Contracts were aplenty these days and that made Leila quite busy. It seemed that many clients really wanted their problems to be solved by one of the high-ranked Rising Stars for some reason. And this contract, in particular, was quite intriguing, as it reminded the young Eden's witch greatly of an adventure that she had in the past. The contractor clearly wanted it done as soon as was humanly possible, too. Grabbing the piece of paper from the notice board in guild hall of Golden Phoenix, she started studying the details. First things first, she was to meet her client in the docks of Hargeon town and everything would go from there. Nodding to herself, she hid the paper into one of the many inner pockets of her midnight blue cloth armor. Encounter with hostile pirate forces seemed to be almost assured, but that was nothing that would put Leila off. Even without any allies by her side, she was capable of holding her own ground. Not that she would ever really be standing against the enemy alone with her spirits always ready to help, and newly even Aurora who figured out a way of opening her own gate to Earthland. As she got down the Phoenix mountains and on a more flat ground where few more facilities of the guild were, she got up on her borrowed horse and started galloping towards the distant town.

Once there, she left the brown darling in the nearest stable and ready to make the rest of the way on her feet. It took a little with how many boats were actually docked here at this time, only showing just how popular this place grew with the time. But finally finding the sea vessel she was seeking, the girl started looking around for the captain, who was also the one who put up this little contract. Many different sailors were loading crates on the ship and seemingly ready to leave. The only thing they were really waiting for was the mage that could help then find the treasure hidden in the sands and rocks of Divide Island. It was surprising that there still were some of those left, considering people would go about searching for them in masses at times. She was part of that crowd herself, after all. And now that those memories were running through her head, she realized that it was a very similar vessel where she had met another one of her friends for the very first time. More than anything, it made her wonder where dear sir Torian was right now, she had not seen him in ages! Perhaps pulling few strings and using her skills to find him could be a good another step after this was done?

In any case, she hopped on board along with the other men that were boarding, quickly catching the captain in her gaze. Tall and muscular, wearing a classical sailor striped shirt with a black almost pirate-like coat over his shoulders. The two styles kinda clashed on him, almost as if he could not decide what part of life he wanted to be on. Though she herself could understand something like that, as she absolutely hated taking sides over staying neutral and doing things her own way. But oh well, once allied to a guild, she could no longer abandon her family. She grew far too attached to it. Walking up to the burly man, she presented the contract from her guild and made sure everything was properly set. Though it also appeared that there was another possible candidate for this job. It's been a bit since Leila had to work with anyone, so this could be quite fun!

Recent events have led the robot maid / mage of the cult Grim Heresy to do a lot more jobs. She recently became C rank after combating that goddess forsaken rival maid robot, and... Especially that other temptress one. Why was she even there?! What did she do to deserve that? Regardless, now she was more powerful and, despite her being stronger in terms of magic power, the maid wouldn't let that go to her head and interfere with her programming: She was a pacifist, and nothing more and nothing less. A pacifist maid that was loyally serving her guild, and with pride no less. This job was her first since becoming C rank, and it would be once again gathering information. She was to scout and find this legendary 'One Piece,' a treasure that is sought out for by many but found by none, fight pirates with peace and not fists, and gain information on anyone there. That was the maid's primary use outside of cooking and cleaning, as that was all she was good for on the front of furthering her guild's goals. Her guild focused on bloodshed and chaos. Albeit the robot has no programming directly against causing chaos, her reluctancy to fight made the other guild members see her as a useless waste of space, the entire reason she got that upgrade in the first place... The one that affected her even now.

Am I useless to my guild…? Everyone else says so... But they're all focused on hurting others, while I focus on helping the guild out. Sure, I may not be able to kill any and everyone, but I fulfill my part just as effectively as anyone else. There is no way I'm useless!

The machine nodded to herself while lost in thought, not realizing she had already reached the docks of Hargeon Town and walking directly into a stand selling fish. The man and woman at the stand quickly recoiled, and the man began to pick up the spilled fish to go clean them, while the woman thought it to be a great idea to slap Strawberry, not knowing about the possible broken hand afterward. So that's what she did. The clank of flesh and bone against metal sounded off, and Strawberry, although she would normally sit there and apologize, stumbled back quite a bit - not from the force of the attack or even the attack itself, but instead because her upgrade seemed to respond to the hit itself. Red smoke was released from the robot maid's legs, and covered the fish that weren't being cleaned by the man. Unbeknown to Strawberry, the fish began to mold together and fuse, creating an abomination of seafood. Regardless, Strawberry didn't know what happened, all she knew was that something involuntarily took place in response to getting slapped.

