A new family for a Vampire cat

Rose hopped from rooftop to rooftop in search of a certain building that she would call her new home for hopefully the rest of her life. She eventually stopped to take a break and sat down on the roof she was on. She looked up at the sky with a small smile "I hope everyone at Nox forgives me for leaving without even sending a letter in..." she thought as she shook her head. The only reason she joined Nox in the first place was because she was saved by Alexander, the master of Nox Animus. She ended up following him after he saved her from some bounty hunters from her tribe. In the end she ended up shaking her head with a smile and a chuckle "I really cared about him for a while..." she muttered before standing up and stretching before going back to finding the guild hall.

Rose was wearing almost nothing that day except her bra and her underwear. It was what she wore everyday regardless if it was cold or warm. She turned legal for one reason and that was because her girlfriend is a legal mage and she hated the fact that they would be fighting all the time.

After a while she arrived at a larger building than most so she slowly creaked open the door and peeked her head in "Hello?" she said quietly as she crept in and just stood there unsure of what to do or where the guild master was located at.

It had been less then a week after Artemis met Priscilla. She still had a bit of a spring to her step, even now. She hummed lightly to herself, mainly cause she thought she was alone. The guild hall was surprisingly empty today, Artemis figured that a lot of people where out on jobs and such. She did finally have her guild tattoo. It was on her upper left shoulder, where it could easily be hidden. She was wearing her usually clothes. Shorts and a loose fitting button up shirt. The top three buttons where undone and her Cleavage could clearly be seen. Although that wasn't the reason the where unhooked. Artemis hated the way it felt when it was buttoned any higher. She was all for comfort after all. She was also wearing some roman style sandals. She usually went bare foot but now she had uh... reasons to make sure her feet where cleaner then normal. And then she heard someone say hello, as if asking if anyone was here. Artemis froze in her tracks and instantly stopped humming. She turned to the large set of doors and saw a girl's head poking out from it.

"H-hello?" said Artemis shyly, hoping that the strange girl didn't hear her hum. It would be so embarrassing if she did. There was no one else to answer the door and no Priscilla to hide behind.

Rose heard someone humming and then quickly stop to shyly answer her. The girl was fairly cute in Roses eyes so Rose took a chance and stepped into the doorway. As soon as she stepped in the girl would see how Rose was dressed in almost nothing. As soon as Rose saw the girl in full she noticed the cleavage first and giggled "So you have good proportions and a good voice..." she said with another giggle as she stepped closer to the girl. She smelled a bit weird so Rose took a silent deep whiff of the air and caught a scent of the girls blood. She closed her eyes for a second as she calculated the blood type and opened her eyes with a smile "Wolf." she simply said as her smile turned into more of a seductive look "May I have a taste of your blood?" she asked as she kept eye contact with the girl for a few seconds "OH and the name's Rose..." she said with the same smile.

Crap! This girl heard her hum. Artemis had turned red in embarrassment. And her face turned an even deeper shade when the girl walked out from behind the door and was wearing nothing but her reveling underwear. She tried to talk but kept tripping over her words, her shyness mixed with embarrassment getting the better of her. Then the girl, strangely enough, started to sniff the air. Artemis wondered why, did it have to do with the face she had similar ears to Artemis. And then the girl simply stated wolf. Artemis look at the girl in confusion but didn't state anything until the question about her blood.

"Eh? W-what! N-no!" said Artemis, barely able to talk straight. She looked really nervous, not only was she talking to some total stranger, the other girl was almost naked and asking weird questions.

"W-Why are you here R-Rose?" said Artemis, trying to sound brave.

Rose pouted a bit when the girl said no to the blood. She hadn't eaten for days and was actually really hungry. "Fine..." she muttered under her breath and didn't speak until the girl asked her why she was there.

Rose perked up at this question and smiled "I want to join this guild!" she said with a laugh as she hoped up and down. She was faking excitement for one so she wouldn't have the girl be anymore scared of her than she already was. Her stomach growled a bit and she let out a sigh "That's your fault you know..." she said playfully with a giggle as she extended a friendly hand "You already know my name... but I never got to get yours..." she muttered as she waited for the girl in front of her to answer.

"Y-You want to join? Oh! sorry... I'm Artemis." said Artemis uneasily. She couldn't tell the girl no, but the fact that she just met her and ask to drink her blood was just straight up weird. But then again her thing with Priscilla could be considered just as weird.

"I-I'm sorry, I can't really help you about joining. I don't know where any of the higher ups are. I'm rather new here myself... But I-I guess I could show you around. We can do grab some food first if you are hungry." Artemis didn't exactly know how this girl's hunger was her fault. But it wouldn't stop Artemis from trying to help.

Rose chuckled and shook her head "Normal food would be fine I guess.... but I prefer to drink blood... Oh well!" she said as she joined beside Artemis with a smile. The smell of the woman's blood was Alluring even to her but she would have to hold back for a while. As she wondered more about the girl more and more questions came to her mind "So Artemis, why did you come to the guild?" she asked with her head cocked to the side. She didn't know why she was being so friendly to this girl she didn't even know.

"Umm... I liked the baths and the garden." said Artemis with a bit of a blush on her face. This girl made her seem a bit nervous. It was times she wished Priscilla was here with her. Everything seemed easier to deal with when she was around. But she was out, trying to find her daughter for a bit. Artemis actually couldn't wait to meet Priscilla's daughter. Although she could imagine it might be kinda awkward since it sounded like they where the same age. The two eventually got to the cafeteria, and strangely enough it was empty. Artemis wondered where everyone was. It was unusually empty.

