Job Form:

Sorano had read the notice on the board at Fairy Tail days ago, but it wasn't until now that she had had time to actually take a good look at it.
"The Borders have been Opened! The magic council is opening our borders to other countries, and you may now go to other countries to accept jobs and earn money. We are opening passport stations in both Hargeon Town and Rose Garden. We hope you will consider this wonderful opportunity to keep peace in Earthland!" the notice read. This notice had interested the girl, and now she decided to try getting a passport. Even if she didn't use it, she would feel better knowing that she could leave Fiore if she wanted to.

About an hour later, Sorano and Hoshi arrived at Rose Garden. They admired the beautiful magical buildings that rose up around them, and the texture/color-changing pavement. Taking a turn, Hoshi nearly flew into a huge crowd of people. All they could hear now, was, “Give me my passport! Stop pushing me!”
“Stormy skies!” yelled Sorano, “Is this the passport line?!?” A woman turned around and scowled at the girls, “More people? I’d hoped this was the last of them! Fine, fill out this form, and get in line! Don’t push!” She shoved a crumpled form at Sorano and Hoshi, and then rushed off to stop a fight over who was in front.

Sorano and Hoshi stared at each other in dismay. “We should have gone to Hargeon Town…” Sorano moaned. A man in front whirled around and yelled, “Hargeon Town’s even worse! The line goes through the whole town, and there’s been all out fistfights in line! Rose Garden line’s a paradise compared to Hargeon Town!”
“Okaay…” Sorano mumbled, slipping into the line, “I’ll keep that in mind.” She and Hoshi took out their forms and blocked out the ranting of the others. It asked for things like name, address, occupation, race, etc. She filled it out pretty easy, but Hoshi was having a hard time.

“Umm, Sora, what should I put in for race?” Hoshi questioned, looking confused and perplexed. Sorano wasn’t much better, either, “Er, try Exceed, I guess.” There were many things Hoshi wasn’t sure what to do for, such as occupation and rank. Meanwhile, the line was still inching forward slowly, slowly. The question both girls had a hard time with, though, was parents and relatives. Hoshi, honestly, had no idea if she even had relatives, and Sorano’s parents were dead, and she knew of no other relatives. They were constantly shoved by people from all sides, and they had to magically erase the forms many times. It was terrible, the constant bustle.

After waiting and shuffling around for hours, the pair finally reached the beginning of the line. A grouchy-looking man in the building reached for their forms, and stuck them messily in a machine. He watched the papers go through another magic machine, printing it all into small, neat, booklets. “So…” he drawled, “Ya two mages?” The girls nodded impatiently, tired after being shoved, squeezed, and squashed around all day. The man nodded understandingly, then turned around to stare at a magical surveillance lacrima for a while, then turned back to the machine, yawning. Finally, the books popped out, complete. Pictures of the two girls were added, and the passports complete.
