ᴅᴇᴛᴇᴄᴛɪᴠᴇ fᴏʀ ᴀ ᴅᴀʏ [ᴠɪᴏʟᴀ & ᴋᴇsᴀʀɪ]

There she lingered through the streets. Kesari went to Clover Town. She did not went there for a special reason. Just walking through the streets, eating something and admiring the beautiful day. It has been a while, since Kesari did that the last time. She has been busy for quite a while now, doing jobs and earning Jewels. Now she just tried to enjoy some free time. The magician spend a lovely day in peace and harmony, till she suddenly heard noises. There were a fight, right nearby Kesari. She realigned herself, tried to figure out, where the noises came from. People from Clover Town passed. They fled from the fight and Kesari just had to look in the opposite direction, to find the fighting people. Not that it was some of her business, but Kesari was curious. What's happening there?, she thought by herself. All of a sudden the city were nearly empty. At times, there showed up a person, but they always looked like they want to avoid the 'area of event'. Kesari carefully approached the place, the fighting noises came from. Slowly she peeped around the corner, to see what happened. A bunch of guys caught Kesaris eye. They all surrounded a single person, a girl. Another guy lay on the floor. Suddenly all of the guys attacked the girl. The girl... she has a familiar ring... Did Kesari know her? She felt like she saw her before, but it was just a feeling. In the end, there was a group of men, attacking a single girl. It did not matter, if Kesari knew her or not, she had to help her. Even though she did not know what happened before, Kesari felt uncomfortable to abandon the girl to her fate. With a loudly battle cry, Kesari dashed forward and used her gravity magic to push some of the attacking guys away. “What is this going to be, huh?”, she asked rough. Some guys changed their focus now. They recognized Kesari as another possible cause of risk and she readied herself to join the fight. Kesaris let her eyes wander to the girl. Was she in danger or did she just misunderstand the situation? “Are you all right?”, Kesari asked the stranger. She expected her to be thankful. Not that she cared about it, but the girl was in an unpleasant position, wasn't she?

With the force of gravity, Kesari dashed forward and pushed the men roughly by side. They started an attack on the blonde young girl and this attack had to be stopped. Kesari thought, she did a good job. The girl was safe, she did not even get touched by an attacker. Also, the men just fled, after they stood up. So there wouldn't be any fight anymore. The situation was safe, but... Kesari analysed the girls face rigorously. She didn't seem pleased, more likely disappointed. The situation was close to be cleared up. The girl took the floor and expressed her discomfort. Her words were dominated by disappointment and she nearly blamed Kesari, for what she had done. Kesari herself needed a moment to recognize, what was going on. The girl had to be strong enough, to handle all of her enemy on her own, otherwise she would not have been that rough towards Kesari. The blonde girl acted, like she would go after her throat any moment. With her open hands raised, the gravity magician tried to promote peace. She did not want to quarrel with her. “I... I am sorry. I just thought you were... I just wanted to help, you know?”, she babbled. A few seconds later, the girl calmed down. She explained herself and and it became clear, that the girl was a magician on her own. She was working on a job and the men, Kesari chased away, were her only trace. You could say, Kesari messed her job up. But she knew a way Kesari could make it up. She claimed, that Kesari had to help her, finding the lost items and completing the job. Like it was decided, she turned around and started to walk in the direction in which the thieves fled. After a few seconds of considering, Kesari followed. “But...”, she griped. But inwardly, she agreed. Intently regarded, she had been right. Kesari really messed up her job, even if she just wanted to help. And it wouldn't take long. After all, they just had to catch a bunch of thieves. “Well then. Do you have any idea, wehre they could be right now?”, Kesari asked. Suddenly the girl stopped. Her eyes wide open, she looked at Kesari. She just noticed the guildmark on her arm. “Yes, I am from Eclipse Soul. My Name is Kesari Earthe and I am quite new. But you may know my brother Skye.” After a few seconds, she asked her own question. “What about you? Who are you and who were the thieves. What has been stolen?”

