    Magic

    Primary Magic:Celestial Blade
    Secondary Magic:N/A
    Caster or Holder:Holder
Description: Celestial Blade magic, is very similar to regular celestial key user's magic. They can still summon celestial spirits like anyone can, no difference there, the only difference comes in the name of a Celestial Blade, mainly a blade called Durandal (This will be made separately, as an actual weapon.) The user can at will, fuse one key with Durandal, to grant the keys power to the blade, buffing the weapon and at times, depending on the key used, the user. Without Durandal, Celestial Blade works like any summoner magic, being able to summon celestial spirits.

Celestial Blade allows the usage of five kinds of celestial keys. These include:

    • Silver Keys: The most common type of Celestial Keys, that are usually based off constellations in the stars. They can hold a lot of power within them, but are considered the weakest of the keys in Celestial Blade's lineup and mostly only fill the low rank slots. But they are still effective, as Silver Keys boast the lowest cost to using them and are generally more focused on utility than anything.

    • Golden Keys: Golden Keys are like the bigger badder fancier variant of the Silver Keys. The spirits from Golden Keys, are usually a lot more powerful than spirits from Silver Keys, and a little more powerful than spirits from other keys. In short, Golden Keys are the most powerful spirits in the arsenal of the Celestial Blade. The Golden Keys are limited though, in the fact that only one can be part of Celestial Blade at once, which usually is the Gate of the Lion: Leo.

    • Banished Keys: Banished Keys are keys to spirits who were silver keys before, but turned evil or had another reason to change. This caused the Spirit King to banish these spirits, locking them away, usually sealing away their key as well. But that wasn't the case for all of them, some of the Banished Keys fell into the human world, where they were put to use like any other celestial key. Banished Spirits have a lot more ferocity and battle power, than that of Silver Keys, but lack the raw power of a Golden Key. Banished Keys are purple in color and glow with an eerie dark aura.

    • Hell Keys: Hell Keys are the first type of Celestial Keys, that don't originate from the Celestial World, but are made differently. A Hell key is created by devils, while using a Silver Key. The Silver Key is first purified of the spirit inhabiting it, after which, a creature that is artificially created or bred, is placed into the key, to let them be summoned at will. This does cause the creature to go into the Celestial World and end up in an isolated corner of it. The isolation has caused most hell key spirits to go insane and they are quite hard to control for a lower ranked mage. That's why Hell Keys mostly appear later on in the Celestial Blade's arsenal, when the user has grown more stronger. Hell Keys are molten red in color, that glow in an evil aura.

    • Dragonic Keys': Dragonic Keys are a forgotten type of key, from way way back, when Dragons still ruled the lands. These keys hold inside of them dragons, or well, a dragon's spirit, that usually doesn't have the form of a dragon. They come in a huge variety, but the amount of Dragonic Keys is very very low. This was caused due the amount of them being low anyway, as a dragon had to die, then it's soul had to be locked in a key, which is a lot of work for even the best to do. But, Dragonic Keys are amazingly powerful, basically at the same level as Golden Keys, though even rarer. Dragonic Keys are light green in color.

The Keys gotten in Celestial Blade, are given to the user by Durandal, the Celestial Blade itself, whenever it finds the user worthy of more power. This is why incredibly rare keys are part of the magic, as Durandal was holding onto them for centuries. Due to this though, contracts made between the user and the spirits, are quite generic, just based on the spirits preference and times, nothing else, as Durandal is quite a cruel master as well, so the spirit and mage have to make a contract, there is no other way.

    Strengths:

    • Spirits and Swords: The user will almost always fight with an ally in combat.
    • Keys: The user has access to five different type of keys, allowing a lot of versatility.
    • Synergistic: The Synergy with the Durandal blade is amazing with Celestial Blade.

    Weaknesses:

    • Keys: Without the keys, the magic is totally useless.
    • Limitations: Can summon multiple spirits only at higher ranks.
    • Bond: Due to harsh conditions, on which the contract is made, spirits bond with the user is quite weak, except the Golden Key.

    Lineage:Keeper of Peace:
Description: Legend tells of an enlightened monk who traveled around the world to places of ongoing war. Wherever he went, the war stopped for as long as he was present. However, he realized that whenever he left it would all start over again, so he used a powerful spell to sacrifice himself and spread his gift over the world. Some people are blessed with a fraction of the monk's gift at birth. They can call upon it to stop violence and fighting for a short period of time whenever tapping into the monk's power; they too cannot attack whilst the effect is in play.
Ability: The user shouts and spreads a white light over everyone nearby a 100 meter radius. All fighting stops for 4 posts. People can still converse and interact, but are compelled not to do anything violent; this also applies to the user.
Usage: Can only be used 3 times per thread. Duration: 4 posts. Cool-down: 6 posts

    Unique Abilities:

    • Surge: This ability can only be cast on a spirit, that has been out for at least 2 posts. Casting surge on a spirit, will cause them to go berserk, gaining damage to their regular attack, effectively doubling them in power, but at the same time, losing the active of the spirit. Surge can cause the spirit to strike it's caster as well and as Celestial Blade focuses on fighting together with the spirit, it can cause quite a lot of damage to the caster. Surge only affects one spirit at a time and has a cool-down of 6 posts.