"Umm... no one is here... I guess I can try to make something for us." said Artemis. She walked into the kitchen and after a few minutes of throwing ingredients together made about 4 sandwich. She grabbed an knife and started to cut the sandwiches in half. She did well till the last one where she cut herself.

"Ow!" said Artemis bring her finger up to her mouth and sucking on it for a bit. That hurt. She walked over and cleaned the cut, she found a small bandaid and placed it over the cut.

"There all better.~" said Artemis in a sing-song tone. She put the sandwiches on a plate and brought them out to Rose.

"Here you go, I hope you enjoy." said Artemis. She took a half a sandwich from the the one closest to her. What she didn't notice was the one the slice closest to Rose, a bit of her blood had landed on it.

Rose sat down in the empty cafeteria and smiled as she waited for the sandwiches to appear. Once they were set out in front of her however she saw some blood on the sandwich and then she looked at Artemis and saw the Band-Aid on her finger. She smiled and used her finger to pick up the blood "You dropped some on here..." she muttered as she stuck the finger into her mouth and let the blood hit her taste blood. She closed her eyes and thought for a second before humming a little tune "Yup just as I thought your a wolf." she said with a warm smile as she looked the girl in the eyes "Hey don't think I am flirting with you... I have a girlfriend of my own already..." she muttered as she smiled at the ground "She is the best person I have ever met... In more ways than one..." she said with a chuckle. She didn't mean to get all mushy with Artemis but its just that whenever Orin comes to mind that's what happens to her.

Artemis' face turned red with the blood comment but she relaxed a bit more when the girl mentioned that she wasn't hitting on her. In fact the girl had a girlfriend.

"I know the feeling." said Artemis cheerfully. She was starting to get comfortable around this girl. Maybe she wasn't so bad after all. Her mind drifted to Priscilla and wonder how she was doing.

"Although she isn't near by at the moment. I think she is out looking for get adopted daughter. She never told me to much about her. Other then she is similar to how we are." said Artemis, referring to their animal features.

Rose listened to Artemis talk about how her girlfriends daughter had animal features like the two of them and she smiled cheerfully "My girlfriend has cat ears, Two tails and long red hair... she is very pretty..." she said with a blush as she laid her head down on her hand "In fact I wonder what she is doing right now..." she muttered as she thought about Orin and their times together and it made her laugh a bit "Sorry if I got to soft on you there..." she said with a smile as she leaned back in her seat "Thanks for the food Puppy." she said cheerfully as she waited to see how the wolf girl would reply and to see if anyone else came into the scene.

Artemis' face burned red and she tripped over her words when called puppy. She was slightly embarrassed. Usually the only person who would call her puppy and not mean it as an insult was Priscilla. Although Artemis figured that it wasn't an insult coming from Rose as well. So she was thrown for a loop. And then the description Rose gave her finally clicked in her head.

"Orin is your girlfriend!" said Artemis, with a large smile on her face. If she could figure out where she was Priscilla would be really happy.

"Do you know where she is? Or even where she normally hangs out? Priscilla has been looking for her!" said Artemis, her tail was going a mile a minute.

Rose was surprised by the girls sudden excitement "Y- Yes Orin is my girlfriend." she said curiously as Artemis asked the next question about if she knew were Orin was and Rose shook her head with a straight face "Nope dont know where she is..." she said as she stood up and smiled "I totally dont live with her in Magnolia or anything." she said with as much sarcasm as she could muster up. It was times like these she truly loved messing with people.

Artemis was flat out excited. She found a lead that could help out Priscilla, now she just needed to get in contact with Priscilla. Artemis was practically jumping around at this point. Then the town named kicked in.

"Oh wow you are really far away from home aren't ya?" asked Artemis, complete oblivious to the sarcasm. "What made you want to join a guild all the way out here?"

Rose felt a bit weird now with the wolfs new found excitement in the subject. She sat back down in her seat with a sigh "Yes I am far away form home and I joined a guild all the way out here because I didn't think I would really fit in with Fairy Tail and the 'Family' aspect of it." she said with a slight grimace. This subject was a bit hard for her because she didn't really care about anyone other than the people she loved and herself. She didn't really care about a lot of people she had met seeing as she kind of hated her family and it made her have trust issues.

Rose had become a bit quiet now and then let out a slight fake laugh "Can we move onto another subject?" she said with a smile as she looked at Artemis in the eye.

"Y-Yeah... of course." said Artemis, noticing Rose's change in behavior. She got awfully quite after mentioning family. Which was something Artemis could understand. She wasn't on good terms with her remaining family member.

"So... uhh..." said Artemis, trying to recover and think of something to say. Although it wasn't particularly easy.

"Why are you only in your underwear?" Was the first thing out of her mouth... way to go brain. Artemis wanted to face palm. Why was that the first question on her mind?

Rose smiled at Artemis and decided to mess with her. "Why aren't YOU in YOUR underwear?" Rose asked wit ha small giggle before actually answering. "I just like feeling free." Rose said hiding something yet again about her past.

She giggled a little again "So your my Orins moms girlfriend?" she asked with actual interest in the subject. She sat was leaning forward in her seat with a small seductive smile. She was getting distracted by the other girls ears and had a small blush on her face "Uhm... Artemis.. w- would you mind if I p- pet your ears for a second? Th- This isn't flirting with you... This is me wanting to see how s- soft your hair is..." she asked shyly.