Wanting to shake this off, Strawberry now looked around and realized where she was. This was the Hargeon docks, one of if not the most scenic spots in the city. Everyone knew of it, everyone that's been in the city knows to go see it, and everyone living in the city has at least been there multiple times. This was the area that, according to Grim Heresy's spies, the person that knows about the 'One Piece' should be in. So, she had to go find that boat. And that she did, rather quickly too. The man trotting around the boarding area made it clear he was some sort of explorer by his getup, but he didn't seem to be an illegal one. He also seemed to be going a biiiiiiiit insane, muttering about the 'one piece' repeatedly and how pirates can't get it, not at all. So, Strawberry took this chance to strike.

"Hello, Sir, I assume you are the captain of this here vessel?"

    "Aye, she be mine."

"Would you per chance be looking for the legendary 'One Piece?'"

"WHO YE BE? PIRATES? WHERE'S YE GANG, BLACKSTACHE SHOULD STEP UP LIKE A MAN - NAY, THE SEA DOG HE IS AND FIGHT ME - WINNER GETS THE ONE PIECE!"

This left Strawberry in a complete daze, but she got the idea to try something new, one she had never tried before. Something most of her guild were adept at, but she had never even made an attempt to try before. The maid clad in green was going to try to scare the man.

"Oh no no no... I'm far worse than any pirate... But I am however looking for something called the one piece, and you're gonna take me to it, and tell me all you know on the subject! And don't you try anyth-"

    BAM

What happened next was too fast for words. The man pulled a pistol from his jacket, and shot the woman clean in the face. The pistol however wasn't magically charged in the slightest, and didn't make a dent in her outer shell of an alloy. Strawberry however began physically radiating heat, as smoke began to fume from her body, and she tackled the man with a new look on her face, one that showed an entire demeanor change. Even her voice, to an extent, changed.

"Oh come on do that again! Do it! You tried to hurt me but your toy of a gun didn't even harm me, you prevented the best part! But, Mister, while I'm sure you can shoot me just fine with that pea shooter, you wouldn't like the forms of pain I could inflict you. And trust me, it won't feel good like that bullet did to me... So, how about I offer you something..."

Four Ash Wights, the creatures of molten lava and undeath, sprouted from the ground, hungering for the man's body. Strawberry's eyes flashed her Blazing Hand mark, and she got really close into the man's ear to whisper to him.

"You take me along with you to find the 'One Piece,' and don't say a word about me, and I won't have my little buddies here eat you alive... Starting with this right here..."

The cold, metallic hands traced a circle around the man's groin, then she hopped off of him and waved her hand, the Ash Wights vanishing back into the ground. She skipped onto the vessel, then blew a kiss to the man. The smoke protruding from her stopped smoking as the spot where the bullet hit her began to stop feeling pain-...or rather pleasureful towards the robot. Her high calmed down, and it was then that she turned on her eyesight recorders, the Grim Heresy marks vanishing and being replaced by normal pupils.

After about an hour, more crew mates began appearing on the ship, most of which were magicless, no trace of mana within them. They, despite being far inferior to the maid, still questioned why some 'average woman' was on board, not knowing in the slightest of her cybernetic nature. Strawberry always gave them a wave and a bow while continuing to mop the deck, cleaning it to make her position as maid believable, which wasn't that hard since she was created to exist purely as a maid. Not once did the captain and his strange outfit release his lips on the Grim Heresy mage, just instead saying I'll be cleaning up the ship while they search for the treasure.

Soon, a magic presence could be felt. A mage, roughly around the same power level as Strawberry came on board. She seemed ecstatic and happy to be on the adventure, which Strawberry was too. It wasn't often you got to do something like this, but then again it wasn't often you got to fight pirates and search for treasure.... And find another Golden Phoenix member at that...

Eyeballing the tattoo that was unmistakingly the crest of the treasure hunting guild, memories of the cat with two tails flooded back to Strawberry. Last she saw the cat, she was without her tag or collar, probably due to either distress or abandoning the guild. Either way, Fluffy has proven the two weren't enemies, and in fact were allies the last time they did a job together, but that was one Golden Phoenix member, not them all. It was still a light guild, and she still had to beware of it. As such, she waved and bowed to the Golden Phoenix mage, wanting to step over to her but the ship randomly began setting sail, causing the robot to nearly fall over, only saving herself by catching herself on a wall.

"L-Lady Mage! I am Strawberry, loyal maid and servant. I will be attending this ship's maintenece needs and being a chef, so if you need anything do not hesitate to ask!"

She once again bowed, and returned to sweeping as the crew got closer and closer to Divide Island.

