    Description:
    This magic is a rare magic which can only be inherited by someone with an unstable magic power, such is the case of Arceus. This magic is not taught, and can only be inherited by its raw form. High Arcane Magic has a raw form - a lacrima. This lacrima is crushed down into a powder and is dissolved in water. When he was still a baby, the babysitter dissolved the powdered form into his milk. After the last of the powder was dissolved and drank, the magic passed to him, and he now inherits this magic.

    High Arcane Magic is a magic which came from a distant land. No wonder why it requires a different language to chant certain spells. It requires no magic circle, and this grants him superior intellect. Unfortunately, this magic cannot stabilize his flow of magic power. It can only be stabilized once he casts a spell. There, he can expel magic power to regulate the flow.

    Strengths:

    • High Arcane Magic has no element, but is pure, and cannot be absorbed by slayers. Although some speculate that High Arcane Magic spells are of light element, that's entirely false.
    • The language he uses to cast spells is different. His opponents cannot understand it. But some spells need no incantation.
    • His Unstable Arcane Energy ability requires him to spend an additional 3% magic power. In turn, that 2% magic power is converted to 3 bolts of magic, which can be thrown to an enemy.

    Weaknesses:

    • Most of his spells are offensive and utility. There's only a few defensive ability.
    • His Unstable Arcane Energy ability is mandatory, so all spells he cast will cost additional magic power.
    • His spells are weak/ineffective against impure/corrupt magic
    • His body grows weary the moment his magic power is 45% remaining. If it hits 5% below, he will pass out. His critical limit is 15%.

    Unique Abilities:

    • Spectrus Unarceum Mioriux [Minor Arcane Move] - Arceus has the power to lift and reach for far objects, but nothing must obstruct its path and must be detectable by the caster's eyes. Can be used 3 times per post, and grants 1/4 charge of Petria Unarceum Heiron. Costs 0.1% magic power.
    • Petria Unarceum Heiron [Unstable Arcane Energy] - Each time he casts a spell, his flow of magic power becomes slightly unstable. Due to this, he has to expel some magic power and turn it into bolts of magic which can be thrown and deal damage, and is materialized as a rune for later use. All spells cost 3% additional magic power for the expulsion of excess magic power for stability, and grants him 4 runes.
    • Metrius Arceum [Arcane Power] - He gains 10% additional magic power