Kesari just mentioned, that she really was an Eclipse Soul member, quite new and Skye's sister. One of these facts drove the girl wild. An unbelievable loud scream left her throat and made Kesari cover her ears. A moment later it cleared up, which fact made the girl scream. She said she knew Skye and described him as a quite friendly guy, who likes to wander into haunted buildings. Kesari laughed loud. “Yeah, it must be him.”, she said, still a bit laughing. As she turned away, the girl started to look contemplative. She did not see Kesaris brother for a while, she said. He hasn't been around lately. “Oh. Well, I did not see him for days, weeks maybe. I have no clue what he is doing at the moment....” Kesari sounded disappointed. She would love to hear about her brother, but he kind of simply poofed. He did not even say goodbye to Kesari. Then the girl asked her, if she likes the guild so far. “Yes, yes. I like the guild. Everyone is nice to me.”, she asserted. Suddenly, the blonde noticed that she had not even introduced herself and she catched up doing so. But she did not introduce herself. She also pullled a little fox out of her jacket. 'Mel-chan', her socalled partner. “Ah... Hey Viola, nice to meet you. And uh... Hi Mel?” Kesari did not know how to manage the situation. The fox did not look happy about the way she got treated.
Then Viola passed on to the job again. The client was a shopkeeper and thieves stole her money and items, they could sale. To be more precise, Ms Atasuki was a potter and she made high class vases out of rare lacrima. So No wander that she got aimed by thieves.
Luckily Viola had a great sense of smell, at least she said so. It shouldn't be to hard to find the thieves, she claimed. Suddenly the fox spoke. It made the two magician hurry. “Well, the fox, ehm, Mel is right. Let's just hurry and smash the thieves into pieces, so they will never steal anything again.”, Kesari said. Meanwhile she clenched her fist and punched the palm of her other hand. Kesari was motivated to catch and punish some bad guys in the rude way she always prefers. Also Viola might be right. If there is a way to use the vases for some kind of evil magic, it might be better to bring them back. “So... We will follow your nose, right? What are you if you don't mind me asking? Some sort of slayer?”, she asked and made a few steps forward. They still could talk, while they follow the thieves, she thought. It's not the time to stand still. Even if they could find the guys easy, because of Violas higher-than-average sense of smell, they should hurry and detain them from handing the dangerous vases to someone, who could do something evil with it.

Laughingly Viola hit Kesaris back. Lucky she, the dark haired sometimes acts more like a man, so she took it as a friendly slap and grinned. Her grin became even more intense, when Viola admited, that she already liked Kesari, even though they just met the first time a few minutes ago. Also Kesari had to say, that she were on very good terms with Vio. “Well, I like your attitude. Lets hunt those thieves down!”,she claimed. It seemed, that she met a friend of her brother, or at least someone who does not dislike Skye. Maybe Kesari herself can find her first friend in Eclipse Soul.  

Well, okay. Kesaris question might had been a more rhetoric one. There were hints that pointed on the fact, that the girl she met really were a dragon slayer. But isn't it just a kind of trash talk to ask for it? Anyway, Kesari felt a little bit offended from “Mel-chan's” reaction. “What's with that walking fur?”, she asked Viola crabbily, while she pointed on Melody. For a while her eyes did not leave the animal, or rather, she frowned. As far as that goes, Kesari were kind of impulsive and hotheaded. If this speaking animal wants to clear something out, it also can talk to Kesari directly.

Suddenly Viola crashed the situation. Excitedly she talked to Skye's sister, persuaded her to stop. Kesari even forgot her anger. Astonished, she asked. “What- what's wrong?”  She cocked her eyebrows and observed her comrade. Vio acted like a dog, she sniffed and pointed her nose into different directions. “Do you smell something?”, Kesari added when she noticed what Viola did. So maybe she had a trace? Were the thieves nearby? Kesari raised her magic power and gathered it in her body. She prepared for battle and looked forward to it. “Where are they?”, she asked focussed. Then she glanced around. They already came a long way and entered a forest. They were surrounded by trees, enemy could surprise them at any time if they act sneaky. While Kesari looked around, it seemed like Viola found something.

“It's the thieves hideout?”, Kesari assured. So they were residentiary? Actually it seemed like the thieves hide down there. Otherwise the so called good nose from Viola wouldn't have led them to this good disguised entrance. Violas question made Kesari laugh. “Haha! The dark should fear me!” she splurged, while she pointed her thumb at her own chest. “After you.”, she said and waited for her “friend” to enter, so Kesari could follow her down the ladder.
