Damn! Wrong room! Elyx whispered loudly to Ignite as he forced her to take cover, neither of them wanting to face the amount of hunters in there. More non wizard enemies, and they did not seem happy if they had knives with them rather than pickaxes. They could wipe the floor easily, but they were going to run low on magic if they did so. Instead, Elyx decided to take a detour around the group, using the edge walls to their advantage, easily circling around the group of men and woman. As he heard their conversations, one thing struck him as odd. Those damn wizards think they are better than us. One of them men said as metal cling could then be heard. A girls scream was then heard, crying, in pain. Elyx shuttered at the sound, but it was not enough to cause him to jump and lash out. Hmph! Talk about weak, you better tell us girly before I rip out all the hair in your head! A woman yelled as the crying then increased, the girl crying out for help. Someone! Pleas- AH! The little girl screamed, only to end up in more pain, and that was the final straw.

According to Lerale Eye, she was a young girl, about ten years younger than him if he were to guess correctly. He abandoned the detour and went through the ruins room. From there, he quickly strummed through the Violin with intensity, causing the woman yanking on the purple-haired girl and all her comrads to fly against the wall. Ignite! Get the girl out of here! Elyx yelled as the girl ran to Ignite, who held her with loving arms. That was when the group surrounded the boy, no one was happy now. As for you... All of you...

What the hell is your problem with wizards!? That was a little girl regardless of her blood! And you decide to torture her!? Elyx yelled as the group stopped walking closer to him. It's not like it would matter anyways, he was willing to give them no spine to support their back, and he was willing to do that same thing they did to the girl on all of them. With his wind magic, it very much was possible. Shut it! You're just going to have to take her place then! The man yelled as he grabbed Elyx's arm quickly by the wrist. I'm going to rip out your throat! The boy yelled as he then grabbed the mans arm and reversed the twist and created his own. The second to attack was a man who tried to get him from behind, but Elyx put the guy forward as a shield, causing the man to take a hit to the stomach rather than the violinist. I'll end you! The woman yelled as she pulled out a knife, a bit of blue hair on it. Now Elyx had enough of them, they cut the little girls hair to mentally scar her.

You just had to didn't you!? Elyx yelled as he twisted the man around again to face the womans blade, causing the man to take a stab through the shoulder, leaving the blade there to really add more splash damage.Argh! You idiots! Stop attacking! The man yelled, but that did not receive Elyx's best reaction. He pulled out the blade from the mans shoulder. I wouldn't do that if I were you! You started this, you better end it before I do! The boy yelled at he pushed the man to the ground before stomping on his head with full force one time. He then looked up with the knife at hand, throwing it at the woman who used it first. And finally, direct hit, the chest, possibly an Artery, has been struck.

Everyone remained in place, those two seemed to be the main ones out of the group since the others looked so weak and helpless. Could Elyx blame them? Definitely not, and he decided not to provided they did not continue any further. If I see anyone else here doing what these two just did, I will make sure to send you all to your graves. Elyx announced coldly as he looked back at Ignite and the little girl, both of them with their eyes wide open, but their mouths were different. Ignite looked at him with her mouth forming the shape of a curious "o", astonished with the amount of power displayed without magic just now. The girl had an admiring smile on her face, probably because the two of them saved her life. That was so cool! Do it again Mister! The girl yelled, causing all of the hunters in the room to shutter, all of them not wanting to go through what their leader just did. Elyx looked at them all, his Lerale Eye unable to find any threats or anything that wants to challenge him.