It seemed that boarding the ship went rather well and without any hiccups. But that was only to be expected, as she was technically invited on the board by the captain himself in order to help out hunt down the treasure. It made sense that a Golden Phoenix mage would be here then, would it not? In any case, the youthful nature witch would skip and hop along the wooden floor boards, hearing them creak ever so slightly beneath her weight as she moved to the front of the ship. What she did not expect to find on something that was essentially a pseudo-pirate vessel was a maid, however. As in, someone actually dressed to the occasion. And despite all, she didn't even really look like a slave, which made this one specific encounter all the more strange for the Silver-haired maiden. It has been a while since she saw another pretty girl dressed in such uniform, promptly causing her to blush from one ear to another, at least until the wooden sea vehicle rocked and started moving. Already experienced with the life on the sea floor, Leila was easily able to assume a stand that allowed her to not fall over or dance on the deck all that much. The maid did not, however. But as she separated herself from the wall. This did raise the girl's eyebrow, too.

"Hello. I did not expect them to have someone like you on the board for such expedition. You must be fairly new, Miss... Strawberry? I'm Leila Vergious, a mage working for a Golden Phoenix guild! I'll be part of the crew until this voyage is complete, a pleasure to meet you~."

As always, her tone was playful and filled with excitement. Even though traveling was her life, she yet had to get tired of it. And the world that was all around her never ceased to amaze her either, as it's beauty found the way to the core of her heart. She also had her manners and moved it to help the maid regain her balance and possibly shake hands if Strawberry would allow to do so. No matter the line of work, she also always enjoyed the company of other females for obvious reasons. Not only was she an eye candy, but even her name was sweet. Not that she would let it be all too obvious, she was no pervert either. Eventually, she would just move to the front of the deck and lean over the railing, waiting for the island to appear in the distance. It shouldn't take too long, as far as she knew. Perhaps the maid would join in, keep her a company too?

    Strawberry

Leila Vergious of Golden Phoenix, hm? There's another one of that legal guild. I'll be sure to remember her.

The maid listened to what the other female had to say about herself while thinking. It wasn't much to think about, but the robot was glad that she was able to turn on her eye recorders before meeting up with this woman, else it'd appear suspicious. That was against the point, however, as she was able to not only gain more info on another legal guild's member, but also complete this job and discover this so-called "One Piece" of legend. What would it be? A weapon, armor, item? She hadn't the faintest of ideas. But she couldn't trail off into thought now, she had to speak with this woman.

"Hello there, Lady Vergious, the pleasure is all mine. I'm sure by your response that you find my name odd, or at least unusual. My name is quite unique, being named after a fruit, but then again I had no say in the matter. Also, if you're referring to myself being on a trip via sea then yes, I'm definitely new."

The maid would shake hands with the woman, allowing her to feel the cold, metallic touch of a robot's steel hands. Once her hand would be released from the opposite mage, however, she would once again bow her head in respect, then followed Leila to the front of the deck, and she too leaned over the railing, being cautious to not lean too hard, as with her hefty amount of weight it was likely she could easily snap it and fall into the abyss of water. So, once she was sure that the railing would not break, she would turn to Leila and begin talking once again.

"You said you were from Golden Phoenix? That's amazing! I myself am naught but a guildless mage who can't even participate in fighting. I am a cybernetic maid, created with no other purpose than that. I can not fight, and my magic - despite me being a mage - only caters to my ability to be a better maid. Not only that, but I actually physically can not fight. I was created with an accidental glitch, one that has caused me to be a pacifist by nature, and one that even allows me to feel compassion towards living things that are harmed, something a lot of other robots can not do. I've been called useless on jobs and had to rely on others to fight for me. B-But that's aside from the point, enough of my boring stories! I, again, will have to ask you to fight for me, but not only me - everyone on this ship. I'm sure you can feel the magical aura I feel as well, as we are only but a half an hour away from the island. These magicless pirates can not stand a chance against it, and although I can take more hits than them, I'd function only as a shield. So, I humbly request that you, Lady Vergious, would be our sword to my shield."

Strawberry, afterward, would give a bright and warm smile to the other woman, waiting the next 30 minutes until they reached the island. It was beautiful, and Strawberry could see one thing that was out of place. The giant ship with a mustache printed on its flag. She assumed it to belong to - as the captain put it - "Blackstache." They were already on the island, so that was something Strawberry had been beaten to. But that was against the point, she'd succeed in this mission. She'd find the One Piece.

As the captain commanded everyone to get off of the ship, Strawberry, too, complied. Once they were on solid - if you would call sand that - ground, the captain gave his next order to his crew.

