Ashleen, due to her lineage "seductor's touch" is also unnaturally attractive, even if her looks don't appeal to one's specific tastes it's impossible to deny her appeal, even people with strong physical preferences may find themselves giving way to her looks. (This is obviously still a case by case basis, I'm not saying others HAVE to find her attractive, but in general this should be considered when interacting with her.)

Personality: Ashleen is a generally positive individual, almost always looking on the bright side of any situation, or at least keeping her chin up when there doesn't seem to be one. She makes the best of everything that comes her way, as best she can. In reality, this positivity is a deep-seated defense mechanism, to keep herself from falling into a deep depression. She always seems so positive because her true outlook on life is so bleak and jaded that she needs this defense just to keep herself going some days. There are also many days where Ashleen can't make herself keep up her cheery attitude, and on those days she does her best to keep to herself, not wanting others to see her in such a weakened state. In the event that going out can't be avoided, she simply keeps quiet, often using the excuse of being 'ill' to explain away her cold, distracted state. Ashleen is almost always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need, but is slow to accept any help in return, and especially slow to actively seek out help with anything other than guild work. Personal matters, for her, are personal, so she tends not to 'bother' people with them. She prefers to keep her circle of friends on the smaller side, though she considers all members of her guild to be 'personal friends' of hers, and will treat them as such. That doesn't mean she'll be cold or anti-social if approached, just that she's generally content with her circle as-is, and is happy to let things stay as they are. Despite all this, Ashleen is also a fiercely passionate and ambitious mage, taking her work as a guild mage more seriously than anything else in the world, sometimes to a fault, as she becomes single-minded in her guild pursuits on many occasions, leading her to have to apologize to friends that she's blown off or neglected.

In combat, Ashleen is a determined, analytical fighter that always stays on her feet in a fight. She fights using her magic pool conservatively, preferring the use of signature spells and lower-ranked spells when they'll get the job done, or even no spells at all. Still, she does have a touch of flair to her combat, choosing to fight skillfully, strategically, and swiftly, using deft maneuvers and acrobatics to overwhelm her enemy's senses in combat, and keep them off-balance. She uses a good deal of feinting tactics, but when those fail she opts for unexpected angles of attack, or angles that would be nearly impossible to defend from, targeting them with carefully timed dodges, parries and counter-attacks. If for any reason she is forced into a fight on a day where she's feeling particularly gloomy, this philosophy remains relatively unchanged, except that she favors a more 'cruelly efficient' approach, using dirty tricks and cheap shots aplenty. She is a primarily aggressive, deceptive fighter, but also works extremely well in a team, as she always strives to synchronize with her partner in the best way possible, in order to amplify their effectiveness. She makes openings for her partner, follows up on their attacks, protects them when possible, and expects the same in return.

Under a leader, Ashleen is a cooperative, but not mindless, team member. She prefers to be seen less as a 'subordinate' and more as a 'partner', as she will undoubtedly voice her opinion if she disagrees with the leader on any major issues. This doesn't mean she'll be disobedient, unless of course her leader is being truly unreasonable, but it does mean she isn't afraid to question decisions. As a leader, Ashleen applies this same idea in reverse, treating all of her team mates as 'partners', or even friends, and giving them the respect that she feels they deserve. She's open to ideas and input of any kind, but when the situation calls for swift, decisive action, she's always willing and able to step up to the plate. She may not always make the right decision, but a poor decision is often better than indecision.

Likes:

• Sushi: Growing up in a fishing village, one learned to enjoy fish quite a bit. Sushi just happens to be her favorite way to prepare it, even if she can't do it herself.
  
• Positive People: Since her own positivity is more of a mask than anything, she can't help but have a soft spot, and a bit of jealously, for anyone that she senses genuine positivity from (as long as that seems to be their general state, and they're not just having a particularly good day).
  
• Dark/Dirty Humor: Ashleen has a great appreciation for the macabre, as well as for innuendo. Again stemming from her own jaded outlook, she can't help but find enjoyment reveling in the darker side of things, though she won't take it so far as to be genuinely evil.
  