Heh, don't worry, they won't do anything stupid. But I'm sure one day, you will be able to do just the same thing. Elyx said as he then looked at the girl, inviting her to come with him and Ignite to look further. They both had to continue on, and the girl seemed to want to join them as well. They both continued to walk through the ruins, the group of hunters being left behind, they finally found their target though. The vault door that let them go into the Artifact room. Before they did approach though, Elyx turned around and knelt down to the ground to see how the girl was doing. Hey, are you ok um... Elyx asked, unable to figure out the name of her. She however looked to him and smiled. Delta. Delta Hakozawa. I am a rank D wizard in... Er... Which guild? I can't remember right now. Delta explained as she then tilted her head. My name is Elyx Reiaki, and the woman right here is Ignite Rosella. We're here to help you... And get past those two groups of people that look like they are about to fight. Elyx said as he looked at the many people on one side versus a gem hunter. He stayed back and watched how this would end up, keeping silent so no cover will be blown.

Shut up! One of the hunters yelled as he ran towards the Wizard, who only looked up with a shine in his eye, activating his magic. After a quick second, Elyx realized what was going to happen, and he instantly put his palm over Delta's eyes as Ignite quickly placed both her hands over Delta's ears. The hunters all then screamed upon impact, and the crystal shards pierced through them instantly, the more they moved. The more they suffered, this mage played with dangerous magic, and he uses it in a torturous way. The way in, only one person had access, and it was going to be Elyx. The three of them jumped down onto the ground to meet whoever this crystal mage was. In the meantime, the mage looked at them as if they were no better than the hunters, but this man was dead wrong to think just that.

Are you here as well to die? I want the artifact, and if you're in my way, I'll kill the lot of you instantly. Don't think I take pity on children either. The hunter said as he raised his palm into the air, a ball of light appearing from it. Elyx placed his Violin out, revealing that he was a mage, and not just a mage at that. The three of us are also mages, and we are all Bounty Hunters as well. Don't believe me? Then lets test it. The violinist said as he had the wind hide the girl from sight, she was not going to get involved in this battle until there was a decisive winner(s) in the end. The two groups stared at each other, much tension showing and no bluff being revealed since there was none. This was going to be a full two on one wizard vs wizards fight, and only one group can get the artifact.

The three of them, all of them had strong senses of magic coming from them. The air was vibrating, a battle with mages like this altogether might cause a bit of chaos for those surrounding. Hopefully Delta would make it out of here unharmed, but regardless, they had a job to do. The first one to make a move was Ignite, who caused a snake of fire to launch towards the Gem Hunter mage. The Gem hunter stepped to the side though to avoid the attack, causing the snake to hit the door behind his back, and an explosion then occurred. The rocks from above began to shatter from the air as they hit the ground.

The Gem hunter then shot a few of his own crystals towards Ignite while her back was turned, but Elyx deflected the crystals all at once by quickly sliding his bow on the violin string, causing him to fall when a giant gush of wind flew from his violin. The Crystals were launched back at the enemy and his Violin glowed once again, showing that he was not even close to fighting at his best. He jumped forward at the Gem Hunter wizard with his Violin before the mage prepared himself to use defensive magic against his wind.

The boy however only set this up as a trap, he quickly threw the Violin into the air as the mage was about to cast his spell. When the Gem Hunter realized this, he cancelled his spell as he tried to follow up accordingly, but it was too late for that to happen when the boy shoved Knight Iris through the stomach of the Gem Hunter. Elyx then jumped back instead of pushing the blade forward, it would not be any fun if he tortured the man during battle after all, even if he did torture his opponents.

The Gem Hunter did not seem to be coughing out any blood though, an odd reaction at first, but Elyx could understand why. At this rank, you probably were not supposed to react to only one hit that was equal to your rank. Still though, if Knight Iris were forced into his stomach, he would at least wince and possibly yelp at the pain. Regardless, this mage did what he did and Elyx did what he did. They were two different people after all. The Gem Hunter continued this battle by putting out his palm Elyxs way.

From there, a giant crystal cage was set up around the boy, causing him to panic at being bound. This was not good, to be trapped in crystals could cause him to be in danger. But before the hunter could execute his next move, the She Phoenix herself did not approve of what the hunter was trying to do to Elyx. She quickly put out her palm and started a circle of fire around the Gem Hunter, who was not able to catch onto what she was doing at first, but once he did, he regretted not being abale to follow up any faster. Ignite created her own fire dome around the Hunter, inflicting burn damage easily.

