Some time had passed since Kite’s excursion to the into the cursed lands, his purpose wasn’t much different from the first time. This whole thing started with a mysterious letter from his “friend” Levi requesting his help. It was there he met the young lady Alex and the adventure fighting monsters of the undead and the like took place in the woods surrounding the abandoned cabin that he was more or less a needle in a haystack. It was there that The Demon slayer had found his so called friend or more accurately the zombified version of Levi. It was Kite’s first time out on his own as an owner of Demon Slayer magic and sought to save his friend but at the end of that night it was made obvious that his skills as a mage weren’t enough then to live up to that task and it had pained him a great deal that for the time being he wasn’t strong enough to look into what happened, to investigate the mystery of what caused all of this strangeness. Things would be different this time around, Kite’s strength had increased quite a bit since that day, his experience with his Demon Slayer magic had increased quite a bit, the control and power over his magic had also grown, enough to the point where this little adventure would be a cakewalk. The airship, Tailspin’s engines were already warmed up for the journey but Kite was not in the cockpit setting everything up, instead he was down in his dorm below the foredeck. Kite was standing over the sink in his room and washed his face with the water from the faucet and looked directly into the mirror to stare at his reflection while the remembering the details of the last trip to the cursed lands the failure that haunted him to some degree but he shook it off while he began to let loose his aura which was much more brilliant and prominent than it was then ”Alright Levi, let’s see sort of trouble found you.“ he said to himself and let his aura die down before he started to melt the metallic appliances in his room. ”Whatever it was that started this, I aim to end it.“ he said once more before he walked over to the ladder and climbed up it ascending to the foredeck pulling the door closed behind him and made his way up to the cockpit and took his seat. Taking a hold of the steering column he pulled it back and the ship’s turbines spun, pushing the ship off the docking platform and it was in the air and heading in the direction of the cursed land, the first place he would have to go would be the abandoned cabin in order to seek clues to where Levi had been prior to their final meeting even though he didn't particularly want to but despite his apprehension he went along with it mainly because of the haunting and irrefutable fact that Levi might not be the only one who fell victim to whatever force caused him to become a zombie in the first place and that made the demon slayer extremely weary.

It didn't take long for Tailspin to fly over the expansive landscape of Fiore, in fact it only took less than an hour to reach his destination. As he flew over the wooded area that he remembered all too well the difference this time around he didn't have to walk through that monster infected area, this time he was well above them and instead of looking like an endless maze of dead woods it looks like a sea of trees all dead and brown in color but up a head in the sea was a hole, the sight of which caused Kite to smirk ”Well, what do we have here. “ he asked upon his approach clearly fascinated by the discovery and as it just so happened the hole within the endless sea of trees had the very cabin he had been looking for, the sight of it make Kite feel a bit snippy ”Not so hard to find ya when there aren't a bunch of trees in the way.“ it was at this moment that he felt happy about actually owning a skyship for it has saved him a headache in the form of tearing through the ghosts and other critters that so happened to have the same condition that as Levi. The ship then coasted until it stopped right above the landing spot he chose and let the turbines rotate so the propulsion was pointed downwards and it slowly began to descend down next to the cabin. He lept up out of his captain’s chair and ran as fast as he could down through the ship until he reached the catwalk which wrapped around and down into the cargo bay. However after being pressed for time more than usual he pushed himself off the top catwalk and landed in the cargo bay floor in a crouched position but then quickly got to his feet and ran to the bay door and pulled the door open and bolted across the small clearing between the ship and the cabin and made it to the porch and stopped before he would open the door and looked down the other end where the ground would start, and there was the bodily remains of Levi, where he was pulverized by the combined efforts of himself and Alex. His body was the same as it was when he left it there, it’s decomposition had increased a bit from being exposed to the elements but not much more from how he looked during the fight. Kite shook his head at the memory of the fight ”Not so tough now that you are all corpsified are ya.“ he asked the doubly dead man who was his friend as he opened the door and entered the building. ”Alright, so the reason why I’m here. Clues.“ After crossing the threshold he first searched the dining room, then the living room and proceeded to check the upstairs but he didn’t find anything despite tossing the rooms all about but then he remembered something more about that night. He recalled that when he had entered the cabin Levi charged through the kitchen door to attack him and Alex, which means that the kitchen would be the best place to check out for the information he was looking for.