"Ye two mages be headin' west, as me and my boys will be headin' east. If ye be seein' the One Piece, grab it and any other treasures ye can hold in your arms and run back 'ere. If ye be seein' Blackstache, send me regards as ye plunge 'im into 'is grave! And you, men! Come with me east, we be doin' the same thing!"

The men all "hoorah'd" as they began marching eastward, leaving Strawberry with an unsettled face. Was he even a real pirate? This captain was enigmatic with all of his cliche'd pirate speech. It was like he just watched all the pirate movies and television shows he could find and copied that. But, who really cares? This was the best thing Strawberry's heard all day. She was being left alone with Leila. This could be the opportune chance to get information on another legal guild. If she'd see Fluffy again, and she really did part from the guild, that'd help too. Strawberry would have to subtly ask questions and show legitemate interest, to make sure she didn't slip up, and make sure least of all she didn't faulter. If Leila caught on to her inquiry, it'd be soon after that her position as a non-Guildless mage could be figured out. But, no proof of that could be acquired however. Her guild tattoo would only show if she blinked, which she as a robot did not do naturally. Besides, it was only shown to those Strawberry desired to show, so if Leila checked her whole body, she'd not find it. This was good, but also risky. She had to lie believably. So, while thinking about this, she began trotting off westward, motioning for Leila to follow.

The cold touch was a strange one to the Eden's caretaker, or at least strang-er from the norm. She had not assumed that the person she was talking to wasn't human, much less a machine wearing a very convincing mask of humanity on it's metallic frame. Not that it truly matter, but it was unusual and thus brought about that single moment of uncertainty, a single second of doubt and questioning in the air. The silver-haired maiden would swiftly turn her gaze aside for a brief second as her other hand went behind her head and brushed through that long, silken hair. She had already hunted for treasures like this in the past with people that were both known and unknown to her. In fact, it was one of her first adventures as an official mage, something most certainly worth remembering, at least in the back of one's mind. But considering how much excitement Strawberry seemed to carry with her, the situation quickly grew somewhat awkward for the other, more fleshy, girl. While the end of that chase in the past was not completely disappointing, it was definitely rather... unexpected, to say the least. Taking into consideration that they were going to the very same island with a very similar goal, there was a good chance that this expedition would end up the same way. There was hope that such would not be the case, but it did cause Leila to bit her lower lip gently before placing on another smile in response to the maid's further words.

"Yes, an old and proud member of the guild. But I would say that you are much more amazing in your being as a whole. One does not see a cybernetic maid every day, after all, it is quite unique in my opinion. This might sound strange, but... that glitch you speak of, I think it might be a very beautiful thing. Yes, sometimes we desire to fight for what we think is right or to protect those we care about, but... it is hard to find people with kind nature these days. Heroes running around and slaughtering 'dark mages' by the tens, it's not right. Such beings should not be called heroes, nor should they be respected in the least. As far as I go, even the vilest of creatures deserve a second chance to redeem themselves. Unfortunately, I too have committed the sin of killing a man in the past... that one single life I have ended, haunting me forever. So I think your nature is quite a beautiful one, even if you might not think so, Miss Strawberry. And you have to worry not, for I will make sure to protect you and the rest of the crew without fail!"

A genuine smile would adorn the girl's face as she said those words. Her vision was perhaps naive and far too ideal to be ever realized, but for her, it was important to go by what one holds dear to their own heart, rather than to follow ideals of others. Which was perhaps a bit strange for a mage that was part of a larger guild. But there was a reason she remained the nature's traveler, always out on the road rather than in the comfort of an inclosed room with allies all over. And this adventure already seemed quite promising! After all, she had met such an interesting lady right away. The voyage seemed to continue toward the island quite peacefully, minus few bigger waves that would rock the wooden vessel a tad, but that was nothing they had to be worried about. However, the worry did come in a form of a pirate ship soon to be visible near the shores, seemingly nearly empty. Which only suggested that most of the crew already entered and covered the island with their greedy nature. Not that they were to say anything, as they themselves were to look for a treasure they wanted to have for themselves. Thankfully their own crew did not weaken in their knees when they spotted the other ship and instead sped up toward the land as the captain gave his orders. Naturally, the Eden's witch was to go with Strawberry to explore the wild west side of the island.

"If you are truly incapable of any combat at all, then please, prepare yourself to hide behind by back at moment's notice. I can protect you with my magic while dispatching of the enemy forces, but any larger distance between us would make the task rather difficult."