The Gem Hunters cage seemed to have shattered to pieces, freeing the boy from taking any critical damage. But the Gem Hunters magic senses were not detected in the dome, and that was when they realized what the hunter did. That cage was just a mere sacrifice to get himself out of the danger of the fire dome. Now he was hidden from sight, but not from sense. Elyx had the ability to modify the air to find where the Gem Hunter was. It was annoying how fighters try to be invisible in combat, it doesn’t enhance the fun in battle at all.

The boy caught a reading on where the Gem Hunter was. This quickly triggered his nerves and slashed Knight Iris behind his back before a spell could be casted on him from Ignites sight. The guess was correct as his blade made impact with a tough metal armor. This caused him to snarl, sneaky one trying to get him while invisible, but to attack from behind anyways? Well, technically, in battle, there was no such thing as cheating unless you defy physics. But there was something called ethics, and this Gem Hunter did not abide by them very well. Still, to avoid that attack coming up, regardless of ethics, they didn’t have to worry. The Gem Hunters body was now glitching out, revealing his location.

Suddenly, the ground below them began to shake, and soon, the air waves were being disturbed, revealing where Delta was. The Gem Hunter took a quick palm to the chest as he manipulated the gems from the ground, causing spikes to appear below her as she ran away from them. Seeing this sight angered Elyx, unethical became cruel. She was scaring a little girl to use her as bait, or rather, a shield. The Crystals stopped when she was right in front of the hunter, who locked his arm around her neck. This forced her to remain still with her eyes open. There were tears rolling down her cheeks, the poor little girl scared. Ignite shrieked as well, scared for the girl. But Elyx was now down to the final straw.

The boys hair covered his face to show how angered he was with this man. To use a child like this, like their life meant nothing. This was uncalled for, and now this battle had now become personal. He put the blade up, regardless of what the man could do to Delta.

Post by King Elyx 31st May 2015, 3:14 pm

Everyone kept their words to themselves, only noises were allowed it seemed. Whatever the case, there was now a hostage. So why would Elyx be moving when he full well knew what could happen if he did that on his own? Did he have some sort of plan? Was he trying to trick the Gem Hunter in some sort of way? In reality, he might just be crazy, because he honestly did not have a plan when it comes to saving Delta. He was truly going on instincts only, that was how he planned to carry out the rest of his fights. Just instincts.

Ignite did not seem to like this either, she was yelling even loud. No actual words coming out of her mouth, but yelling even louder as Elyx continued to walk forward towards the two of them. The Gem Hunter and Elyx stared at each other, the both of them bearing their own death stare. The boy quickly sliced his blade at the girls leg, causing it to bleed a little bit and her body to collapse. She was crying even louder, but the fact that she was falling made her just dead weight. This meant that there was no useful hostage that was willing to stand for her life.

Elyx took this moment to cling his sword against that of the Gem Hunter, who stumbled backwards since he did not see any of that coming. No one was seeing any of that coming. The girl was screaming loudly in pain, and Ignite had to be the one to take care of her while she was down. There was a pang of guilt in his mind, but he did this for her best. He would help her with Calm Meadows later, but for now. He was in a sword lock with the man who held her hostage.

Post by King Elyx 31st May 2015, 3:23 pm

Now this battle has become personal, but now the number game was in favor of nobody. With Ignite to take care of Delta, he was able to fight on his own against his enemy, the Gem Hunter. This was not going to end well, Elyx was already mad since this man was manipulating, but to play such games like trapping victims in cages and holding others in hostage positions was wrong. Then again, he had to admit, he has done worse in combat and maybe even out of combat. He has made slaves out of people sometime. Though he knew that he has done this, he has done better than really most others as an owner. For one thing, he doesn’t do anything to publically shame them. That alone deserves a medal, he has been tempted many times to do so.

