Aoki is a lesser god of trickery who lost all of his followers and withered away, becoming nothing more then the very annoyed cat spirit from which he had started.After his brief stint of godhood he yearns to regain his former powers and will let nothing stand between him and this, his greatest goal. Aoki is a consummate actor and ventriloquist. Promoting a friendly and harmless face to others as a means of misdirection, Aoki is actually very intelligent and just as equally ruthless. He posses a well-developed common sense and practical ability tinged by a wicked humorous streak that tends to show its self in the form of sarcasm when he is under a lot of strain.There's something alluring about him, perhaps it's his cuteness or perhaps it's simply his company. But nonetheless, people tend to be curious about him. Due to his obvious lack of hands and small size, Aoki has had to become very ingenuitive over the years in order to accomplish his many and varied goals, often times manipulating those close by to do his work for him.This method of thinking has led Aoki to value a person greatly based on their possible usefulness to him in the past, present, and future.The mask that Aoki normally uses to ingratiate himself with others;that of a cute and somewhat ditzy cat is a persona long mastered and the likeliest way one would encounter him normally. Cultural norms don't play an important role for him, except that he enjoys breaking them—not because he enjoys chaos, but simply because he thinks most rules are uselessly restrictive. This is one reason why Aoki frequently engages in pranks and practical jokes, to shake things up and "punish" people who are too serious.
When forced into a combat situation, Aoki uses trickery and pranks to wear down his opponent's will to fight, only closing in for the kill when he has a clear advantage that can be pressed. Due in part to his size and feline nature, Aoki is very quick and most of his fighting is done from a position of stealth if at all possible. If working alone, Aoki will avoid direct combat entirely and rely on subterfuge to see that his foes never return to face him once again.Using an excellent grasp of voice mimicry to supplement the malevolent pranks pulled with his magic, Aoki is hard to see and doubly hard to catch;giving even long time hunters the slip with an ease and grace far beyond that of a normal animal. When grouped together with others he prefers to be the power behind the throne type;never taking direct leadership but always whispering in the leader's ear. Despite his less then friendly inner nature, Aoki's ability to mentally manage multiple logistical tasks at once and plan things accordingly to gain as much advantage as possible are a boon to any group willing to overlook his small and harmless appearance. If not helping to provide battle plans, Aoki can do great work as a scout or spy as well.

-Being Petted:He loves it but will never admit to such a thing being possible.
-Idiots:Easy to manipulate into doing whatever he needs.
-Catnip:Has the exact same effect as it does on normal cats.
-Fried Food:Fried fish is his absolute favorite meal.
Dislikes:
-Dogs:For obvious reasons Aoki is not friendly with canines.
-Baths:He doesn't mind the rain but the idea of a bath is cringe worthy to Aoki and likely to provoke claws.
-Uncooked Food:Since encountering humans he has developed a fondness for their cooking and will turn his nose up at an uncooked meal due to the exposure.
-Balls of String/Yarn:Many people have thought it would be "Cute" to try to tangle him in a ball of string.This is also a claw worthy offense.
Motivations:
-Reattain Godhood:His number one goal and main motivation in life is to get back to the level of power he had achieved as a minor god.(More of a greater spirit but thats how he thinks of it.)
-Play an infamous trick:The main job of a trickster deity and something each one of them hope to be able to do within their lifetime.
-Exterminate all Dog kind:Many good pranks and tricks have been ruined due to the timely intervention of dogs thinking him an ordinary house cat.
Fears:
-Being Forgotten:This is due to the followers who forgot him and left Aoki to wither away.
-Being trapped underwater:A chance encounter with a very annoyed river spirit during his early days left Aoki with a lasting fear of drowning.
-God slayers: Aoki posses a healthy fear of god slayers from his time spent as a deity.