Ruvel had been on the road for far to long as far as he was concerned but at current it seemed like he was in high demand. No sooner than he usually arrived back at west fiore trading company's head quarters or the guild hall depending on how you looked at it he seemed to be back out on another task for either the company or guild. It was taking it's toll on the youth but he continued doing what he was requested without causing issues, there was no need for it after all he had been put through worse and at least this time those having do tasks were kind to him. The also knew that times leading up to and the week after certain moons he was to be left alone within the storage room that had been requested to be his bedroom, so someone could keep an eye on him during those times though it was told that no light could enter the room at those points so any checking would have to be done in the evening or a darkness cloaking spell used.

As he walked up the steps of the trading company he found himself stopping as others gossiped that there was apparently a treasure only known as 'one piece' somewhere on the island and that no one knew what it was or what it would do. He sighed shaking his head before walking into the trading company's headquarters and moved to hand in his report "Hello Ruvel" the person behind the desk said "Good morning Aaron, how are you thus far?" he said in return, he was trying the social thing but he still felt odd in doing so but it was a requirement "I'm doing fine, a few more hours and I'm off for a week" he grinned 'Must be a nice feeling, I haven't had a day off in months' he thought to himself finding Aaron looking at the folder in his hands as he started to bring up to offer it to the other "We going to need a translator again?" he asked with a sigh, it was something the clerical department hated but it wasn't exactly something they could complain about given that the work was detailed "Most likely" he said with a shrug, he knew he couldn't read so his summons done this task for him some of them knew common but many of them even if they did preferred writing in their own languages which he couldn't fault them for.

"Hay, Ruvel..." the man said looking up from the report making the youth tilt his head "Yes Aaron?" he replied knowing in his gut that this was going to be a bad but held his tongue to hear him out. "Have you heard the gossip?" he asked making Ruvel blink, he had just gotten back and the only gossip he had heard was about a lost treasure somewhere on the island and even that was just in passing. "The one piece?" he asked watching as Aaron nodded "I just got back so my information on such gossip is limited and as you know I tend not to listen to idle conversations, gossip just causes issues in the long run." he said with a calm tone, he understood why others where drawn into such things but he never could find a reason for it personally giving his background. "Well, the trading company wants verification on if this treasure is real or not, if it is we have right to claim it as it's within our borders" he continued, he understood this but to him it just seemed greedy as such treasures surely belonged in some sort of museum right?

"And this is where I come in right?" he said in a frustrated mono toned voice, he had hoped for some rest but it seemed like others had other thoughts on such a thing, only to watch to Aaron nod "Yeah" he said handing over a map as he took the report, "you'll find the others either on the way to the site or at the supposed site" he said Ruvel took the map and looked at it, he could make no heads or tails of it but was lucky that he had a summon that was good with directions. Without another word he turned and walked back out of the company's headquarters and headed in the general direction the map showed hoping to catch up with whoever else was on this seemingly wild goose chase. It wasn't that long however before he found himself somewhat lost and wondering where the hell he had managed to find himself, it was then he heard a voice and stopped 'They could help' he thought starting to move towards the female voice. 'Be careful, you don't know if they're friend or foe our summoner' Shindara stated 'They maybe a treasure hunter and if they are I would doubt they're either' he commented back through their bond

"Hello?" he finally said walking towards the silver haired maiden that stood in front of him a smile on his face as he lowered his hood so his gold and silver raven hair shining within the light of the sun. "My name is Ruvel, may I ask your name?" he asked his left hand going to his chest as he leaned forward a little, believing that it was best to get formalities out of the way before asking any questions on his current task, he was hoping that she was one of those he was meant to meet because this seemed like a bother otherwise. "I couldn't help overhearing what you said about dark mages." he said, he didn't mean to eaves drop but when there's only the rustle of trees and animal sounds a person's ear tended to pick up on things out of place more so because he was a slayer. "I have two people who are close to me that would agree with your analogy, they say that not everything that is classed as dark is evil" he said calmly he knew those of the light where just as flawed and could do just as many evil things claiming that it was for the greater good, though his eyes looked around trying to find whom the one in front of him was speaking to.

"I am sorry that you have had to take a life miss, but I am sure you had reason to do so." he knew from his summons that bad things could be done for the right reasons, just as good things could be done for bad reasons but found that one to be slim to none. "My teacher had to kill something dangerous..." he turned his eyes away remembering what happened at that deserted guild hall in the mysterious canyon "When the abomination of an experiment died it reverted back to what it was before what happened to them..." he continued clenching his fists "It was a man, a man my teacher knew well... even now he hates himself for ending the mans life though he done the kindest thing for him, he also defended me from how he once had been" he finished, his tone showed true sadness on the matter all life was sacred to the youth and if any knew his past they would understand why.