The boy and the Gem Hunter began to slash their weapons, no magic being involved in this clash until one of them were able to land a hit. Admittedly, Elyx took a few small scratches, which eventually added up to one being wound when added up correctly. The two of them were hitting as hard as they could, causing both of their blades to blur against each other. Neither of them wanted the other to get the upper hand, and could they be blamed? In general, they both wanted to valuable artifact, one for good reasons and one for unknown reasons. This mage has proven that he was not on the job to get the reward, he wanted the artifact for his own. Elyx had no place in telling anyone whose point of view was right, different reasons could have different ethics in their views. Whatever the case, he knew that there was no reason to judge anyone for what they want. Still, he might do this when it comes to someone standing in his way.

The two of them continued to spin around, their blades dancing as the sparks began to light up the room. The ground began to shake below them, their tensions of magic being too high for them to keep inside of them. This was causing the ruins to crumble slowly, the both of them needed to release their magic before this gets out of control. Elyx however did not feel the ground shake below his feet, this was due to the fact that he was only able to feel his feet hit the ground for a small moment before he stepped. This meant that he was only feeling the ground, at any level would have felt normal to him.

The two of the mages clashed until finally, Elyx landed a direct hit to the stomach of the mage, causing the both of them to stop in their tracks. Finally, they both felt the rock below them, shake, but that shaking was lowering. The two of them were not going to stop though, the Gem Hunter pushed the blade off of his stomach by kicking the stomach of the boy, releasing him. He then used a Crystal from the ground to strike Elyx from below, causing the boy to fly up into the air. The boy used his magic though, Wind Lerale Airial recovery, causing his body to spin right back to where it was supposed to stand. With the happening, the boy still did take damage, but the knockback that he was supposed to receive was negated. This was a good thing too, at the top were stalagmites that he did not want to make any contact with. The boy fell back onto the ground before looking up. The both of the combatants nodded once before they leaped at each other, determination for their goals and dreams all depending on this one hit.

Post by King Elyx 31st May 2015, 3:42 pm

Elyx had all of the Wind Magic in his Violin inserted into him, this was going to decide who would win the battle. This may not mean that one of them will finish the other off, but it will certainly give the winner leverage. He had Knight Iris ready to slice, and his plan was to use its effect. Since his enemies clade was actually the same rank as his, that meant that the slice through effect was allowed to apply. The slice through effect allowed Elyx’s Knight Iris blade to go through the opponents blade as if made of thin air. This was how it was crafted, and it was crafted by one who did not think of this sort of effect to be dangerous. It has proven to be more than dangerous since there aren’t many defenses against something like that.

The Gem Hunter had Crystals following right behind his back as well, ready to add power behind his impact. He was using a blade as well, meaning that Elyx’s plan was still very much valid to use in this case. That was just luck being on his side on this one, if the enemy used magic, Elyx would have lost this quick duel so easily. Instead, the Gem Hunter was doing otherwise and allowing Elyx to clash with his blade. Finally, both of them came together with huge impact, the two of them ready to end this duel. The intensity in Elyx’s eyes shows that this was not a fun duel, it was one to prove many things. Honor, whose point of view was right, who wanted the artifact the most. There was no in between, only one of them can have it. It’s not like either of them could share it either, they didn’t trust each other with the artifact. Merchants and Bounty Hunters are hard to trust after all.

Impact has been made, the two blades collided, and the effect of one of them activated. The ending result was the two of them on the other sides of each other, the sound barrier being broken in between the two of them, causing everything around them to get caught up in a giant gush of wind. Ignite and Delta had to hold themselves using magic so they did not get shoved against the wall. Meanwhile, Elyx and the Gem Hunter remained unaffected by the wind they just caused. They were the ones responsible for it after all, the amount of force they used to apply it caused them to stop, but it also caused them to be safe from the explosion.
Now, Elyx was the one who remained uncut by the blade on his opponent. He received a bruise from impact with the other mans shoulder, but that was only a bite from a bug compared to what the Gem Hunter received. A giant cut through his stomach, in which was already cut, but now his blade went through. All of the magic in the world might not be able to patch him up, the wound was so big. Elyx felt so alive by doing that, but he had enough self control to not continue. He did now however have enough control to just finish him off. Instead, he was ready to let the Gem Hunter suffer before he dies. And if he lives, that was even better, because that would mean he would be mentally scarred and possibly physically scared for the rest of his life.

