Job Description: A huge line of bustling people are going nuts in front of the Docks, it looks like Wall Street on a bad day. Families, children, old folks attempting to go on vacation; everyone's clamoring for a Passport! Count Sparrow and the Magic Council have reopened Fiore's borders to outsiders, and in turn, have opened the borders too Seven, Bosco, and Minstrel as a show of peace.
Fiore, along with Bellum and Seven has always produced some of the most skilled wizards in all of Earthland; and so, the Magic Council has decided to offer the services of our wizards here in Fiore abroad in other Nations (for a hefty fee of course!); obtain your passport! Cut in line! Or wait in line! Do whatever is necessary! Because people are going crazy trying to get their entire families Passports registered!

The sun was absolutely blistering today in Rose garden. The massive amount of bodies walking around, only increased the intensity of the the heat. Jubei was exhausted from it, and decided to make a walk into the local tavern. As the small framed man-child walked into the bar, the wooden saloon doors swinging back and forth. The sounds of the door squeaking loudly, announced to everyone his arrival. Everyone stopped and stared at the child, as he walked straight to the bar keep, and sat down on a stool. His legs too short to reach the floor, began to swing happily back and forth."Hey keep, let me get a large mug of Amber Ale please." The keep stared at him momentarily in disbelief, until he pulled out a sack of jewels and placed his scuffed up katana on beside himself.
"uh, s-sure"The bartender said unto the child connected to the overly large afro. Immediately Jubei began to chug down the large cold mug, before whipping the delicious foam from his mouth."So keep, whats going on today? Whats with the large lines?" Jubei began to make small talk, trying to figure out what was going on in town. After a brief discussion, he finds out about Passports, and the ability to travel abroad. Jubei quickly pays for his drink, before heading outside. The ability to travel abroad was exactly what he would require if he was going to hunt down the other deadly swordsmen. The young mage began to pace up and down the line, still sipping gently on his mug. As he walked he eventually found a person he assumed gullible enough to fall for his ploy. The gentleman was near the front of the line, and a perfect target. Jubei then went to the young mage, to discuss an incredibly lucrative deal. The young mage listened intently to the child, believing in his innocence and truth. Jubei in turn promised the mage an incredible awesome gift, from his guild. The young mage from Blue Pegasus was thrilled for the opportunity, believing it to be lots of jewels, or a powerful magical item. The way Jubei was able to piece the information into his head, was magnificent. Once Jubei was next for the passport, he simply gave the name of a mage he read about randomly in the Sorcerer's Magazine.
The young Blue Pegasus mage followed Jubei, and began to question about his payment. Jubei informed him, that the items were currently being watched by his guild mates, and for the blue Pegasus mage to follow him. Soon the two were outside of town, and near the forest. The mage started to get slightly worried, until Jubei stopped moving and turned to face him. Once they were in a clearing, Jubei told him the truth of everything. Including the fact that his payment was the grand opportunity to duel Jubei for all of his possessions. The mage was hesitant, but confident still in his ability to defeat the child, especially this child who manipulated him so. They clashed in a short lived battle, as Jubei sliced the man's head clean off, causing blood to shoot from his neck like a fountain.
