Vacation in Midi and a Possible New Friend(Nami & Ayato)

Nami and plue had just gotten off the train in the Earthland nation of Midi. Even from the window of their train car going there, they could see it's amazing beauty. As they stepped off the train with her duffle bag slung over her shoulder and plue in her arms. The celestial wizard was completely awe struck by the nation's natural beauty, she couldn't find words to describe it that would do it justice. Nami just shook her head and headed for the country's customs office to show them her passport so she could walk around the place freely.

Nami found the customs office right outside the train station after asking a guard for directions. She showed them her passport and was given a stamp then with a light bow, she left the custom's office and headed into the city. In the beautiful city, the streets were all lined with beautiful cherry blossom trees. People walked around in oriental attire made of silk. The city was so pristine and amazing. The celestial wizard's clothing was much different from everyone else's. But she didn't really didn't bother her all that much. She wanted to find the inn she was staying at so she could check in, drop her stuff off in her room and explore the city a lot more.

Ayato sat in his room provided by the finest inn of Midi. Since his amazing experience with Hikari, and his quite unexpected experience with Eternia, Ayato felt like he needed a little break before his exam. He was finally to be one step closer to the upperclassmen of his guild, yet he was secretly nervous. He was nervous due to responsibility. You became more responsible for greater tasks as you grew up, anyway. Still, it was nice to know the boy was one step closer to everlasting success, as once he would be at the top of the rankings, Ayato would have no problem dealing with others.

Ayato stood up and stepped onto the balcony included in his room, yet also his bill. He felt the cool breeze run through his air whilst the wind comforted him. The Elucidator and Sixth Sense spoke to him about something very important while the male relaxed in this particular spot. "A new chapter, huh?" Ayato confirmed, "Well, I've dealt with one, so I suppose another won't be so bad, right?" Ayato sighed heavily, unsure of the words he spoke back then. Work was never something to truly set aside, it seemed, though Ayato had enough control over time to prevent it temporarily, even second of it hopefully to be spent proudly in this Japanese-like, all natural land.

After asking different people, she found the inn she was supposed to stay at. It was a bit on the flashy side but had a feeling of opulence. It was a beautiful Japanese style inn and a big one at that. She took her duffle bag that had started to slip off her shoulder and pushed it back up before going inside. She approached the front desk, checked in, received her room key and then her and plue headed to there room. It was Nami's first time traveling outside of Fiore and to come to such a beautiful nation was just the best! The celestial wizard's room was on the second floor of the inn and when she got inside, she couldn't believe her eyes. Tatami mats on the floor. A low table with a fresh pot of tea and sweet dumplings laid out. On the wall hung beautiful and elegant wall scrolls with calligraphy paired on them. On the other side of the room was a paper screen door that led out to a very nice balcony truth table and two chairs that had a view overlooking the city. All in all, it was simply perfect. The celestial wizard couldn't ask for anything more. She set plue down and he immediately headed for the sweet dumplings on the table. Nami then tossed her duffle bag on the low risen futon bed. Plue happily stuffed sweet dumplings into his mouth one by one and Nami couldn't help but smile at this. Nami decided to step out onto the balcony to get some air while plue ate the dumplings grabbing herself a cup of tea first. There was a slight breeze in the air and it felt refreshing as it blew through her blonde hair. She sipped her tea as she watched the people below pass by and go about there business.

Ayato looked over in surprise while he leaned over the edge of his balcony. In the room next to him was a blonde-haired lady, petite and innocent, it seemed. Ayato smiled lightly and looked back, focusing his eyes on the wondrous trees before him. They were cherry blossom trees, which could not seem to secure the blossoms well as they flew to the east. Some even ran slightly past Ayato's face. There were also other dazzling bodies of water such as the hot springs, waterfall, ponds and small pools. Ayato sighed again, figuring he should introduce himself to the lady while they were both shared the same purpose; sightseeing.

"A beautiful sight, huh?" Ayato commented, "This is my first time in Midi, and by the looks of it, I may come here a second time!" Ayato repositioned himself so his entire body faced Nami, though neither had yet to exchange names. "Seitenshi Ayato." Ayato greeted, "And yours?" Ayato kept looking at the trees with the corner of his right eye. It was a dazzling sight to capture. The leaves kept floating in the sky while the cool breeze kept itself existent in this area. Ayato wondered what else could be seen in this city, yet he hadn't the time to visit it all. Not yet, anyway. He would only be here for a night, at most, then back to the Blue Pegasus guild hall. They really required his attention, after all, since he had been absent from their eyes for awhile. However, that was all for later. He wanted to see what he could make out of this moment with a potentially new friend, though the only thing in common he could see were the trees. He would have to find out more about the woman before him.