Elyx began to realize what he was thinking, but he did not completely mind what he was thinking. He did not want to be a bad guy, sure, but that gave him a thought. What if I am insane? I wouldn't be mad about it, provided I'm crazy for those I care about. Elyx said coldly as a smile began to arise on his face. One that looked sincere, but one might not tell right away what he thinking.

Ignite and Delta looked at Elyx, both of them a little worried for him. Something about the boy was off key. For one thing, how he was able to willingly cut a girls leg in order to beat down the bad guy. Sure, it seemed like a heroic sacrifice, but Elyx might have been doing it for the wrong reason. He might have been able to use his magic from behind the Gem Hunter in order to have him let go of the girl. With Elyx’s speed, maybe he could have been able to catch the Gem Hunter off guard and strike him before he did anything to Delta.

Did he even think of those ideas though? He could not confirm that for himself, it was unclear about his memory. Maybe this was one who was crazy thought? If so, it was surprisingly not a bad feeling. It gave him peace of mind for him to have silence around him. The air around him was the only thing he could hear, which normally was a bad thing. In the dark, when someone has the ability to hear the silence in the dark, it would only be a matter of time before they actually let loose in a bad way. Elyx breathed in to try to keep himself under control. When he looked towards Ignite and Delta, his eyes began to soften. However, when Ignite and delta saw his eyes, they noticed that his brown eyes were hollow. Though they gained a bit of color back, they were still being weirded out and maybe even a little scared of him. He did not want to hurt them, but with his looks, its not that easy to confirm if that were true or not. Regardless, here they all were, ready to open the door and get the artifact for the counsil.

Elyx put out his hand welcomingly, somewhat assuring that the two of them were safe. With his other hand, he brought out his Violin. That was when he put his first hand back so that he could quickly play a small piece. This spell was D rank, but that was all he needed in order to heal Deltas scratch. This spell was Calm Meadows, which instantly turns the speedy tank of Elyx into an instant healer. This was designed for whoever he parties up with, but this spell was not really much of use since he really didn’t want to go with others in raids. Yes, he was willing to help random strangers, and if they help him, well, that’s just an added bonus.

Elyx then felt his body begin to transform, his body dissolved into the air, showing that his clothing was being changed. In the dark, this brightened up the room that they were all in. In the meantime, Ignite was opening the door already knowing what to do. Either that, or she still wanted the reward badly. Delta stayed with Elyx, curious about what he was trying to do. The boys clothing was then changed from the casual cloth jacket and black pants to all green. His green top hat being for fun, his green coat showing how he cast heal spells, and his black pants making him look like a leprechaun. Couldn’t he have a little bit of fun with this? Finally, he obtained a wooden stick that allowed him to cast the healing spells he promised that he would use to get rid of the wound. This staff was the final touch before the boy was back in sight and landed on the ground. His eyes were no longer crazed, but sincere now. It was clear that he just wanted to be good, no matter what the cost was.

Don't worry. I only did that to get him away from you. I'll heal your wounds, and if you let me. I'll even give you a chocolate bar. Elyx said as he tilted his head and closed his eyes. His lips were no longer in a straight line, but now the edges curved upwards as he showed his best grin. Delta mimicked his his grin as well, making sure to relax as much as possible. The girl rested her back against the wall as she stretched out her legs. Elyx went onto his knees and examined the wound, it was nothing he couldnt handle. He must saw that it looked like it stung a bit too much for this girl, and he truly did not want it to be that bad. He did his best by casting out th most magic this weak form would allow him to. As Calm Meadows, he was only free to be weak as a D rank mage and cast D rank healing spells.

