Description: Patchwork Experiment 001, otherwise known as Helene Eve, is the first undead creature created from Vinn’s patchwork series of experiments. Contrasted to other undead creatures Victor has created, Helene’s body has been augmented in a variety of ways which can be seen from the stitches around her ankles, neck, and wrists. There is also a slight coloration difference around her ankles, neck, and wrists, showing that her body parts come from an assortment of sources. Outside of these few alterations, her physical appearance is in line with a female human in her mid to late teens. Her hair is a light pink and reaches past her shoulders. Due to Victor’s influence, while creating the artificial soul that resides in her body, her personality is more chipper and kind. She is completely loyal to her creator and acts as both his assistant and maid when it comes to her tasks around his laboratory and his home. Helene has some attributes of a plant yokai; the specimen had been brought into Victor’s funeral home at a certain point prior to her creation. It is because of this Helene has a few yokai abilities such as being able to shapeshift.
Abilities:
Name: Hair Manipulation
Description: Despite the ability’s name, Helene doesn’t have long locks of light pink hair on the top of her head. Rather, they are slender vines that bear a close resemblance to the human hair in its overall appearance. She can control them with her will – maneuvering them about to act as an extension of her body, making them grow longer or making them shorter, etc. Helene is also capable of learning about her environment through her light pink vines which also gives them properties of an extrasensory organ. However, Victor hasn’t completed his experiments on how much Helene can learn from them. At the current time, Victor can tell that Helene can feel what the vines touch even if they are a good distance away from her.
Name: Transformation
Description: From the plant yokai’s essences entwined in her body, Helene can transform her body into several different forms based on various plants that she has encountered through her journeys with her creator and master, Victor. However, Helene can only transform into different plants – not into humans or other living creatures. One part of this might be due to her current level of strength. While not as useful as a kitsune’s or tanuki’s ability to shapeshift, Helene’s ability has its own use at times.
Name: Soul Link
Description: An ability more crafted by Victor than naturally occurring, Helene can link her soul with her master or any other individual she has met in her lifetime. By linking with a person, Helene can see through their eyes and communicate telepathically with them from afar. The exact opposite can happen as well where a person can see through her eyes. However, Helene cannot just link with any individual as she pleases. There must be a mutual agreement between the two for a link to occur.