• Helping Out: Not just because she's a good person, Ashleen also just enjoys the feeling of being praised and thanked, or even looked up to by others.
  

Dislikes:

• Darkness: In multiple senses, Ashleen dislikes darkness. For one, she dislikes her own view of the world, and will often chastise others for voicing similar views and opinions. She also greatly dislikes most dark mages, as she views them as weak, or even as cowards, hiding behind power and a lack of concern for others simply so they can get some sick satisfaction out of it. She knows that there are other cases, but to her it's all the same. Only genuinely bad people or genuinely pathetic people would join a dark guild willingly. Also she's slightly afraid of the dark.
  
• Waking Up Early: Ashleen usually prefers to sleep until around noon. Any earlier than that, and she'll be slow and a bit cranky until something gets her energy back up. She finds it particularly difficult to remain cheery at these times.
  
• Know-It-Alls: Though she may occasionally fall into this category herself, she can't help but be annoyed by those who flaunt their intelligence and knowledge. She always feels like they're trying to seem superior to everyone around them, even if that's really not the case.
  

Motivations:

• A Pact With Old Friends: Ashleen is on a long-term personal quest to start her own guild, in honor of a pact she made with some friends from her youth. They were students of magic, like herself, and they had promised each other that they would make their little fishing village famous by creating the most powerful, famous guild in all of Fiore at it's center. The tattoo she has on her left cheek was a mark of this pact, but all of her friends were killed when her village was destroyed. She only survived because she had already left to gain more experience in another guild before they went on to make their own. Now her determination is re-doubled, feeling as though she owes it to her friends to make their dreams come true.
  
• Fame: As mentioned earlier, Ashleen enjoys a fair amount of praise and idolization. This is because one of her motives is to become incredibly famous, to where she can be recognized almost anywhere she goes.
  
• Wealth: Similar to her desire to fame, and tied to her bleak mindset, Ashleen has a strong lust for wealth. She loves to have and spend money both, and consistently strives to have more and more money, as well as more comforts/luxuries. She's not particularly vain or greedy, and will share this wealth with others within reason, she simply enjoys it. It's not everything to her.
  

Fears:

• Death: In case you case you haven't guessed, Ashleen is afraid of dying. She is afraid of never fulfilling her pact, and leaving hers and her friends' business undone in the world, she's afraid of dying with such a bitter, cold outlook on life, and she's particularly afraid of dying alone.
  
• Darkness: Mentioned earlier, Ashleen is mildly afraid of the dark. It's not to a phobic degree, but she's definitely much more anxious and much less focused in the dark. Extended exposure (a day or two) can cause phobic symptoms.
  
• Illusion/Mind Control Magic: Ashleen uses mind control to a certain degree, herself, but when it's coming from others, she can't help but be unsettled. She's slow to trust even friends who practice these types of magic.

Hair: Long, wavy auburn hair, left loose on most days, though brushed to keep it from tangling too much.
Eyes: Ashleen's eyes are a deep golden color.
Skin Tone: Ashleen has a fair (light) skin tone.
Appearance: Ashleen is a fit young woman, with gently toned abs and muscles all over her body, but not to the point of being 'unladylike' so to speak, just enough to show visible signs of health and strength. She has a particularly shapely figure, a gift partly from her bloodline lineage and partly from her mother. She often wears coats and other clothing that conceals this fact, but if seen wearing a swimsuit, dress, or certain other outfits, it becomes clear that her body belongs in a modeling magazine. Ashleen has wide hips with an ample rear and generous bust line, all connected by a smooth, thin waist and flat belly. Though her proportions are far from cartoonish, they are a perfect fit for her, which only adds to the appeal. The tattoo under Ashleen's left eye consists of one primary streak of blood red running down vertically across her cheek, with four horizontal lines spaced somewhat unevenly across the leftmost side of the primary line. She almost always wears a key on a necklace around her neck, though the design of the key changes from time to time. This is just a fashion statement.
