds much to the delight of the demon using said power.

She rolled her eyes when he responded to her calling him a legal-blooded mage when she clearly knew he wasn't. His reaction was priceless nonetheless; however, it was quickly shifted from her to the shattering of Olivia Sutton's brains. With the woman now dead, they were free to do as they pleased, yet Marceline didn't feel like hanging around to slaughter the town. In fact, even though she had suggested it, she found it rather displeasing to think about and figured she had better things to do. Her fingers snapped, calling upon the horde of Soul Collectors that reappeared at her side, flying lazily around her. Scanning the leveled area of Hargeon, she glanced back toward Sol, who was beginning to enjoy himself with destroying the town. "I'd like to stay and all, but it appears that Master is calling to me, so I have another mission I have to get to," she stated.

With that being said, three of the Palluhae spirits floated toward her, swirling around her to lift her up into the air and carry her away. They entangled and knotted their eel-like body around her, securing her there, so that she could easily be lifted. The remaining seven flew gently next to her in the sky, heading away from the town that had been severely decimated. Perhaps, Sol and her would cross paths one day again, maybe on better terms than they had been for this job. Marceline would wink from him in the sky, giving a little wave of her hand before she was faded into nothing. A new way to travel for her, definitely more lovely, but a lot more noticeable than the ash travel that she had. She could definitely get used to this kind of travel, with how relaxing and easy-going the traveling seemed to be.
