Personality: Riia chose the word "Latte" for her surname because she needed to make something up on the spot and saw it on a menu nearby. She was about to pick the word Milk but decided against it. Although she tries to shun her old form as a demon of hell, her former name of Haven still holds some weight. When called out, she may instinctively respond. Liesl is the clan name associated with her former identity.

However, she would prefer to put all the events associated with these two monikers off to the side and allow them to remain as nothing but history. Riia is not particularly proud of her past; she, along with many other fairies of Sweet Land, used to be demons. Their determination to become members of the light led to finding a way to convert themselves into fairies! Now with new physical forms and pastel magic, their hope is to make up for all of their past evil deeds by filling the world with happiness in the form of sugar!

The cotton candy fairy is the rarest of them all, which was why Riia was chosen to be their ambassador and deliver the best efforts of their land to the human world. Other fairies went to different realms, but the land of humans, mages, and magical creatures that is Earthland has some of the biggest supporters of fairies and their most emphatic believers. It is important for Sweet Land to accumulate as many lovers of their candy and believers of their existence and good will as possible. This is because if it turns out nobody believes in them any more, they will begin to lose their magical powers and possibly fall back into being ordinary demons, under the influence of the leaders of that realm. Riia, then, is determined to do her best in delivering happiness and being an amazing representative for her land and her fairy people! She strives for peak cheer and good will as a goal in everything she does. Avoiding being witnessed doing mean acts is extremely important for her, because she feels it is crucial to maintain a good reputation.

Because she has not really lived among humans for very long, Riia can sometimes feel a little bit out of her element. Even though she tries to hide it behind a smile, she can become very anxious at times as to whether she is acting properly and going about everything in the right way. In order to relieve herself of stress, she loves reading books and devouring all sorts of human media such as television and video games (it makes her feel both productive, because she is learning more about this land and its inhabitants, but also occupies her mind enough to calm her down).

In the end, though, Riia is generally a very active person. She loves to run around and explore new places, but especially, to meet new individuals and try to make friends. Heights are not a problem in particular, and Riia might even say that she loves to go into dangerous areas and try to accomplish cool things such as diving deep down or jumping near a volcano. Since she can't really die in the same way that humans can, anything to prove she has pure intentions would be something she might be willing to do. Simultaneously, though, she can be slightly savage at times due to not understanding human ways of speaking.

• Sugar: Whether it be pure candied treats or something with more substance, such as baked goods, Riia is an enormous fan of anything sugary. Even fruits and natural sweets can pass her tests, enjoyed to their fullest. She is constantly on the look out for ways to put sugar into more edible forms!
  
  
• Fairs: Upbeat in nature, Riia loves fairs, festivals, and parties! Giant social gatherings with lots of nice food to eat always generate boat loads of excess energy that the fairy can feed off of without any problems. In addition, the rides are fantastic and she is a huge fan of roller coasters.
  
  
• Color: Anything from pastels to the most vibrant colors get an A+ in Riia's book! She adores matching together wacky patterns with blocks of different brightly pigmented hues. A possible exception might be dull or overly neutral colors. They can be great when paired with something else, but a full outfit of muddy brown might be a bit much.
  

• Spicy Food: Even if Riia loves to gulp down all manner of drinks in addition to her favorite unhealthy soft sodas, she is not very approving of overly spicy food. It simply overwhelms the sense of taste with a feeling of pain, and numbs the receptors to properly tasty food. Furthermore, she must chug a boat load of water to prevent herself from over heating, which is never pleasant.
  
  
• Hunger: Essentially, Riia benefits from peoples' hunger; when they need to eat, she is presented with an opportunity to feed them her sweets, or persuade them to visit a candy shop that sells her treats. Yet, the fairy feels bad for those who feel that grumble in their belly. With her history of requiring to constantly consume others' energy, she understands the unending cycle.
  
  
• Demons: It's a bit judgmental of Riia to dislike most demons as a rule, but she generally feels uneasy around them (perhaps because they remind her of the past). Not all demons fall under this category; however, she feels particularly uncomfortable around succubi and incubi. Their duties and ways of obtaining energy are so different from hers, yet they feed off of emotion and energy in a similar manner.
  

• Cotton Candy: Riia's dream is to spread the wonders and joys of fairy floss and all sorts of sweets to everyone around her. Even if someone originally believes they do not enjoy consuming such things, she would love to convince them otherwise. After all, it is her opinion that there is something for everyone when it comes to desserts!
  
  
• Happiness: In the end, an existence without happiness is dreary. Riia's duty in bringing fairy joys to humanity is to uplift everyone for the better. A large part of the point in mixing the powers of the fairy realm with the mortal one is to benefit people by bringing them brighter, merrier days.
  
  
• Connections: Her intentions are not totally pure and limited to just wanting everyone around her to be content. Riia also has a secret: the fairy world is in need of more believers, people who support their existence as sugary pixies and acknowledge that they have turned over a better belief. The more friends and allies Riia can acquire, perhaps it can ameliorate the situation back home!
  

• Diabetes: Even though there are still definitely ways for people to consume sugary treats even with this disease, Riia fears that her efforts could be bottle stoppered by the influx of cases of this condition. Furthermore, the idea that she might be spreading more occurrences of it renders her extremely nervous.
  
  
• Being Trapped: Particularly, this fear of hers is about being stuck in the earth, or in some type of rock or small compartment. Claustrophobia isn't a huge issue of hers, but it could definitely crop up in some situations.
  
  
• Relapsing: Although Riia and her compatriots have rebranded and reformed themselves into sweet, sugary fairies, they are, at heart, demons from the underworld dimension. If they do not manage to maintain strongly enough their decision to be uplifting, holy beings who spread delight through their magic, they may fall again.

Appearance: Riia will wear just about anything, but her favorite clothes are frilly or more feminine dresses, along with casual white or pastel colored tops and shorts that are easy to move around in. Her hair almost always includes bangs, and is predominantly pink or purple with either blue streaks or the ends slowly fading into a blue gradient. It can be as long as down to her waist or hips and as short as barely past her chin, but the variation in length of locks does not get to be much more than that. As for her overall build, Riia is fairly light and slender because of her fast metabolism. However, should she choose, she can assume a more filled out form. Her ordinary height is extremely small, as she is a pixie.

While taking on the look of a human, she remains shorter than average, but can grow accordingly should she feel like it. The original eye color Riia possessed was a vibrant green, but she has changed it to be more of a pink or purple after becoming a fairy. When she is not completely concentrated on holding up the glamour of her appearance, sometimes one of her eyes may lose the false illusion and accidentally turn green, giving her heterochromia. However, Riia dislikes how she looks when this happens and does her best to ensure that mistake only occurs infrequently. Generally, she feels a bit insecure about her looks and is constantly attempting to change them to better fit in with humanity, while still retaining her status as a fairy and not completely shunning her roots.