The conversation with Strawberry might have been somewhat inspirational, or even personal. But it seemed completely necessary to the silver-haired maiden, in order to raise the morale to the max and deepen the trust bond between the two. Or maybe it was all said on impulse? That too was possible. Leila was lately somewhat lonely and with a chance on bonding presenting itself, she might have allowed herself to be carried a tad bit too far than she should have been. It added to the surprise of a new voice all the more, as it sounded from behind her back, a new arrival from the other side of the island most likely. Especially considering that she and Strawberry were supposed to be the only ones exploring this exact path, it invoked a defensive impulse in the Eden's caretaker as she sharply turned into a combat-ready position, her knees bent lightly and hands clenched. They were expecting pirates, so a reaction like this one was only natural. Thankfully, she was also the type to stay collected at all times. Which meant that she didn't just unreasonably go forward to attack this unknown person. Instead, she analyzed him first. And since he only talked instead of moving forward and attacking, she quickly calmed down.

"Leila Vergious, a wandering mage in services of Golden Phoenix and currently the First Rising Star."

Giving him the full title and her name, she wondered who exactly he was. Aside from just his name, of course. His appearance wasn't all that unusual, and his magical energy pretty typical for a mage of a standart power, or at least it seemed so. Then again, there was usually not much point in trying to analyze others by their appearance alone. Which wasn't quite needed this time, as he continued talking by himself, admitting to the fact that he heard a good portion of her conversation from before. Rude, but sometimes actually unavoidable. Not that she would mind something like that. Only the fact that he tried to be empathic right away seemed little strange, as it was unusual to her. Most stragers she had met were cold at first.

"I am sorry to hear about your teacher, Ruvel. You don't look like a pirate, so if you could excuse us, we're-"

Suddenly she was interrupted by a hammer flying right in front of her between herself and Ruvel. It seemed that the enemies finally found them and decided that they wanted the treasure for themselves. The gray marks that were all over the girl's body quickly started spreading as a number of thick roots unearthed behind her, shielding Strawberry and moving her back to a safe place. Analyzing these enemies did not take long at all, they appeared to be the exact same pirates she fought when she was here last time. This whole situation was growing more surprising by the minute, as there was clearly more than a single one piece and even the mini pirates were back now. But oh well, it was a nice throwback to the past. With a smile, the girl pulled out a shining golden key out of it. Taking several steps forward and pointing the magical tool at the enemy in front, her magical energy started to course through it. Such actions would make the summoning key glow with a blinding light as the space in front of her started warping on itself, a gate opening and allowing passage for one of the most powerful celestial spirits in this world.

"I call you forth, you who passes judgment on the stars, you who holds both black and white in your hands and assuring balance amidst them all.
    Heavenly Scales - Libra!"

A magical circle would form in front of the key and a beautiful dark-skinned female in an oriental dress with a katana would step out, one of the twelve Zodiacs! She herself was a force to be feared on many occasions. But there was still more. Lately, Leila also got into the habit of going all out at the very start! She had an even stronger ally than this, though one she couldn't really control at all. But that was fine, for they had a strong bond still. They were one and the same, their souls resonating. Rising her hand to the skies, she would start chanting again!

"Flowers in the Garden bloom, I seek your aid. You who grew my world out of a single seed, descent and be by my side once again, you who is me, me who is you.
Goddess of the Gardens of Eden - Aurora!"

A giant magical circle would form in the skies, easily overshadowing the entire island and it's surroundings, causing clouds themselves to start swirling around in a forceful motion. From the center of this giant magical circle, a light started descending gracefully. One that would finally touch the ground and burst into pieces, revealing the fact that it was hiding yet another female. This one of pale skin with very complex garments, several pairs of different wings adorning her back, staff firmly in hand, brown tail below the wings and a blue halo above her head that also boasted a pair of animal ears. That was Aurora, the goddess who created Gardens of Eden, home to Leila herself and many other spirits. The enemy count seemed to be at least two hammer throwing pirates along with six midget ones.

"Run while you have the chance. Unless you wish to join the fight right now, in which case I cannot rightly ensure your safety!"

Ruvel stood exactly where he was showing no change in his posture even as the woman in front of her took an offensive stance, he couldn't blame her after all he had just kind of sneaked up on her but as his golden amber eyes looked around he couldn't see the one she seemed to have been speaking with. 'I wonder if she's crazy, had a companion or perhaps like me has unseen forces that don't show up until requested.' he thought to himself as he found his summons uncharacteristically quiet on the subject as they themselves couldn't answer or even direct him in any direction to find the answer himself. He knew given time his answer would eventually be answered but for the moment he was more concerned that the one in front of him was ready to attack him "Please forgive my intrusion Miss Vergious, you see I have been sent in case there is some truth to the gossip of something called 'one piece', no one seems to know what it is and it seems my employers are interested due to it apparently being located within our borders." he began his voice gentle "As I've said previously my name is Ruvel, and I am in the service of the West Fiore Trading Company" his left hand once again going to his chest as he moved the top part of his torso forward slightly for a moment before standing straight, a handsome smile on his face as he did so. He thought he should offer up more information as the other had done so, it was only fair in his mind.