He placed his handsz over the bloody would and released as much magic into the wound as he could, the warm feeling in his hands numbing any pain that the girl would feel from the medicine being invited into her bloodstream. Calm Meadows wanted to have their targets relax as well as heal. Elyx could understand why, when someone is panicking, their blood travels faster throughout their body. Increasing that would also increase the blood loss, which is why one should not panic when struck. This is especially the case for those who have poison in their body, in which the poison will spread even faster due to the heart beating faster. Even in a world full of magic, there was some science. The wound of the girl finally healed according to his senses, and Elyx let go over the knee, allowing the wound to breathe. All better? The boy asked as his clothing went back to normal, and the girl looked at her knee, her mouth open with such awe. Her wound did not even show, someone would have to look real closely to see if she was struck, it looked like nothing more than just skin being damaged. Thank you! Delta exclaimed as she closed her eyes happily and smiled with all her teeth showing.

I got it! I got it! Ignite yelled as she stormed out of the room with the artifact that they were looking for. Now they had to get out of the ruins without anyone noticing them and they were all set. It was such an easy mission, yet so much was paid for it. Why would that be the case? Then again, Elyx felt a bit of difficulty, he was scaring the people he called his allies. Due to this, he might not be able to keep up with Ignite and Delta like this. This may be his only chance though to see what he could do if he gave in to being at least a little insane. Should he try to control it for good? Or does he use it for good? These questions will be bothering him for a long time and he full well knew it, but he did not mind either answer too much. Natually, one limited him and he did not like that, but other than that, he was ok with both of them anyways.

We can just make a run for it. Elyx said as he picked up Delta the way a Firefighter would carry a child. In his arms, she should be able to hold him down long enough for Ignite to match his speed The two of them began to run, Ignite with the artifact in her hand while Elyx had the child in his hands. This was going to be a long run up since they blocked up and down ways with the crushing pile of rocks that were still probably there. The boy looked through the cave, many senses of life ahead of them. They were going to have to push hard through the group in order to get to the exit. As they did so, the group was pushing against the walls, but Ignites fire kept them from being chased, saving them more time and giving them less worry. The pile of rocks were still there, meaning that they had to force their way through with an explosion. Ignite had this one covered. Once they did this, they were free to the Magic Counsel and obtain a huge reward.

Ignite ran at full speed at the rocks, and when she hit them, her fire and the impact hit each other with such devastation that the explosion caused the rocks to crumble into nothing but dust. Elyx stepped back from the fire, keeping both him and Delta from the fire explosion. That might not have ended well, so they had to check up on Ignite. She was smiling though, and a few hunters were coughing due to all the smoke. The two of them continued to run in order to get out of the ruins. They only had to go up from here on out, and then the three of them were all free. They made some huges promises. Being the Counsel, I wouldn't expect them to go back on their word. Elyx said to himself as they continued to go up until finally, they all met the burning sunlight. It seemed to bright, being in a dark tunnel for so long.

From there, they only had to travel back... the same amount of distance they had to in order to get to the Magic Council. They wanted it sent to them with the name and address of the mage who got it after all. The reward would be sent to the from there. There were other concerns to deal with though. Like where Delta was going to end up, because Elyx was certainly not going to leave her alone until she was safe with an adult. Hey Delta, where are your parents? We'll bring you to them if you want. Elyx offered as he smiled, but Delta however lost her smile as he asked. Great, she might have been just like him and he didn't even know it. It was just, everyone he ever met had parents except for him, and it was just something natural for him to think since he might not ever imagine someone going through what he went through. It's like he was the only one with a loss that huge, which he tries to deny, but he was self-centered and he knew it. I'm sorry for asking, I'll figure it out.

