The Magister.

Caster or Holder: (What type of magic is it)
Description: A magic that embodies the root of all magic. Using the natural elements around the user, the user can channel his magic with a tatoo and utilize the elements in a profound manner. The profound use of elements allows the user to be versatile, using the tatoo to the user's advantage. They are able to channel different elements and cast spells with the staff as the magic channeler. The tatoo channels the magic into the user's body and thus, the user will be able to use magic through other means. As the user doesn't channel magic into the tatoo, rather the staff channels magic into the user. The external magic will fuse with the user's internal magic can create a synergy that will allow the user to utilize the elements profoundly.
Strengths:

As one may notice, the biggest strength of this magic is that is it extremely versatile and it utilizes all of the natural elements.

This allows the user to adapt to any situation. Not only that, because the user has a staff, if he wants, he could use the staff as a weapon. Using the tatoo in combination with the elemental magics may result in a deadly combination.

This magic is truly considered the jack-of-all-trades, master of none magic because of the utilization of every element.

Weaknesses:

The biggest weakness of this magic is that it gives too many elements to use.

Normally, users of this magic will specialize in a a few elements rather than to use the magic for all of the elements.

In addition, because it is a caster magic, if the user loses the Tatoo, they will lose access to this magic.

Description:The user makes his finger in a bullet shaped manner and fires and fires numerous bullets all dealing D-Rank Damage.

This attack in contact of any Ice spell,burns the Ice.

Water:

It can make the target vulnerable to fire attacks.

Unlimited Bullets:

The user is capable of firing unlimited bullets.

Weaknesses:

Wind:

The wind can blow the spell away.

Earth:

Can stop the spell.

Water:

Can put out it.
