Being forged with some of Raidens magic this blade is soul bound to him.If this blade is stolen or wielded by another the blade will not cut and be no more then a mere metal stick.

Abilities: Abnormal Cutting- The blade of this O-Katana is so sharp that it can cut threw virtually anything aside from something of its own weapon rank or higher. But the wielder has to have to the physical strength to do so.
Deep Wounds- If cut by this blade no matter how dead it will cause bleed as if deeper then what it is, Lasting two post for each cut.

Description: Raiden sheathes the blade and enters his normal Laido stance(Has to sheathe the blade but the stance isn't needed) then dashes towards said enemy or enemies and slashes to what seems to be one time but in actuality he slashed 6 times. The blade is so sharp and the attack so swift that the target wont know they've been cut but merely feel a gust of wind as Raiden passes them by in the exchange. Only when Raiden sheathes The Last Whisper and sometimes asking as he sheathes his blade"Did you hear it..the whisper in the wind."will the pain kick in. Dealing current rank slash damage and bleeding effect witch last for 2 turns.

-Devastates single targets
-Deceptive
Weaknesses: -Must unsheathe blade
-Works best when targets are close to each other if hitting multiple
-Can block with protective spell of current spell rank
-If multiple targets then each only gets cut once

Description: Raiden sheathes the blade and enters his normal Laido stance(Has to sheathe the blade but the stance isn't needed) then unsheathes the blade with incredible speed to aim a single slash at a specific target area. This slash is meant to break threw armor of its perspective rank or lower with a focused strike. Cutting threw the armor the attack will cause slashing and bleeding damage for two turns.
Strengths: -Very strong
-Devastates single targets
-Deceptive
Weaknesses: -Must unsheathe blade
-Only works on single targets
-Can block with protective spell of current spell rank
-Must be in range
