Description: This is the ability to bend the chaos, and chaotic nature, of the universe to ones will. This is something that requires concentration and a good deal of training. Being gifted this magic by the Lord of Chaos, Chao, Vlad has begun to manipulate chaos.

As an apprentice Vlad is simply able to concentrate the chaos into a solid form; this is the most basic form of the magic. This will progress to where he can manipulate the very concept of chaos, and that indulges the ideas of reality. This has an accelerated learning path as it becomes more and more understandable as you know more.

Strengths: Ambiguity: This is the center of all elements, and as such has no elemental weakness.
Consumption:This is able to, though slowly, degrade the strength of opponents magics. (10% every 5 posts.) Something like this would have to be a Unique Ability and not just a given strength of the magic
Build-up:The user gains strength as the area becomes more chaotic and heated; the battle only causes him to grow stronger (5% every 5 posts). Same as above comment

Weaknesses: Insanity: This magic, if not kept in check, leads to madness.
Concentration: This magic requires concentration to form the spells.
Order: Order can counteract this magic, nullifying it completely.
Decay: As the user looses focus the spell degrades, and begins to lose power (5% every post).

Lineage: Arm of Destiny:
Description: Long ago, there was a famed demon hunter. It was said that he never brought any tools with him. No swords, no bow, he didn't even use magic. He used one hand, the hand that shot forth a brilliant beam of pure light energy. It was bestowed upon him by the gods when he swore to hunt to down all that was evil after his family’s tragic death. He destroyed many demons, and while his name remains a mystery, his legend and powerful lineage lives on to this day, scattered throughout the world.
Ability: The user can call forth a powerful laser of light energy to decimate whatever lies ahead of them. 20 meter range + 20 meters per rank over D(Max 100 meters at S-rank).  TThe user pulls back their hand (right or left, whichever arm they we’re bestowed with) gathering up energy before thrusting it forward to unleash the devastating beam.
The beam deals double the user’s rank in spell damage, 2 meter wide +2m per rank above D(max 10 meters wide at S-rank) and 20 meters range + 20 meters per rank above D(max 100 meter range).
Usage: One use per thread. After use the user will not be able to use spells for 1 post.
Unique Abilities:
Nature's base: Chaos is present in every part of the universe; by monitoring this Vlad can sense the change in Ethernano, movement and sound in a twenty meter radius(+10m for every rank)
Madness: When the user falls below 25% MP they begin to lose cognition; being overtaken by the chaos the users damage increases by 15%, however they lose any sense of allegiance. Attacking everything in sight.
Resilience: As the fight continue chaos begins to amass around the area; with this the density of the chaos spells increases, raising its damage by 5% every 3 posts.

Description:
Charge: May be charged for more damage.
Range: 30 m
This is the physical manifestation of the chaotic forces of the universe; upon making contact with any object, living or otherwise, it shall destroy what it made contact with. I think this whole spell needs a bit more detailed of a description. Including how much damage it deals and how much damage is dealt after charging for X number of posts
Strengths:
Build-up:The more it is used the stronger it becomes.
Weaknesses:Concentration: He must use most of his focus to charge the attack past one post.
Drainage: This continues to eat away at the users mind, until they break.