Elyx and Ignite were left alone again, both of them rather sad. It was not much of a happy story for Delta. It turns out, she actually live in an orphanage in Magnolia. Which meant she had no parents, and many other child share that fate. The two of them never knew that they were not the only ones who shared this sort of fate. Elyx and Shadelle being one story, and Ignite not even knowing she had a mother until she began to pester the by for an answer. Another sad dy that was, but now that there was such thing as an orphanage, the both of them began to wonder if this sort of tragic thing was normal. If it were normal, then he might as well look the other way from his insanity. But even if so, just because he should, does not mean he would. After all, he could use it as a defense for good. It's not the gun that kills the person, it's the person that kills the person.

Never would I even imagine something like that. Poor Delta... It turns out we were never alone on this sort of thing... Elyx said as he looked to Ignite, who had a tear shed down her right cheek. The boy put his left finger on her cheek to wipe away the tear. Awwwww, no! Ignite, you're going to melt away if you cr-What was that Elyx!? Why did you slice an Orphan girls leg!? There were many other ways of doing it you know! Ignite yelled at his face, the She Phoenix looking like she wanted to murder him. Elyx began to think about this, she was not happy the slightest bit about what he did, even though it was to defend them. I... I... Elyx began to say, but nothing came out of his mouth. Instead, he just took the Artifact and pretended to be interested in it's functions. Now it was time to send it to the magic council and receive what was promised.

    Three Days Later

Elyx and Ignite received what they wanted. They sent exactly what the Council wanted with their information and the address. Through snail mail, they were actually pretty quick with deliveries to other people. This being the case the two of them were rather shocked to see the items that they were promised so easily. The two of them began to jump like excited children, the two of them with the same reactions, but with different reasons behind their actions. Regardless of reason, they both had gotten the job done, and now they were going to get what Elyx wanted. It was an item of his choice from the Council, anything he wanted as it was his. Ignite could care less since she got her good share of Jewels, but he still wanted the item.

This time, it would be some good armor to defend himself. Knight Iris protected him from what was on the inside, but he needed something to watch his back on the outside. There was a few items that could do it temporarily, but he wanted it to be permanent, and there was an item he saw recently that can do just that. The Leviathan Iris, an armor designed to reject attacks that would normally send him flying. There was no cost to it except for maybe it's weight but with his speed, there would be no problem with it. Then again, he did hear of a leather jacket version of it coming soon. Maybe he should get that instead. Whatever he wanted though, it was not going to be in his debt, and that gave him plenty peace of mind. And, we will get to Delta. I just have barely enough to provide for the two of us Ignite. Elyx said to himself, remembering what he said to Ignite to clam her down. He was not sure if it worked or not, but hopefully the She Phoenix was finally willing to listen. It just was not possible right now.

Sleeping however proved to be a lot harder now, something around him was sensing his Wind Lerale eye and shutting it down. It did not suspect Elyx of keeping an eye on it, bu he knew full well that whatever it was was there. And it did not seem to want to leave the boy alone either. Elyx decided to ignore it and wait for it to attack, he would take care of it from them. In all honesty, would that be such a good idea? If someone locked one of his abilities, he should probably be alert in the night. Still, he was really tired from the attack of the Gem Hunter and the regular hunters. the Desert journey was not affecting him too badly any more, his body heat was back to normal. Nothing his blood can do will cause a fire anymore

His first nightmare though was casual, a blank dream. Everything was white, nothing can be seen for mile. the boy was stuck there for eight hours with absolutely nothing to do. Many people can consider this to be a good dream since it isolates them from the world for those eight peaceful hours, but it reminded Elyx that mentally, he was alone, regardless if he did not want to be. the chains of trust he bares around his wrists do not allow him to move from where he was stapled, the world of emptiness. Inside the nightmare, he began to panic and breathe fast as all the thoughts of everyone were haunting him.

Finally, he woke up from his slumber, his eyes wide open in the middle of the night. It seems the thoughts were too strong, and he was able to wake up from his bedded state, which seemed to be the case. That was good, but what caused that dream? It was unlike anything he ever had before. He couldn't remember eating anything spicy, but whatever the case was, he still needed to sleep. So that's what he was going to try to do again.