"I have to apologise but I do not know what a rising star is, perhaps you can educated me on the subject at a later date." his eyes showed he was being honest on the matter, but then his knowledge was limited from where he was raised; so now he was having to play catch up and even then he was having to run before he could crawl on most of it. He was happy when the other seemed to become somewhat relaxed but suspected that she was still on guard in case he did try something, but he still couldn't blame her for such things they were strangers after all.  He knew his aura gave off false positives, his magic was almost non-existent but he had yet to find out why that was the case; but he had a feeling it was something to do with his before but the only people who could give him answers were long dead. He himself could see nothing of the others magical aura due to being inept at such a thing, he could only sense one of four magics and even then until the person cast he couldn't know with certainty which it was. Hearing her words made him blink looking at his white, ice blue and silver suit that he was currently wearing given he had no time to change from formal company clothing to his everyday clothing. "As you can imagine being hired by a trading company I am a trader, so of course I don't look like a pirate." he seemed somewhat offended by this, he may have worked for the guild Black Sails but he still didn't see himself as a pirate and nor would he ever.

Ruvel jamp back seeing the hammer landing between them both before he could comment that there was no other there, as pirates seemed to turn up though he had to wonder where they came from and how they got past defences, it would be something he would have to bring up with Cirven at a later point. 'Damn it, I should have heard those coming' he scolded himself but he had been distracted with the goings on without even analysing the area. "They on the other hand are pirates" he said bringing out a charm and a dagger "Seiyuki!" he called throwing the charm on the floor, the moment it landed a three meter snow storm appeared around it within it a beautiful woman wearing a white kimono, long white hair, albino skin and ice blue eyes appeared "You requested an audience with me Ruvel?" she said her ice blue eyes going to the enemy "Ah, nevermind I see the issue and it will be taken care of." within her fingers needles made of ice appeared in the middle of three of her fingers with a quick flick of her hand the needles went into the enemy dealing damage what many didn't know was the ice needles where laced with snow lotus poison. "Aelona!" he called out the moment he called the name he began to emit a gentle green glow.

What seemed to be an elegantly carved wooden arch seems to grow from the ground behind Ruvel. Once at maximum height an Elven woman with longish pale blue hair and silvery eyes walks through, wearing leather armour. After a quick bow to Ruvel she drew her bow "Fire Aelona" he said to her, she nodded the tip of the four arrows changing to fire before she released the arrows hitting the enemy accurately. Ruvel blinked now realising that the other was also a summoner, but was glad to have came across another who used his kind of magic "I'm not a fighter Miss Vergious, but I do not run from one; my mentor nor my summons would forgive me if I did" he said keeping his eyes on the enemies knowing even with the damage his summons had done it would take a little more to knock them out.

'How are you feeling Ruvel?' Seiyuki asked through their bond he she knew that he was still recovering from his last bout of sickness 'I'm fine, don't worry.' he sent back, in honesty he didn't know if he was or not he hadn't had enough time to rest between both his guild duties, training and company assignments; he knew his summons were more than aware about this but they wanted give him the freedom he had lacked for so long. 'You need to rest after this job dear one and that is coming from your doctor, they want to argue they can go through Barthenz, I'm sure he's itching for a fight' Edaenz sent to him, her warm voice filled with concern 'I'm always itching for a fight Edaenz, the kid knows this. When we get back tell sparky I want to spar' Barthenz commented 'Not before he rests Barthenz, he'll get sick if this continues at his current speed; it's something we can do without after the last scare.' she said wanting to break her vow of peace for the first time in her long life and throw something at the warrior for thinking only of himself.

    Leila Vergious Golden Phoenix B-Rank

The girl quickly changed her stance from something that might have appeared as threatening to the boy into an awkward and nervous look to the side the moment One Piece was mentioned. So that was the treasure they were seeking after all, wasn't it? It was true that when she was on this island last time with Torian and other two mages from Fairy Tail, they never actually leaked any information to the outside world. They have found the treasure and what it actually was. But not one of them ever actually claimed it. Was it because of that that someone came back here, found it and buried it again? Or maybe the rumors have never ceased to be in the first place. In any case, this Ruvel and whoever his employer was in for a mightly surprise if they would actually find what they were looking for.

