Special Characteristics: Shen has been cursed by the God of War and can now only die in violence. As a result of this forced immortality, he has many scars on his arms and all over his torso from times he tried to kill himself unsuccessfully.
Personality: Though Shen is not completely void of emotion, he tends to act very cold towards others and possesses a very aloof and dispassionate demeanor. That aspect of his personality allows him to remain calm in what most would consider stressful situations. However that is simply the result of having no regard for his own personal safety... Shen is a man who desires his own death and that single aspect of him is what makes him such a great force to be reckoned with. His self destructive nature allows him to be void of fear and doubt which allows him to overcome any obstacle that presents itself. Complete confidence in his own abilities and disregard for his own safety often leads him to acquire some injuries, however after years of sustaining them he's gained a great resistance to physical pain so he is unafraid of taking a hit to land a critical blow...

Motivations: Shen desires only one thing in life, and that is his own death. Deprived of the luxury of being able to die has made him hateful towards all things living. Having lost everything dear to him in times of war he believes that there is nothing left in this world for him, however as a result of his curse he can only die in combat, therefore he is motivated to find someone strong enough to kill him, or even better, find something to live for.
Fears: Shen's parents and his baby sister were all murdered before his eyes and he is incapable of forgetting the pain he felt as he witnessed their deaths. He fears nothing in this world more than the thought of living forever with the tormenting pain of loss.
