Examples you can edit in:

What kind of relation does your character have with this kid?
What kinda personality is this kid developing?
Who were his parents?
Why is he traveling with your character?
Is there any regarding your character and this kid's parents?

Etc. etc. You can definitely add a LOT more stuff to him.

And one-lining is not dissallowed, but you should definitely be spelling correctly and pay attention to punctuation and capitalizing letters where it's right among other things. I'm in a good mod today, so I'll give you your entire text with corrected grammar. Edit it in, and pay attention to your writing in the future.

That's the edited text. I hope you can see the difference between them. And the last sentence hardly makes sense in the context you put it in, please clarify what you mean by "Kitteh doesn't have enough money to buy more than one pair of clothes."

Still not. The second sentence. "He is Kitteh's love and life Kitteh," You see how that sentence doesn't make sense with your name in it twice? Stuff like that has to be fixed. Also, make sure to have periods at the end of your sentences, such as that one. Not commas.