"That's fine, I have reacted little too harshly myself, please accept my apology. That said, last I heard from Noheme, this area belonged to people calling themselves Black Sails... eh, guess she mistook something."

After all, it was a different kind of pirates that prowled these areas. And on her travels, Leila heard of the so-called West Fiore Trading Company. Hell, Cirven Mizune was someone who had helped her greatly in terms of regaining lost powers. They went together on a number of adventures already and it was no surprise that the girl heard a number of things from him about the organization, considering he was supposed to be its leader. That said, she also heard plenty on her own travels and knew from her own experience that just about anyone had their secrets. A trading company sounded like someone who would not dare to dig up pirate treasures all willy-nilly. Then again, the Eden's caretaker did not really care at all. What mattered was finding this elusive treasure as fast as possible so that they could all get out of here and avoid as much danger as possible. Though there was another kind of surprise in store for the silver-haired maiden as the boy said he did not know what Rising Star was. Well, maybe it shouldn't have been such a surprise. It was a manner in which only legal guilds were truly interested. And the general public that lived in areas where the crime was higher than zero.

"Rising Stars are people who have been acknowledged by the magical council as heroes of the people through their good deeds. A lot of people do not trust the council, nor do they look up to the Rising Stars and believe us to be fake heroes only interested in money, but I know that having a leading public figure that is a symbol of protection and peace is important. As such, it is my duty as the strongest of Rising Stars to help those in need and ensure that peace is kept as much as I can."

It was easy to boo those who were put on a pedestal. Leila understood this better than most, considering the fact that before she joined Golden Phoenix, she used to be exactly the same. Always questioning the morales of these so-called heroes who would slaughter those who are labeled evil without even batting an eye. And maybe it was precisely because of them that she desired to be a true Rising Star, a hero who could lead others forward. She firmly believed that everyone, regardless of their acts and sins, should deserve a second chance to better themselves. And by that rule, she lived. Despite the great amount of contracts she had taken prior to this moment, she had never killed another person. Not on her own accord. The world was already plenty cruel without those who should be symbols of peace going around and killing senselessly. One day, if she could reach the position of a Wizard Saint... perhaps she could even change the flawed views of the magical council, who so desperately tried to eliminate everyone and anyone who posed a threat to them and the world of magic. But right now, all of that only lead to a heavy sigh that escaped between the girl's lips. Rather than thinking about her future goals, she should focus on the task at hand. It was in that moment that the pirates interrupted and the trader showed that he was capable of using magic himself. And what more, it was a summoning type. Though different from the Eden's Celestium, as one would have it.

"Yuki-Onna? Youkai summoning... no, that's not it. Nevermind that..."

Throwing in a small analysis of her own ally for no one other than herself, the Eden's caretaker quickly turned toward the now damaged pirates. But their numbers were much greater than theirs. It was unfortunate that numbers alone could not win every fight.

"Libra, protect them. Aurora, let's take them out. Don't hold back."

"I wouldn't hold back even if you told me to, Leila. They will feel the wrath of a god!"

While the Zodiac spirit quickly moved to Ruvel's side in order to protect them if any stray attacks were to head their way, the goddess of Eden extended the many pairs of wings and flew into the air, pointing her celestial staff at the intruders with a somewhat dark grin. And in an instant, the ground shook, as if an earthquake was approaching. But instead of the earth itself splitting apart, two giant serpents made entirely out of wood and moss unearthed and flew into the air, only to fall mouth first at the unfortunate pirate souls. A good number of them were instantly devoured by these inorganic beasts, though not killed. Or at least here was hoping they weren't. What was left would Leila take on herself, sprinting toward them as she ducked beneath another hammer and quickly closed in on the bigger one, sending a powerful punch into his gut as her entire hand became covered in a gray bark-like material, immediately transforming into a tree's branch and sending the poor fool flying. What was left were mere two midget ones that bore their cutlasses and tried to attack the girl while her back was turned toward them. Of course, she already expected them as the ground behind her shifted a little, more branches and trees escaping between the rocks and growing into a prison that squeezed the small ones so tight that they passed out in mere seconds, releasing them afterward. At this point, the two serpents would also stop moving and decay, leaving behind nothing more than piles of ash and unconscious bodies of those that were swallowed before. Turning toward Ruvel with a smile, Leila would run her hand through her hair.

"I on the other hand am a fighter. If you want to find your treasure so bad, then stick to me. I'll make sure no harms comes your way while we search. But let me warn you... the situation can get much worse than this. It might not be worth this treasure of yours, so don't place your expectations too hight."
